We are exploring the Edessa Waterfalls and Pozar Thermal Baths in Macedonia, Northern Greece. Arriving in the area right at the cherry- and peach harvest season, the entire region is a beauty to behold. This road trip in northern Greece was definitely surprising.

You can spend a lot of time in the tubs, but it's considered not healthy, that's why the 30-minute rule, I never follow that rule.
Northern Greece is a hidden gem, I am very happy that you had good times. The desert in the is called "desert of the spoon" a traditional desert that being enjoyed using a spoon. It's made with wild figs or other small fruits from the area, like stolen cherries. ;)

On one hand, we wish more people would see just how pretty northern Greece is, on the other hand, it could also spoil the atmosphere of local charm. Who steals cherries!? You know in the video you are in is called Makedonia, the real Makedonia territory. the other country north of greece is not Makedonia or macedonia as you said. for us is Vardaska or skopia or if you prefer the new name of them is NORTH majedonia. Don't make the mistake of calling them by their stolen name, they are given the courage to claim parts of our Greece every time.
