If you have addressed Gamini Fonseka, I'm fully agree with you. But still, you can not underestimate the acting of Joe Abewickrama. He's a versatile actor like Gamini Fonseka with unmatched talent. You can't find better actors than Gamini and Joe for these roles. Both are legends and superheroes. They are like fine wine tasting with more class when the time goes by. DR. D. B. Nihalsinghe has done a superb movie to the Sinhaleese Film Industry! Hats off! ❤💐

Thank you for putting this movie on TH-cam. I live overseas and it was a treat to watch this classic movie once more. I first saw this movie at the the Wembley Theatre in Kandy Sri Lanka. Gaming looked so handsome very lean and with all his hair in place. He had so much style when he turned around or lit his cigarette and also his English was brilliant. Gamini managed to create a new kind of audience by getting the affluent Colombo crowd who watched only English films to start watching the Sinhala Cinema I think Gamini did a great service in this regard. I had the great privilege of meeting Gamini on several occasions when he bought a property in Kadugannawa and drove Upto Kandy in the evenings. He used to drop into the Queen's Hotel where I used to work. He was an absolute gentleman and a privilege to know him. May his soul rest in peace 🕊️
