I ran a 3500 DRW GMC 6.6 LBZ pulling campers and you sound like I did, drive for fuel economy. Interesting note about fuel economy differences between Ford and Ram. I own an 2016 F150 5.0 6 speed 40k miles and just got out of a 45 day rental (Enterprise!!! LOL)of a 2019 1500 RAM 8 speed 30k miles it did from Aberdeen SD to home in Rockford 3 fuel stops 686 mi, F150 from Rockford to St. Louis and back 484 mi and had 110 mi left on 1 tank. Uconnect complete garbage Sync way better, build quality fit and finish way better in the Ford, I would like to know if you notice more road noise in one truck over the other. Keep the vids coming I enjoy your energy and hey shout out sometime while your passing through!
I like the new format. The camera is a great idea.
12:46 Uconnect w/frustration is how they should market it...
Do you have any videos showing your sleeper set up?

Thank you
Where is enterprise at where you get your new trucks at. What did you name your new truck.
Good choice Alex! I think Ford is doing better than RAM, there is a lot issues going on with RAM trucks. My next truck will be a Ford for sure. 👍🚚
i had the same excitement when i picked my first truck. never have i missed 2nd stare as i walk away from my truck at the parking lot.
Congratulations on the new truck bro!
I'm picking up a new Ford this week but if I were as excited as you I'd have to sleep it off for a week!
Congrats on your new toy, I know the feeling I have a brand new 2019 F350, You’re going to enjoy that bad boy and BTW it’s a 48 gallon tank. 😉
Newbie to the diesel engine world but shouldn't you at least break in the engine before towing with heavy loads?
Where do you sleep . Do you set up the back seat area . Or do you get motel rms every day
I'm curious, where did you store the rear seats out of the Ford?
Congrats tow piglet n the Ford will do you well your driving American truck Ram is Spanish truck n Derrick n Cinnamon will be proud
this guys energy is all over the place...i just subscribed lol
Where would you recommend a good place to buy a Trailer?? Thanks
You wanna build a custom truck Texas metal is the place to take it to best in the business I'd have all air bags on it smoother ride
How you liking this over the dodge? Is the engine as good?
Congratulations man keep up the good work. I always love watching your videos love your excitement!
Question?? If you run CDL over 26000. How does apportion plates and IFTA work on a rental? 😊
Man I'm so happy for you and your like a kid at Christmas I'll be joining you at Hotshot pretty soon. Take care and be safe out there.
Why don't you use the inside the bed trailer plug? Does the Ford have it?
No it does not
The ford has rails not the factory gooseneck package
@@williambohlinger7981 Yes, I saw that in the video. It appears Enterprise Co. did not spec the truck for 5th wheel prep, which would of included the plug in the bed. Shame on them.
@@Itsa_Mea they generally just grab existing inventory. This one looks pretty basic. The next one might be loaded out. We had 3 350's from enterprise all 3 where different trim/ options. Made for some whiney ass guys
Tow Piglet dang I just replied that also I thought it was standard on the 350 with a trailer camera prewire also. I could have sworn I saw a black receptical plug in the bed.
Only issue I see is towing right away ford recommends putting at least 1000 miles on the engine before hooking to a trailer could mess with any potential warranty issues
Sean South it’s a lease..
When I had my iPhone X I never had problems with Bluetooth. But once I upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro Max it will drop off Bluetooth a few times a month. I’ve taken my truck to Ford and they say it’s a problem with my phone. I would like to know if you have this problem in the future as well.
Haven’t had any issues yet, UConnect in the ram didn’t like my iPhone though
That’s really my only complaint on my 19 F-250. Really wanting a 2020 for the 10 speed transmission. But I also can delete mine. Makes a big difference IMO.
Fix the wheels . Plain gray come on ford.
Its great looking truck
what about your personal gear. PPE glasses, vet, boots, hat some places long sleeve shirts ,long pants . in must places we don,t leave our truck with out it
Who do you use for factoring?
why did you get a base model? also why not a f450 they turn and handle weight better
I love it, so much excitement, makes me happy you’re so excited ❤️🤗
So glad to see this. I'll be tuning in regularly now. Want to see how that new transmission is in the Ford.
Congrats not convinced yet but happy for you
How does pricing and how long is the contract for to haul freight?
Question guys ford or ram and what year ? I'm in the market for one ..new or used with low miles . Just don't want to buy a certain model or year that failed
...I was told 2015 2018 ram are just beast ...but not sure about ford ...any info guys ?
How did you set up the bed in the back seat
$100 from Ford and change that front diffuser for a 2wd its shorter. Will save you money if you break the 4x4 one. Just a thought.
There is a plug inside the bed also
Alex, can you specify an auxillary tank on a rental truck?
That is one awesome new truck!!! I hope that it turns out to be a great truck for you!!! Happy New Year!!!
