- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 10 ก.พ. 2025
- In today's video, sponsored by Charles & Dean - I begin an old favourite series and I look at a number of "Affordable" dream cars, asking whether the man maths we all do matches with reality. Taking data from owners and specialists, I aim to give you a rough guide to some of the things you might want to know when buying a Ferrari FF.

Hello. I’ve had both Lusso’s and the FF. This is (with the drive video) a brilliant assessment, but a few things from something like 60k miles in all the cars over the last 6 years which are worth noting if you’re considering any of them. The FF is the best drivers car of the 3. The V12 Lusso by far the worst. The V8 Lusso is much better than the V12, disappointing sound aside and it’s about 25% better on fuel, I regularly get 400+miles out of a tank. It can also be tuned by DMS to make Pista rivalling power which make it much quicker than either of the others. But, the electric steering on both Lussos is total crap, and that’s at the heart of why the FF driving experience is so good. They’re all good ski trip cars, I got all the ski kit and family into the Lusso twice for a trip to the alps and did two solo ski trips in the ff. all cars swallow lots of stuff, my record being (seats down) 6 suitcases, 3 armchairs in bits and a road bike in the FF. The three cars have really different characters. The FF is the most raw, the v12 Lusso with its soft suspension is a bit like a big Mercedes and quite boring, the V8 Lusso is playful and very tail happy, but also suffers badly from the nose going light at autobahn speeds (170mph+) because they removed all that weight from the front, but left the aero unchanged. Overall. Of the three, get an FF.
Oh and if you're buying an early car, check it wasn't a dealer car, those got loaned back to Ferrari for Millbrook demo days and had the nuts ragged off them by Ferrari challenge drivers. I was in one which got all four wheels off the ground on the mountain road.....
@Harry Balls please let me tell you i thought the same when i was 12. now being 22 I tell you do a job that suits you and you love. Not one that gets you easily money for an FF. Believe me
@@rudimussrodeln Facts. I've purchased a few dream cars and the job that afforded me to do it, I actively dislike most days.
Thanks very much for your valuable info. since I've been trying to decide between these two for a while. My choice is also the FF, but it's the rear styling that appeals to me more. Two circles vs four is just simpler and more appealing.
Any thoughts on the 612
Those Purosangues will depreciate like a bookshelf falling down a staircase.
Not for the first year they won’t. People will flip them for a profit due to dealer mark ups on brand new ones
People are monkeys crazy about crossover trash so just like Urus and others it will sell which is all that matters to Ferrari
The early V12’s won’t depreciate much for years.
@@Kacpa2 that's the majority of people, they just buy a car and don't care what it is they just need it to get from A to B
Not until SUVs go out of fashion
Have been dailying an FF for about six years now. I do about 10-15k miles a year on mine. Had the PTU issue. The Ferrari price for a new PTU is $50k. I spent $8-$9k on a rebuild and purchased a second failed unit for parts. I also had to buy new pads and rotors last year at ~40k miles. The pads were around $500/wheel and Ferrari wanted $10k per rotor ($40k). I found a new set of four in India for $10k total for all four. The interior dash makes a ton of noise, buttons fall off and the mirror adjust knob broke. The center armrest in the back has a broken latch. Replaced a control arm last year too. It’s still the best 2+2 gt car period. But the maintenance is not for the faint hearted or the budget-conscious. I drive mine year-round and think it’s the best driver’s car.
Unpopular opinion, but a good alternative would be something like an M5CS.
My suggestion is to get a valvetronic system so the valves can be open at low RPM.
Ps- I’ve never done more than 200 miles on a tank.
Oh God.
Terrifying
Living the dream
Expected when you drive them a reasonable distance anualy.10k miles a year . A real Ferrari, maintenance hog, unreliable , and delicate..
Perfect brand for masochists..
