I concur. Although creating videos to vent is also okay, sadness is normal and it is okay and healthy to express it. What is not healthy is staying in it. Also "excessive happiness" is bad. You have to feel all the emotions and express them.

My sister's boyfriend who is a very important man to me had a brain tumor after serving in a very special force in the army so seeing the first clip reminded me of seeing him return from the hospital and it honestly made me tear up.
This Chanel amazes me with the positivity and the notice on mental health and facing the reality that everybody struggles. But still shining through on the positivity and the life that we were given. Online can be a very toxic place but these videos make me feel something.

Then break the cycle. Instead of being on your phone go to the gym, go on a walk in a park, drive listening to music, do some activity with other people. All of these things are great things you can do that aren’t super costly. You don’t have to stay in the same cycle. Don’t get into that mindset that you can’t or that there’s nothing you can do. You have the choice and the time so make it. You don’t need to have friends or anyone right now. Just learn to enjoy your own company and others will come later on. You’ve got this. I also highly recommend God but I know not everyone is christian.

I bought a Spider-Man suit and the only times I've worn it out was for NYC comic con and free comicbook day at a local small business. The best part was interacting with all these people who thought so highly of me. Adults saying they like the suit, dapping up teens, taking pics and talking with kids all felt great. Every smile just made me feel like I was on top of the world. No amount of money or spidey suits are worth the good feelings I gave these people and the stupid grin under my mask the whole time.
3 years ago, me and my 3 siblings were all on a road trip. We were on a freeway and saw a really cool motorcyclist. We saw him do tricks. He then suddenly looked at us and he waved. We quickly waved back. It was a little moment that made us really happy.
