As always, you knocked it out of the park. On a side note, my HVAC GUY sticker showed up Gonna stick it somewhere prominently in the van, love your channel Curtis.
A Lot of things were Fixed and you know the Customers are Blessed they have such an Overqualified HVAC Technician handles their HVAC Issues Super Efficiently. 👍🙏
Hey Ray, you are very thorough. That’s probably why you can’t have another service state working with you thinking about what they might leave behind but as long as you’re still young and body and able to do it, I guess you can since it’s your own business and you do a great job man, I am from Tallahassee Florida signing off
Why all the locking caps is huffing refrigerant big in your area? 🤣 Nice work Curtis Only a few towns and jurisdictions require us to add those where I live in the northeast
Curtis have you been installing many of the new Bluetooth equipment by rheem? We just had a new furnace giving the econet thermostat an error code for flame present with gas valve off. Heat hasn't been running needless to say so time for a new board and it hasn't been 2 weeks with this unit
@@HVACGUYnd a word of warning. The 3 stage units from 14-16 seer are fairly loud when they go to 100% capacity. At 100, they use a contactor and capacitor. From 40-70%, they use an inverter. The 18 seer units are full inverter
Yeah, And those Manufactures have no confidence in their equipment so they put this type of clause in their warranties so they don’t have to pay for anything.
The Rheem-Ruud product is soooo very "SUPERIOR" to their counterparts in sooooo many ways! 1. Fully Painted cases 2. Simplistic designs 3. Smaller Airhandlers 4. Super easy workability and access! LIST GOES ON AND ON AND ON! I'll (NEVER) turn back to other brands unless forced to!
"you tried to be thorough" dude you're the most thorough HVAC guy out there, epic job
Thanks
Screws flying, stuff coming apart, stuff dropping, now that's more like how I do things, lol. Thanks.
I was taught to sand "before" you cut
Perché?
I felt every second of getting that panel on 😅😂
That was a lot of work. Nice fixes. Shopping list: 1) zip ties; 2) Nitrogen
Add a new unbroken inspection mirror to the list

Thanks man
Job well done Curtis

Top notch pro work. Thanks for recording entire repair
Any time!
Brave soul brazing around all those pine needles. I have the 3x2 crimper and find that it seems to be more productive having the 3 on the inside.
Great job Curtis.

Nice job like always!.... outstanding.
Nice clean watch band. Love it. I need to get some stickers. I was the charity video Mikey pipes did in april in PA.
Great work once again!
Thank you for this video Curtis had a blast watching this one before the all star game!
Glad you enjoyed it!

It’s just one of the codes our inspectors like to enforce
@@HVACGUYWhat is that thing in the aux drain line for the evaporator drain pan never seen one before? 🤷♂️
@@tphvac87 electric water sensor
@@tphvac87 I run 2 primaries on my bosch. I dont have a switch but thats soon to come. these newer units put out so much water.
Hey Curtis. The STAMCA are the cased and the STAVUA are the uncased. Keller Air here stocks both of them.
Nice job on the brazing. I would've bet money on some of those pine needles burning.
Well done Curtis, with that big repair it should now run like it's new 👍 Au
12:34 should have done a collaboration with SB Pressure Washing
!!1😀😀😀 YAY YAY YAY YAY!! LONG VIDEO ABOUT TIME!! I LIKE LOUNGER VIDEOS.😃😃😃😃🤩🤩🤩🤩😃😃
Great Video!😊
Thanks! 😊
Hi bro from west Alabama
PLEASE replace that inspection mirror..... that's been broke for so long....
it's just a mirror, it still works. This man is wayyy too busy to fix something that's not really broke.
Nice job. I like that you include everything, even if it's a minor "goof". Do you think the aluminum coils are as good as the copper coils?
You fussin with those screws time to retire that socket and grab a new one...
Do you need a special tool for the locking caps or is it just a shradder tip
Those particular ones need a special tool.
@@HVACGUY Which tool and caps do you use (Black and yellow handle)? I am not sure it is in your tools list on your video summary.

What happened to your work table? Good job!
Hey you need a small tray for all those screws and nuts.
Nice job. I’m in Ontario and our code won’t allow act unit right beside the gas meter
Our is 3 feet to
That is definitely cutting it close at 36" on that meter to contactor.
Do you ever use stay bright 8 or quick connections instead of brazing?
May you turn the cc please?
My micron fairly new nt working well didnt I see you clean it with alcohol
does any1 else hate this service rachet wrench so bad?
best if you use a cordless ratchet wrench, makes this a beeze

Oh, and take that side drain pan out next time.
You give up on the pro press
No, I use both.
Why the locking caps on the refrigerant lines, are you guy got freon sniffers of the human kind.?
