Don't want to sound redundant when I keep saying much respect. It is so incredible how you made your dream and vision come true because you worked your ass off. The fact that you put yourself through the CDL class then went all the way to Alaska and brought that whole rig and trailer home and then put the Kaplan magic on that if just friggin commendable. I think you're the most ambitious person on the planet. Man, congratulations on your success Ken. I hope you and the Kaplan crew keep taking it all to the next level for many more years to come.

I'm proud to have purchased two bikes from such a remarkable team of individuals. I will buy the Buell Supercruiser in the future. It's true; Ken Jr. does have the skill set to deal with demanding customers. Kaplan Cycles deserve God's best in 2024 and beyond!

Awesome and extremely detailed video, that was truly entertaining to watch. I enjoy all of your videos, but the long videos are the videos that I enjoy the most. Like I told you, your transporter is easily gonna take first place. If that doesn't happen, IMHO, the contest is rigged. I always tell everybody about y'all and your business. Best and most rare customer service around, that is unheard of these days. I'm with you when it comes to dealing with difficult customers. Jr has the patience of a Saint. I worked in the customer service industry my whole Iife, so I know good and rare customer service when I see it. While I was still employable, before my health issues became a problem, my career that I loved and was passionate about was working in the airline industry, so I have many years of experience working with thousands of difficult customers. Lol.....Imho, the way to give anybody excellent and memorable customer service, is to treat them how you would want to be treated, if you were a customer. ML&R Always.

54:46 I'm 68 and graduated from High School in 1973. One of my friends in HIgh School had a White Kawasaki 500 H1 just like what is shown while in High School.

Perfection at its finest, somebody will have a full-time job keeping that nice and shiny. You will get many years of enjoyment out of that. I love the train horn. Nice tractor but don't like Volvos. It's all about representation and you knocked that out the ballpark, awesome job Ken and crew!!

Suggestion for Ken and his Trailer. Have a Boat Yard Dodger Maker make you Stainless Steel Stanchion Posts with Stainless Steel Safety Cables to prevent things or people from falling off or through, a Marine Grade Canvas Roof for Sun and Rain prevention (make it White in Color which allows lots of light to enter) and Plastic See through Panels to protect yourself when it's Raining and Windy. Another $10,000. You don't want anyone to fall off that Roof.

Please tell me you’re not running lead acid deep cycle batteries…. Brother we need to get you set up with lithium batteries… they are about 1/3 the size and pound for pound lithium puts out more power, more consistent power, you’ll never replace them in your lifetime, they are damn near 100% efficient charging
Plenty of options 12v, 24v and 48v, DC/DC charging of the truck easily add some bifacial solar on the roof and you’ll need a generator running

My only question is how do you make it to the rooftop observatory? I can't see you climbing a ladder in another 10 years, didn't show how you got up there!

There's a three-step ladder from the fourth floor to the 5th floor
@@KaplanCycles I watched the entire video the first time and I seen the hatch but I did not see no ladder! It kind of looked like when you were showing the upper level where your motorcycle was at, as if you could just step up from there but it didn't show exactly how you got, so it left plenty room for imagination unless I just somehow missed it . I have watched the painstakingly journey that you and your crew have been on and it looks to me like it paid off!
@@KaplanCycles I watched the entire video again and I seen the ladder, I just missed it the first time. You should have no problem. I love the mini truck, it is so cool,I would like to have that just to cruise around the campgrounds that I go to. The exit from the back of the tractor and into the transporter is nice. I have worked out of many reefers but never have I seen that. The transporter is nothing but a mirror on the inside and I sure hope you take first place!! I'm going to have to watch this over and over. As far as the full length awning goes, you would miss out so much from the rooftop because you couldn't see what was going on, I think it's perfect just the way it is. Just for safety purposes, be a good idea to wrap a chain around your rooftop observatory legs to make sure no one accidentally steps off the roof, just looking out!
We actually have a half wall that goes on the awning to keep people from falling off the side just like the factory teams have on the awnings on the side to keep people out we just ran out of time setting up I'm looking forward to using it because it has some cool graphic on it

Only smoke cigars for 3 weeks little bit of a relapse caused by stress but my last one was Monday I'm really not as much of a smoker I'm not sure what happened with the cigar thing but I smoke cigars for 3 years and then quit on my birthday for over a year picked up a case of them to get me through this little hump I was going through with my leg and getting ready for a Americade but I'm over it now