Only ever 200 miles per tank...excellent!! In other words you enjoy the car properly 😊
I was heading to Spa in the summer of 2013. Just short of the track, doing silly speed in an RS6, a Tour de France blue FF came past me as if I was stationary. I still vividly recall the aero wake affecting my car as it blasted past. Met the owner at the track carpark later! Object of desire ever since…the only modern Ferrari to suit blue. Top vid James, keep them coming.
Lovely story. BC (before covid) I used to drive about 30 to 40K miles in Germany every year and always found it rather amusing when these went past me as if I was standing still. My only gripe is that they don’t sound as epic as one would be forgiven to expect of them.
Yeah they look great in blue and do suit an autobahn!
I was going over 130 mph on a very straight highway somewhere in America when I spotted a yellow spec catching up to me. Given I was 100 miles from the closest town, it wasn't a cop. Sure enough, a minute or so later a yellow slant nose Porsche Turbo passed me at a considerable speed, probably 180 or so. The driver waived as he went by. Turns out it was actually someone I knew, which was weird because we were both 500+ miles from where we live.
Removal of the speed limiter and tune should have been in order and no FF would have buzzed you.
Or maybe you should have just gone faster then? 😀
Every Ferrari looks great in Blu TDF.
I have an FF and can tell you it's one of the best Ferrari of all time...I have had other Ferrari as well but this is the only one I am unwilling to part with....it is a 4 seat f12...I find most people seem to love it anywhere I go and because of its rareness most people have never seen one before....will only keep going up in value I believe
Had a 2013 FF. Beware of the DCT. When it fails you’re looking at $20k for a rebuild or $40-50k for a brand new one from Ferrari. It happened to me and is a ticking time bomb on several Ferrari models
This might very well be the best wagon/shooting-brake ever. It mixes Ferrari specialness with the practicality of a wagon. It’s just so gorgeous too, f12 in the front, wagon in the back
I run a 2008 Mercedes CL600- also a V12, also a big two door four-seater. Not as exciting as an FF, but it spoiled me for anything else. James, consider testing one. 🙂
You have such respect for such wonderful cars, their history and what makes them essentially wonderful.
Really enjoy these more detailed 'real world' videos, especially for the slightly older cars, so often overlooked in reviews. Great video, hope there are more to come.
The sound recording on the fly by shots makes it sound like an F1 car. Extraordinary!
Nailing the content again James. I love my FF and your videos on these cars are spot on! My insurance is £1,200 a year. I’m 40 years old with 12 years no claims on this policy, 17 years on my other car.
Assuming this is phishing down to the fact that the English isn’t as good as James’.
How do you have 2 different no claims durations?
@@R03333I actually have three. Each policy accrues its own no claims discount
Hi. Where do you live roughly? I m in London with 21 years of no claim bonus and paying £1300 for a 66 plate Audi A6 2.0 TDI estate manual 😭😭 Who’s the insured as well, please, if you don’t mind.
@ I’m in the midlands, but used to live in central London. My renewal policy has just been made at £900 and it’s with Admiral.
As always love your reviews, the detailed explanation of the mechanical details are especially interesting, more of that please… Even though most of the people who are watching will never be able to afford a Ferrari, the information is fascinating and applies to many of our fantasy cars…..
When the FF came out, I thought it was an awful idea for a Ferrari. But now, several years on, and now that I am several years older, I think it would be an awesome V12 Ferrari daily. I'll take mine in blue with tan interior, with full exhaust, intake, tune, wheels, and upgraded high end stereo.
The 612 is my favourite Ferrari, but that FF is sweeeeet
Great review as ever Jay! It's a lot of car for the money but can't help but feel an RS4 or RS6 might be a better choice, re costs and reliability. Mind you if it's one's first Ferrari, it's not a bad way to get into the brand, I still think the F355 would be my first Ferrari purchase though!
You’re right, to an extent.
You buy it because you want a Ferrari and want to take the family along. Paying the price of a 2022 RS6 for a 10 year old Ferrari, doesn’t make sense, tehcnology wise or anything wise, except the experience of owning and driving the Prancing Horse.
