My ex did the same thing at the same time! Over the phone, he laughed and said he knew for months he didn’t want anything to do with me because I was lazy and had mental issues. I went no contact. When he showed up 6 months later, denied ever saying that to me and lied about not being in a relationship with the woman he cheated on me with. Called him out, he left, and started the smear campaign immediately. Been free a year now and happy.
I left my ex 8 months ago no contact since and just yesterday he texted me I love you. Smh as if nothing happened. It took me months too regain everything back now lm back too my old self and I feel much better without all the anxiety attacks I was feeling. He left me and Said he didn't want nothing too do with Me because he rather be single ... I said okay and mind you he left me pregnant...not once he Asked for his child nothing.... They are just sick individual it's best to stay away and don't fall for them hitting you up acting like they care because they don't.

If you're in real trouble you can always call a crisis line. If you think you are in danger, there are places women can go for shelter. Ten years I didn't even know what was happening I only kept giving, believing his lies & empty promises. I feel so stupid. This last time July 4th he discarded me for a major downgrade. They got engaged already. he ( just) met her! I've deactivated my fb so I won't go look. His friends & family have been texting or calling thinking that I want to hear about his stupid shit show. Honestly this new supply made me literally sick his standards have disappeared I will never understand or never want his touch again
