You rarely see this amount of action in the actual anime.
Well in the most recent chapters you do. It's FILLED with action. But back then yeah it was a bit dull I'll admit. Still I'm glad I stuck with it all the way to it's great end.
I mean, it takes not only imagination, but also a lot of scenes and drawing just for a fight scene. Not to mention that mangakas have tight schedules.

This is seriously million times better than the show.
The Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series is by far the best anime-related games that exist (anime-related being actual anime games, and not just art-wise). These games are just a thing of beauty, the cut-scenes, animation, gameplay, everything just looks perfect and the story mode really feels like you're playing a high-definition movie.
It's unfortunate that I no longer own my PS3, but I will forever remember the pure joy that I experienced when playing the Ultimate Ninja Storm series...

You know it's a badass game when the game's fight sequences look better than the actual anime's.
Keep in mind this is one of the first battles so that's why he doesn't fight back much. They do get harder, but you are right that usually getting S-Rank is pretty easy. The only one I didn't get S-Rank first try on was against Pain.
man, that's the only gripe i have about the quick time cutscenes. you can't fully appreciate what's going on since you have to worry about putting in the correct buttons. great to watch someone else play though.

Undoubtedly the best fight choreography in the entirety of the Storm series. The air fight sequence was surprsing and dynamic, way beyond the expectations i had for storm 2.
Gaara is a beast. He made this epic pose at the beggining of the battle & he saved his village from a bomb the size of Chuck Norris' beard. Not to mention the state he was in when doing it. :D
Bro wtf I had no idea the game had gotten this cool?! I only remember the old ones that were simple street fighter clones. I might need to go through and play them all now...

Gaara's Growth was waaay beyond the level of Naruto's. I wonder how much longer will it take for Naruto become Kage.

@@xMario91 he’s saying he physically summoned Shukaku himself rather than releasing it outright. Shows control but it’s game only sadly a sick alternate ending though. Gaara probably could’ve done this in the anime but he was tired from the sand shield
@@DeathbornGamerYeah i feel like Gaara should've turned into Shukaku in the anime. He's a Jinchuriki after all. Or rather, he was. Maybe he would've win if he released his Biju's power.
@@Zeroreaper0.0 Given the amount of control he has over the versatility of his sand, I feel like Gaara can easily create a replica Shukaku as armour. Kind of like how Naruto summons Kurama acting as armour. He just never had the need to since he's not a direct fighter most of the time.

storm had the best writing for these scenes man, they need to make a boruto series now only they can make him look good up to Kara actuation arc

Lol nice, btw why don't you use items? Sometimes they help, like in the first battle, vs kakashi, you can use paper bombs to destroy the rocks he stands on.
@Commentar1000 well im guessing that like most jinchuuriki, eventually he and his bijuu made a deal on how much chakra to share/trade and he was able use bijuu bomb and the shukaku arms willingly without transforming (probably same with yugito)

hate the fact that gaara has to run around that much instead of giving him the ability to control his sand like sasori his puppets. fits more to his original fighting style... just my opinion...

I've finally finished the game but I must admit, this deidara boss battle was very annoying cos he kept on running away lol
@killer1014021 once you finish the game there is a spot at the hokage office where you can replay all main battles. hope that helped!

OMG they so got the first part of the fight from Naruto Shippuden Ryujinki for Wii!!!! Sasuke vs. Deidara looked EXACTLY like this! only with horrible outfits and graphics...but gosh TOMY and CyberConnect are awesome!
heh Gaara is one the best characters in Naruto he passes a hard life to finally being accept by his own village.
You do know how to do the multiple jump thing right? Makes dodging a whole lot easier.

I tell ya, Liom O' Brien was FANTASTIC in this scene.
If naruto anime was drawn using these animated CGI, the episode would be out faster than hand drawn and there will be no more filler that drawn crappilly :D
favoret fight in both the game and anime I played this battle six time and still get the same feeling I got when I played it the first time