If its performance that matters, you go for Porsche, Bmw, Audi, Mercedes and of course it is the sensible choice.
I’m purchasing a GTC4 Lusso T 2019, still doesn’t make sense to pay that kind of money for a 4 year old car, but a Ferrari is a Ferrari.
Yep, it's about the whole package, not just numbers
@@officialmafeo you do it for the engine and the Ferrari experience. And they are valid reasons, believe me!
@@MrGB1999 i agree
@@officialmafeo That's simply because you are not financial stable enough to have one mate.
My FF replaced a 2017 Audi S6 Avant. The Audi was more comfortable in traffic (but still not great as it also had a DCT) and the tech was better. Other than that the FF is superior in every respect.
Love the 'real-life' running costs section. Surprised that the FF wasn't much more TBH.
Great review - THANKS
It's actually very expensive.
This is PR spin to shift a load of these that are getting harder to sell.
great video, very informative, i would still pick the FF over all the alternatives given. i love these series
Mine is insured with NFU, guaranteed 110k value, cost just £400. Fully comp. Plus I normally get 20mpg on a 70 to 100 mile run.. as I said before I love it, rs6 nice car but its not an FF. I really see the FF's appreciating as more people realise how cool and good they are thanks to these reviews. (One of the reasons I bought my FF was down to Jay's original review and others) The buzz of the purosangue will also put the FF back in the spot light.. if you are thinking of an FF.. press the button now, you will not regret it.. Supply is low
I admit I do find it tempting, but have a general sense they’re more fragile than other modern Ferraris. I’m assuming the front gear box will need replacing but any other niggles you’ve had. I actually have a Maser MC Stradale so am daft/ brave enough to deal with these kind of cars but like to have a general idea of how my ch it’s likely to be in ff the road
I have a Porsche. I love the fact that not only is it great to drive, but it's quite reliable and I can just get in at any time no matter how long it's sat and just drive off with not a worry. Can I do the same with the FF? Not asking for a daily driver but is it generally dependable?
@@Jonathan-do1sj I don't use mine as a daily drive, but last year i did 4k in 6 months and it never missed a beat.
I only wish I had more time to use it..
Buddy of mine bought one, had it a week before problems started. PTU failure first. Got that fixed then a month later, DCT. $30k later and it’s somewhat better. Still gets weird warning lights from time to time. Im amazed at what Ferrari people will put up with. It’s a sign of wealth I guess that you can afford to buy a beautiful car that is built like garbage and spends most of its days in the shop emptying your bank account. I couldn’t do it. Could afford to buy the car, can’t afford to constantly repair it nor would I want to. Like Mclaren owners, they all know the truck driver by name that picks their cars up for repair. I can’t do it. Guess I have an expectation of quality in a car that costs as much or more than a lot of houses. Sad but outside of Porsche, Audi and maybe Lamborghini the exotic car market is fraught with quality problems
An excellent video James, thank you. I started watching it thinking that the FF had no appeal for me but ended thinking that I’d rather like one if funds allowed. Thanks for all the great content you’ve put out in 2022, you and Harry M are at the top of the tree IMHO.
This is just the video I needed about FFs, as I was giving this car serious considerations.
Thanks for covering.
From the States - Thank you, James.
Your staccato ‘newsreader’ narrative is so you! Makes me laugh a bit, but please never change! It’s so you! And packed with more information that I tend to get from the News these days…! Great series. Nice one.
Brilliant! TOPGEAR meets pistonhead buyers guide - you have found your other niche!
With your first two videos, I was buying one in the Xmas downtime, but the size, gearbox and running costs brought out the man maths. I thought M5Cs and 991.2 turbo s were expensive, but this is in a different league!
Please keep these videos coming, otherwise I will be a ruined man through my future car puchases!!
