I’ve had some type of SAN since the early 80’s. In the last few years I have purchased the larger ones because they are more handy as a woods knife with the lock blade. I carry them in a case on my belt. I know the ladies like the small ones, I gave one to my wife to keep in her car or bag. For hiking, camping, bushcraft the larger ones like the Ranger are more suitable and those saw blades work very well.
Good pieces buddy watch out it’s easy to get hooked on them victoronox knives….. have a fantastic day test out the batoning with the new duke 500 see what she’s got 😊
I don’t know anything about them either. I don’t know how big 88mm or 93mm or 81mm is or whatever. BUT… I got two of them and they only have a single blade each and nothing else😆 I got a Swiss Army 1 and Floral/Gardener knife. I don’t think they even count as SAKs🤣 Good stuff as always, brother👊🏻
Your basic 91mm's are 3.5", the 84mm's are 3.25" and the 58mm's Classics and Signatures are all 2.25". There are many other sizes like the 93mm's Alox covered Pioneers (3.66"), and 111mm's Trekker types which are 4.38", and others both bigger and smaller.
Nice pair of saks. Now thats my language you'll have 40 plus before long😂😂. The metric system ,ya need i converter app.. Im on mine daily with all ya talking inches im like what is that? lol.
Thanks for checking it out!! I figured the box or website i was using during the vid would have that info but it didn't so i sounded like a dummy!! LOL!!
The Hiker is my current EDC model. I wanted something with a saw but that I can also use to tighten pan-handles in the kitchen. The Tinker was my first, red Swiss Army Knife. :-)
Great video brother! It’s one of those tools that you just Throw in your pocket and when you need it it’s there!! Saved me a few runs to the tool bag for a Phillips etc!
Excellent video Big J. As of yet, I have not gone near the Victorinox rabbit hole as Tom cautioned about. Can you buy just one??? Happy Tuesday brother! Cheers, RW
Those two are a lot of knife for $45! Where else can you get the fit and finish that Victorinox does for the price. They are a well put together tool. For me they have a few downfalls and don't make it into my edc rotation. The big one is no pliers. I use pliers or wire cutters every day. Next is no inline philips screwdriver. Last and this one could be overlooked is that the steel used for the knife blade is pretty soft, but also sharpens up very fast.
Thanks for checking it out Ken. You are correct, in your line of work you would be better suited with a nice leatherman for sure. In my current position i don't have that need but hopefully in a month or 2 i'll be back to a tool bag at work!!!
nice lil knives for sure. ill ask a dumb question. Arent those whats called swiss army knives? Again, sorry for the dumb question. About 30 people just rolled their eyes probably lol...Happy Taco Halloween Tuesday!!!
I believe they are!! I finally figured out by seeing people type SAK that it meant Swiss Army Knife.. I'm clueless with them as well!! A lot of people know them by their metric measurements as well. Then i'm really lost. Have a great day!!
Great knives I’ve got my dads Victorinox and he sharpened the blade so how’s there half the blade it’s got an ink pen built into the scales along with the tweezers and toothpick. Hopefully you have a SAFE HAPPY HALLOWEEN 🎃 😊
Tinker, one of the classic best SAK. Hopefully it'll teach folks in the colonies some metric too 🤠😉 thanks for sharing 🙏
Thanks for checking it out!!
Be careful! The Victorinox rabbit hole is deep! Thanks for participating in Two for Tuesday, Big J. Keep charging.
Boy, it sure is!! HA!!! Not as bad as that Western Rabbit Hole!! LOL!!
Great models Big J!! Love seeing Victorinox on the channel!! Thanks
Glad you like them! I'm a little out of my comfort zone but making the best out of it!!
I have a bunch of Victorinox but i carry the sd classic every day and i carry the tinker the most out the rest of the SAK's.
Thanks James, i'm the same with the SD Classic!!

Two great knives, Thanks for sharing Jerry 👍
Thanks for checking it out Terry!!
Those look like they are pretty useful knives. The clip looks helpful as well. It never hurts to go out of your comfort zone. Thanks for sharing.
Very True!! Gonna carry it for 1 month straight no matter what.. Thanks for checking it out!!
Those clips are great. I carry a Swisschamp everyday and the clip really helps keep that little brick manageable. Great 2-fer!!
Thanks!! I am really liking these so far and that clip really makes it ride a lot better!!

I haven’t gotten that far yet.🤣
I’ll be interested to know what you think.

They are nice ones for sure with their functions. Thanks for checking it out!!

Stay tuned, i may be doing a GAW with that Hiker!!! LOL!! Thanks for checking it out!!
@@bigjsknives cool! It is my pleasure
Those are great knives! I have a few! I do carry a Classic SD everyday! Have a wonderful day!!!
You as well Mike!! Hope you have a great week!!
I only have one Victorinox knife. It is the hiker. I do want to pick up a couple of Alox ones later on. Great two for Tuesday.
Thanks Dean, I definitely need to try an Alox out!!
I have one of those clips, haven't tried it yet lol. The Tinkers and Super Tinkers are great. Great additions!!
Clips are definitely worth trying, make it ride good if you pocket carry!!
Two good SAKs to get started with. You might opt for a Huntsman next, pretty good bang for the buck for all you get on it. Thanks, Jer.
Thanks for checking it out, I’ll def look at the huntsman!!
Victorinox is one of my favorites.
Thanks for checking it out!! I’m very new at them, but growing to like them pretty quickly!
Excellent video Big J. As of yet, I have not gone near the Victorinox rabbit hole as Tom cautioned about. Can you buy just one??? Happy Tuesday brother! Cheers, RW
Yes, he is absolutely correct!! Look at this, had 2 delivered the same day!! LOL!!

You need to give them a try. I have 23 different Victorinox/ Wenger knives and am hardly ever without one in my pocket. Try a model with scissors.
Thanks, I'm definitely going to be picking more of these up for sure!!

Honestly I don’t know anything about them at all!
But I’ve had a couple and been infatuated with them since I was a kid !
Same Boat!! LOL!! Thanks for checking it out!!
@@bigjsknives I’m gonna have to score a Victorinox or 2!
