Only thing I see thats a missed opportunity they should have installed radio & speakers.

I've heard that is indeed quite loud.
I want to say I'd never splurge on anything if I won the lottery... but yeah, an air conditioned cab zero turn mower is one thing I'd buy.
Can come in handy for the west texas heat.

There is a safety switch which is pushed in by the chute or mulching piece being attached to the deck. I took the cover off and it wouldn't start. Put it back on, no problem. It takes only a minute with 2 easily accessible wingnuts and no tools. This mower starts up first crank each time and it is a joy to use. It also mows in reverse by putting the key to the reverse area after starting and pushing in the triangular button. It will stay in reverse mode until you turn it off. All in all, for my homeowner needs, I really like this mower-and at 70 bucks a cut here in Miami, it's already more than 1/3 paid for itself in a month.

Very nice set up. For me though it makes more sense to put that on a tractor. A tractor can be used all year round not just summer.

does is blow cold air into your neck. doesn't look like there is any directional vents.
Is there an option for heat and radio???
in the winter just wear warm clothes and use ear buds.
Do they make a cab for a L3400 tractor?
Kubota does not, but there are a few aftermarket options. Depending on how much you want to spend I would look at cabdepot.com or orangeaftermarket.com

The cab for one of these varies a little depending on options and accessories, but looking around $11,000-$12,000 including installation costs/

I would recommend reaching out to your local Kubota dealer, and if they are not aware of the Cab Option they need to contact Curtis. Honestly, if they want more details on the dealer end they can call me with questions as we have sold a few!

What's the total price for the lawnmower and the cab??
Right now it is around $32,500 - $33,000 depending on options.

Probably not a good idea with a diesel with no emissions, fumes will kill you. Not completely sealed
Honestly if you're going to spend 8 hours a day doing something, you may as-well enjoy doing it. We spend 30,000-40,000 dollars on a new car and drive it maybe 30 minutes a day.
Thats why you get a company car and have to spend 10+ hours a day in it.
That is a joke, my guys would rip them to hell in the first day. I would rather have auto steere.