(I just calculated going to/from France skiing would be around £850 with a light right foot!! Ex ferry, tolls etc)
Great video, FF is a lot of car for the money. I own a Lusso T which I love didn't want 4WD, great car to drive more modern looking. I did think I was missing out with the V12 so like you I bought an F12 greatest Ferrari I have ever owned.
The Lusso T seems like it would be a great car, I never got to try one (just the V12). There's a blue one that lives near me, I have seen it multiple times
This is great content! Keep declassifieds coming! If you can make it relatable to global markets (especially USA), it’d be appreciated!
Interesting change in direction James. Whilst watching I was taken back to the Achilles heel of the 996 generation - RMS and bore scoring. Whilst i owned one I was forever thinking of the chocolate teapot analogy and realised that I have a rather risk averse personality! In highlighting that the FF has a problem with the main and front gearboxes, I wondered if it might help viewers understand the likely costs to have an insurance policy covering both components from Ferrari (I thin you have covered this) and from the specialist insurance companies (if they exist). This may be too detailed but my logic is that the cost of repairing these components could be so significant that an understanding of insurance costs to manage the risk would be helpful for the Declassified type of review.
Great content! I've wanted an Esprit since the Bond movies of the early 80's. I think everyone will have a personal grail and relate to this series!
Great content ! I have always dreamt of an FF since it was launched. Own a bunch of cars and wanted to replace my 330d with one, would complete with my 3.8RS 997 but in the end went with a Sport Turismo, too afraid of the cost and complicatedness of FF ownership.
Love this series! Hope to see more of this
Great episode as usual. Almost would think a Giulia QF would have been the "sillier" option for the FF. Love this format
This car fulfilled all my requirements for a car: Italian, '4 seater', hatchback to take bicycles inside (hate racks), manual (or DSG), sounds great, fun.
However budget meant I got an Abarth Esseesse :)
Like these real world reviews, so many just share the joys without the reality.
The only comment I’d add it that Chris Harris of Top Gear, has bought a FF & loves it. He rates it & he also rates the Mondial 3.2 which he also owns, as I do with mine. Chris Harris has bought these two Ferrari with his own money, and when he does that the car will be worth owning.
Dark blue paint, fan leather & silver wheels that's my ideal spec.
#tan
Great format, looking foward to see more cars from different brands
Love the format of this review/series. Would definitely like more content. Maybe a panamera S, or a Quattroporte/gran turismo next?
A VERY informative review James. I love it. It might be a bit verbose for some (I’ll admit I really like the driving clips and interior shots with you talking), but for the person who is actually shopping for these cars I’ll bet it’s exactly what they’re looking for. Very tastefully done as always!
How would you know whether it's 'a bit verbose for some'?
Your final remark about the Maserati GT as an alternative is spot on. Full disclosure - I currently own and daily a 2020 Maserati GTS (one of the last ones built for the UK market before going out of production) and have previously owned Ferrari's, McLaren's and Porsche's. I enjoy the Maser's symphonic soundtrack the MOST and also feel the GREATEST sense of occasion whenever I'm driving the Maser - it's just cool in an understated way, seats four full-size adults, and is drop-dead gorgeous! Having owned my GTS since new, it's been bullet-proof (even has Apple CarPlay) and I'm about to extend the factory warranty another 2 years. I do love the GTC4Lusso however do not feel its differentiation from my GTS is worth an additional £100k.
If you had to choose between 2018 Maserati GTS or Ferrari FF which one would you go for if funds were not an issue?
@@arashpez9536 Depends on the importance of boot space and 4WD to you - the FF has a very innovative 4WD system and the hatchback offers slightly more capacity than the Maser. If neither are important, I would choose the Maser on account of its beautiful timeless design (subjective) and lower ownership costs (purchase and servicing/maintenance costs.)
