My girlfriend got in touch with Erik Buell for my birthday. She sent him a picture of my buell and a letter telling him about me and my military service. He signed the picture and sent me a birthday card. He is a great man. I've owed a lot of liter bikes and 600s and I have to say my buell is the most fun on back roads. Not as fast but more fun for sure.

Funny, my first rides on a Buell were on that same road. Would go over to TSI and test ride a new Buell about once a month when I was about 18 or 19 years old. Thanks for the memories
92 horsepower at the rear wheel is for the XB12 which is 1,200cc. This is only the 900cc version. Still, I’m happy to see a Buell on your channel. I love my XB12Scg.

I love my buell xb9sx. Just got it two months ago after 10 years of wanting one. Can’t get off the thing. Just love it so much.

Xb12 definitely has more torque. Xb9 revs a lil quicker and higher. Xb12 more fun tho. Wheels up easy.
As a Buell owner, you want the 12, the power difference is night and day from the seat.
The xb9 is a bored out 883 sportster engine , Not a 1200. thats a xb12s
Yea Harley lost people after they let Buell go. Niw they are trying to make some sport type bikes but they suck
