Just wonderful 🤣 A Japanese voice actor who fully understands Western humor? Very interesting. What's also too funny is how you never fail to include the most anime sounding lines possible in your dialogues. You sir deserve national fame!
In the years of watching weird foreign stuff on tv then on the internet, asians generally have the closest sense of humour to westerners, and by that, I mean that we easily find the exactly same things funny. Try watching some sort of european or other types of humour, and it's really fking weird, lol! It's often hard to get why it's funy at all, and just comes across as bizarre and worrying. Asian humour though, especially japanese and chinese - all find the same things funny as western humour. As long as we can tell what they're saying (through subtitles or translation) we will "get it", and it will still be funny. :D I like asian humour! It's weird and out there! :P
For some reason I always expect the Sora that has an issue with the pronunciations to unload his frustrations in perfect English towards the other Sora who think their English skills are top tier

Just don't go live in a non-English speaking country for an extended period of time, or you'll get worse. I lived in Thailand for a year before returning to Australia, and it took me several weeks to stop speaking in broken English. I had almost completely forgotten my mother tongue.
This reminds me of a conversation with a Japanese friend I had where they thought the English word “Back Scratcher” sounded really really cool when they said it out loud, until I told them that it literally just meant that it scratches backs! They thought it was funny and it reminded them of foreigners who think the same of simple Japanese words!
This reminds me of something. Last month I went to the Uk and I was staying in a hotel. One day I asked for the bed sheets to be changed. Well, I have a european english accent but it's definitely not british. So the receptionist couldn't fully understand what I was asking for. I had to repeat "sheets" a lot of times. I was laughing at some point, It was too embarrassing. It felt like a comedy bit from your videos. In the end I said "bed covers" and I was finally understood. Goddammit. So yeah, your video reminded me of that whole situation, gg 😋
I remember one day I was at McDonald's with my family and was laughing because I saw "McDonald's earth effort" written and I read it as "McDonald's as* effort" and everybody looked at me weirdly. Now here's another word I will never read the same way anymore. Thank you 😂

This is making me consider becoming fluent in Japanese and getting a job as an English teacher in Japan, just to I can help people like that pronounce English words correctly.
You need to have a college degree these days. It's not like 20 or 25 years ago where all you needed was to be a native English speaker (from England or America preferably)and get hired. I was going to do that about ten years ago but even then they expected a college degree.
Don't bother, they don't want to learn actual proper English - they want to learn the Japanese version of it unless you work for a businessperson that is learning it before they go to work overseas. Japan actually has one of the lowest English proficiencies in Asia for a reason.
1:33 At first when he said to be good at English you need to brethe out a lot I thought it was just a funny quirky line but then he said that "computer" and I was like "IT'S REAL"😂
Thank you Sora, I'm so glad that someone finally said it! Honestly, while it's an iconic part of anime culture at this point, it can be hard to watch the original Japanese dub sometimes when they try to speak English seriously. Like, I know that English isn't exactly easy for most non-native speakers, but does no one double check these things? 😂