I am in a wheelchair and I’d LOVE this car. It has easy room for my wheelchair and is not too low for me to easily get in and out of. I think the GTC Lusso looks a bit better than the FF and is perhaps a bit less problem prone. I’d love to park one of these in my garage! Along with a Cali and a Maser GT.
Great series! Definitely stands out from all the car reviews everybody does. Would absolutely love it if you cover your maserati quattroporte and F430!
Jay fantastic review, one of your best! I’d now love to own a Ferrari FF but if only. May have to go for alternative choice of RS6 😂
Keep up the good work looking forward to the next instalment
Love this video, great deep dive and an honest look at them. Would have to give myself a slap if I found myself wandering to an Audi in place of something more exotic. Life’s too short to be the same as others down the golf club…
I love it. I mean all things this channel.
It’s completely different to any other car channel on TH-cam.
I need this channel as I can’t afford a new ‘high end’ car but can afford things like this FF.
I use this channel for this exact reason.
Other then your McLaren F1 video, which was extraordinary, this is your best video for quite a while and I enjoyed the slightly increased focus on facts and figures. Looking forward to watching more of these videos in 2023!!
Love the format, but could you do some at lower price points say £30 - £60k but with more left field choices rather than a 911 or Cayman/ Boxster M3 etc please
Very informative and helpful. One thing I’d add is that I think some would say the Porsche Panamera is an alternative. The FF would still be my choice though as a proud member of the Tifosi. Thank you for sharing this series of videos! Look forward to more!
Great rundown on a fabulous, underestimated Ferrari. A tremendous daily driver, as long a nothing goes wrong. And let's face it, at some point it will. It's a car, after all. So expect the $ pain. But that falls away with the sheer pleasure of owning any Ferrari..with a V12.
Whilst so enjoyed your content on this 1st DeClassified series on the FF, wondering if you could consider using your smoother, gentler and more relaxed delivery rather than that of such intensity on individual words which so much more difficult to enjoy listening to on what is undoubtedly going to be a well researched, knowledgeable and such an informative series for all your followers. Thanks so much
I was at the tail end of a chest infection here, there was no conscious effort on my part to change delivery style!
Great idea for a series. Format is pretty much bang on. I’m looking forward to whichever cars will get the JayEmm treatment in the rest of this series.
The three best colors for the FF are brown, yellow, & British racing green.
The dark red that Jay recommended in the video is a solid fourth.
Love this video and many of your others, have watched this one a few of times now actually, also really love your opening and closing music, really slick!
Best edit to date. Keep the great work going.
I’m going to love this series, and I have been a loyal follower. You have a large audience from the US. It think it would be helpful if you included the current conversion to US dollars, would make your content more valuable to the US audience. You don’t have to convert everything, just the major costs. Just a thought to helping scale up subscribership.
Are all people in the US needy self centered ME ME ME types?
Good video. One of the very very few cars that could attract me out of my Maserati Granturismo MC Stradale. Glad to see that car did eventually get featured at the end of this video.
Great video as usual Jay. One way to improve the format could be to add the named video sections. So if you wanted to as a viewer, you could skip to specific sections.
I like the format and the detail you go into it’s great 👍🏼
FF/GTC4L, amazing cars, they become reliable the more they are driven. Driving and owning a Ferrari is a far better experience than driving the four rings.
You should add all the totals up at the end to come to an estimated 'monthly figure' for each car you review. Maybe the running cost only, and any warranty you recommend etc, and then people can add their insurance on top.
Driving 192 mph at 5:45 in the morning on i-20 in a GTC4Lusso will always be one of my best ever memories.
That engine / exhaust sounds just amazing. ❤ Who needs a DAB radio when you have that soundtrack.
Always loved these, seemed like a worthy successor to my Z3 Coupe and Audi RS2 clone.... The maintenance cost pretty much scared me off.
Great idea for a series. For comparison it would be good to get an idea of the total cost of ownership over 3-4 years. I understand that this will always be a point in time for finance/depreciation/things that break, but it does give a better idea for real world man maths.
