    The image of Jupiter is sooo bright
    Bcoz of your mobile camera setting,
    I suggest you to change the setting manually and reduce the ISO to less than 100.
    It will give exact Jupiter with bands .☺
    😃I am so much interested in astronomy and astrophotography but my parents was not accepting to buy a telescope but one day I myself earn money and buy🙄🙄

    P.s.: even I've doubts with Neptune. If you're in Kolkata , it's probably not visible from here with this telescope at least.

    Very good video of this beginner telescope. Very impressive image of the full Moon - pin sharp, and very well exposed! Doesn't matter that it was shaky - the quality was excellent! Also a very good shot of Saturn. It looks like the 20mm eyepiece is very good.
    The images with the 10mm eyepiece showed a lot of chromatic aberration. Were these with or without the Barlow?
    Overall looks like a very good little telescope considering its low price. The main objective glass seems very good, and could reward using some better quality eyepieces.

    • @BibhasChatterjee
      @BibhasChatterjee  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks man!! 😄
      Yeah the 10mm images were with a 3x Barlow. I'm considering getting a 4mm, but with the air and light pollution in my city it might not yield good images. 😕😕

    • @EdwardRLyons
      @EdwardRLyons 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BibhasChatterjee If you're getting new eyepieces, make sure they're good quality. It's an aphorism that while an amateur astronomer might replace their telescope for something bigger or better, they will always hang on to their good eyepieces. Some of my friends have had their eyepieces for thirty years or more, and still use them even on their newest telescope.

    • @BibhasChatterjee
      @BibhasChatterjee  ปีที่แล้ว

      The standard ones you can get are 20mm, 10mm and 4mm. The lower you go, higher the magnification but less the brightness. You could get a 25mm instead of the 20mm, it will provide a wider view and is easier to hunt for objects. 😊

    U must be missing something with a 20mm eyepiece there is no way Saturn is so clear, even I have 70/700 mm star tracker and yesterday was the great conjunction still I couldn’t see much even with the 10 mm eyepice

    • @BibhasChatterjee
      @BibhasChatterjee  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's because during the conjunction Saturn and Jupiter are near the horizon.. where the amount of air and light pollution is much more. Also, when I made this video in September... the planets were closer to earth. 🙂😊
      I made another video for the conjunction, there you can notice the difference.

      @BibhasChatterjee  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, eyepieces fit all telescopes as they are made of uniform size. So you can buy any, but good ones provide nice resolution. You can go for brands like Celestron/Bresser/Orion/SVbony.

    • @hedgehog3180

      Eye pieces aren't all the same size, the most common sizes are 1,25” and 2” and this scope seemingly comes with a diagonal that fits both. Usually you'll also see a focal diameter listed in mm, for a 70 mm telescope like this you'd want eye pieces ranging from about 10 mm and up.

    • @BibhasChatterjee
      @BibhasChatterjee  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's quite normal, it takes time to correctly aim for the smaller objects in the sky. Here are some tips that might help:
      - Try aiming with the lowest magnification eyepiece, then when u capture it... use the higher mag.
      - Practice by aiming faraway objects in the day.
      - There are two dots in the view finder, both have to be aligned with the object you are aiming for.
      Hope this helps! ☺️😊

    • @BibhasChatterjee

      All refractor telescopes show images left to right (horizontally) reversed, so does this one. On the other hand all reflectors reverse the images vertically or upside down.