Great segment on the FF, and I like the format. The front and rear gearbox issues were somewhat vague to me when I was car shopping back over this past summer, and my lack of knowledge about the PTU and fixes kept me from getting an FF and instead going with a 2019 Aston Martin Vantage (AM6). I also watched your Vantage video as well, which was a help. I love my Vantage, but I might someday pick up an FF or GTC4Lusso. If I had seen this info, I might have been less weary of getting an FF. That said, it's good to know that some of my concerns were based and the front gearbox is a potential major problem as some of the forums had indicated.
This was helpful and I like the format! I'd like to see one section listing the most common failures and how likely they are
Great video as always. Very informative, great visuals and of course that glorious sounding engine. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
this was an awesome video on my favorite Ferrari ,so many facts spilled its actually ruined my dream car because of how many ff produced ,one day ill still own one ,supa awesome video keep it up
This and your other FF videos has got me considering this now, with the F12!
I've habitually run "Modern Classics" as more or less my daily driver for the last 15 years.
Currently, I have 3 cars of this ilk; a 1993 Mercedes-Benz C220, (base model but lovely car, and fairly rapid); a 1999 Audi A8 - 3·7litre 40 valve Quattro on lpg, (currently off the road for engine work); and my 2006 Lexus GS300 SE-L, (favourite by quite a long way). The plan now is to keep the Lexus and sell the other two. I'll replace them with a 3 litre V6 Honda Accord Coupe and possibly a Lexus LS450h.
Much as I'd love a Ferrari FF, I'm not able to afford one. I did get to drive one at a car meet last summer, and it really was a fantastic car!
This was a great video. I've wanted an FF since they came out, and still do.
I have bought one 2 Y ago through an official Ferrari dealer ( Kessel in Lugano Switzerland) and I am really absolutely satisfied and delighted to drive it (specially in Italy) …! ! !
I just think that you forgot to mention that when the car is not used like everyday (for me a third car) it’s really a must to keep it in charge in order to maintain the battery ! I didn’t do it for a 3 months period and now I will need to go to the dealer in order to re-start it ! At what costs ? ? I’ll tell you later ….
Ever since these came out this has always been my DREAM car once I'm eventually able to afford a beautiful exotic. I'm 32 years old, I've owned 5 cars, 2 of them performance cars, but all 5 of them sedans. With that being said, the only thing I love more than sedans are beautiful performance shooting brakes. 😍🤤
great vid; as a young lad my dream car was a Jensen FF --> the comparisons with the Bentley Conti are bang on 🙂
This is a very comprehensive review on the FF - Nice work Jayemm!❤
Thanks for watching :)
Like a few other people have said, looking at the 612 from this perspective or comparing it to the FF would be really really interesting.
612 is awesome but back seat is a lot smaller than FF....I had one and now have FF....however 612 is still awesome and looks fantastic in the right spec
Great idea for a series! Liked the in-depth nature of the episode - as far as I’m concerned unless you really get into the detail it’s not worth doing.
I thought this was well judged, with lots of detail, and enthusiasm for the car.
Cool I like this. Please go on doing this kind of car reviews. I’ve been watching your channel for some 4 years now.
Only criticism of this format is that people outside the UK will find the bits about financing and insurance pretty useless.
I really appreciate the detailed description of what will break and what won’t and the associated costs. Btw who the heck goes to the pub by car? Here you won’t even drive a car the following day after going to the pub!😅
Thanks and happy new year from Sweden.
Bottom line for out of warranty Ferrari, 355 onwards: have £3k a year extra minimum (you may get lucky if less is needed - don't count on it). Prepare to have £10k or more for the very unlucky stuff.
eg. In an "F1" car a clutch change can be close to £5,000 if you're doing it properly. If you take short cuts the car will likely bite your ass off again and you may have to take the gearbox down all over. That alone is 8 hours total of labour, out and back in.
Always remember to factor in the yearlies, including petrol. Which can easily be multiple thousands in 8mpg cars. Roof issues make Spiders even more of a cost liability.
Perhaps think seriously about Ferrari Power Warranty cover for 458 onwards stuff, largely due to DCT-related issues.
Be prepared for bills. Components can be OK ish in terms of cost. But stack that on £100ph labour and it adds up very quickly. Find a very good independent garage (I've been to "Ferrari specialists" and dealers that frankly didn't have a clue what they were doing). I travel over 200 miles for mine. That is really what ownership is like.
Reality can be a bitch..
This is the first video of that that I have watched and I have to say that this video is really great: continue like that
To be honest this has been quite informative I am 46 wanted to upgrade to something premium was looking at other options but realised after watching what I have been missing thanks
Hmm. Try some simple punctuation!
Really like this type of video - if you do a wide variety of cars you could do a video summarising them, maybe some sort of League Table of Financial Irresponsibility
Great series. Just watched the DB9 and came back to this one.
The PTO is from ZF.. It's very simple and low weight. It shift from 1st to 2nd when the main gearbox goes from 2nd to 3rd. When you change from 4th to 5th, it disengage. Your welcome 🤷♂️
Great video and as always plenty of useful info. Well done. Hope to see more....
Absolutely fantastic James. Really enjoyed this video and the format. Very interesting and informative and what a stunner of a car it is. Looking forward to the rest of this series. Well done 👏🏻 👌🏻👍🏻
Absolutely fantastic video and series idea!
would love to see the 612 looked at from this perspective as a follow-up to your last video on the 612 eight months ago. Just because the 612 looks so much better lol
That's the worse-looking Ferrari ever produced (612)
@@Make-Asylums-Great-Again imagine believing this and saying it with a straight face on a video about the FF
FF literally looks like Donkey's head from Shrek
I like your video. I would like to see a comparison of this one with Aston Martin Rapide S. I have the later one and I feel it’s better but want to see what you would feel. Thanks
You can see the Purosangue’s evolution ❤my joint fav alongside the 812.. Great real world review thank you
Brilliant video, I"ve been waiting for something as detailed as this for a long time and I hope to buy an FF this year and run it as my daily driver. Very excited!
Great video and great concept. It reminds me of the ford fiesta st alternatives 😂. Never really thought of comparing the rs6 to the ff. Secondly as always the information you provide gives a really clear picture of all aspects that come with buying maintaining driving aka living with a car. Thank you very much
Brilliant Mate ,oh my mate has got a 22B Impreza, love the channel and HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND ALL YOU'RE SUBSCRIBERS 👍🏻
Just when I thought Jay had toned down the shirts, his footwear has taken over 😁 Nice review of the FF 👍
This series is absolutely brilliant! Keep the videos coming, please. Looking for affordable sports cars instead of "sensible" new cars is the most common habit of so many petrol heads around the world that are not swimming in gold. You're sharing very, very valuable information for all of us.
I don't have an FF to share my insurance premium, but I can say that an Mercedes S coupe costs C$300/yr to be insured in the capital city of the smallest province in Canada while it costs C$300/mo in Toronto, Canada. FF has been on my list for few years, but its fuel economy might makes me feel bad for our environment while enjoying what it has to offer.
I think the sensible options are: Panamera and AMG GT. Someone who is looking to buy an FF would not get themselves an Audi (they probably would not even get the Mercedes if it was not an all out AMG) The less sensible one to get will "BE" the new Ferrari SUV, like you mentioned at that price tag it is really not very sensible.
In a Ferrari you infotainment system is the engine... and this car is Brilliant
"more Ferrari sold in UK than anywhere else in Europe" from a guardian newspaper article.
2,000 FF were produced in total. I like the FF - definitely.
It is reminiscent of a modern era Jensen.
A definite buy.
Just set aside A LOT of monies for ownership and running costs. a lot.
