Revisiting this video - thanks for this! I've had my Signals Marsh Grey since March this year and have watched most of your RE Classic 350 vids (as well as the many UK riders and USA and Germany). My mods so far: Engine guard, low seat (I'm vertically challenged), heel-toe shifter, soft panniers (olive green), rear rack (attached to pillion seat), touring windshield, fog lights (yet to fix on engine guard). Very pleased with all of them so far. I think I'm done although tossing up about touring mirrors; I hope to do some long trips over summer whenever it arrives (in NZ). Ride safe!
i like the touring mirrors and if you can get motoz tractionator adventure tyres for it -go for those. check out my latest clip on the red chrome with those tyres. great off road
G'day Warro, like the extras you have added, the bike looks fantastic and period, how the rain in your part of OZ, it's raining cats and dogs here, all the rivers and creeks around Northern Victoria are in flood, rode through water yesterday on the Interceptor and because no Lucas electric's it kept running, cheers mate keep safe and happy, Neil 🤠.
yeah i too was hunting more for that perios style of a look on this bike. enfield was good enough to supply me with the canvas and all i had to do was decorate it...lol yeah lots of water about here plus the abundance of potholes on the sealed stuff and the dirt. out today looking for a spot on this to do the ride/cook. found one eventually but horror roads to travel on. all the best.
Love Your Accessories on the Marsh Grey! I own the Desert Sand with heel/toe shifter but swapped out the Waxed canvas panniers for Jerry Storage Cans (made by Rampage Products). They give me more storage but aren't as waterproof but I just use various size zip lock bags to keep things dry! They also have locks with keys! I purchased the Jerry Cans on Amazon for $107 each (U.S.) I mounted them on the two inner flat "stretchers" of the saddlebag stand-offs that came with the waxed canvas panniers. I drilled four holes in the "stretchers". The spacing between the four holes was 3+7/8 inches (so a square). I then rested the Jerry Cans on the standoffs bottom rack and used small block magnets to stabilize the cans (hold them in place) against the stretchers with the holes drilled through them. Then I just marked the Jerry cans by using a fine pint magic marker (felt tip marker), and drilled the four marked locations. I used a tap set to put 1/4" x 20 threads on the standoff's holes and 1/4 x 20 x 1" bolts to fasten the cans to the standoffs. The bolt heads are on the inside of the jerry cans and one inch bolts protrude out the backside of the threaded holes on the stretchers with just enough "extra" threads exposed to add a washer and nut for an added measure of safety! (I'd hate to see a metal jerry can flying off the bike at 50mph into someone's windshield!) I uploaded a 6 minute video to TH-cam last week Titled: "Jerry Can Saddlebags on the Royal Enfield Classic 350 in Desert Storm" in case you or others would be interested?
Gr8 video Warro, it's right up there with Skippy, Solo One and Kylie Monogue! Best wishes from all in Redditch, England, the spiritual home of Royal Enfield.
It's a shame we don't get the classic 350 in that colour here in the UK. The accessories you've fitted are perfect, they fit in with the theme of the bike and look great. Ride safe
I had a good look at them while in the showroom, I picked up the Himalayan on Monday, busy running it in. Only done 70 miles 112 km in short journeys. Take care.
Much appreciated and all the best. nice area to take a photo apart from the far right of the shot. some-one had disposed of a deer and left it right on the track. it was sort of getting a bit ripe too as i was taking the shots down wind...lol
I wanted this colour but the waiting period was too long, then i saw the stealth black in showroom, it was love at first sight. It will be delivered in 2 days 😊
at the end of the day the bikes are near identical in the running gear and only the colour really splits them. all the best and good choice there. i think any 350 reborn is a good choice!
Thanks for sharing the things you've added to your Classic 350. I have my eye on a Signals Marsh Grey model at a dealer here in Pennsylvania. It would make a great companion to my 2022 Himalayan that I ride through the mountains. And I'm sure it would be a fine model for videos!
Hi Warro - I'd just like to thank you for recommending the heel and toe shifter - I've just fitted one (came very quickly from India) to my Classic 350 and it's made a world of difference. For me, because the footpegs are horizontal and not angled forward and down (as they are on my R1250RT for example), I found it very awkward every time I tried to change up. With the heel shift it's now a piece of cake! (and yes, I had raised the original shift by one spline otherwise shifting up was just about impossible!)
@XiphiasX10A what i found with enfield 500 some had good gear changes and others didn't. same year same bike......lol i never had any issues with gearbox on both the 350 reborn. both shifted positive and drama free. heel and toe shift pick it up on ebay but make sure its for the 350 reborn as the 500 wont fit. in fact i will find you one and get back to you
Hello Sir, myself Paresh speaking from India. Sir I want to tell you that I also have the same model Halcyon Black Royal Enfield 350 Classic Ribbon Thank you so much for this video
im pretty happy with both classic 350's. i think they look more old school compared to the new hunter but once on the road i'd say they all pretty well run the same. what i can say is that yamaha xmax300 i bought a few weeks back is a pretty impressive runner for 292cc. happy with it too.
Lovely bike and great and useful mods, I had a question on the panniers.. Are they official RE bags and also the pannier rack. Because the bags don't come for Reborn were you able to fit it without mods and are they stable. Please suggest.
Great video. I have the same bike. Tried adding a side black plastic pannier but I can’t get the holes to line up so the long bolt won’t go through. (It goes just to the right of the top of the shock bolt. There’s a black cover that I removed and then the existing bolt). Any tips I would really appreciate it. I absolutely love the Classic signals!
i think i had that issue on mine too. i did have that plastic case on but decided to go twin canvas bags etc. its dark outside now so i cant check - i greased the bolts -i put the bike on centrest and then put a jack under the swing arm and moved the rear wheel up till the holes lined up i also used a small screwdriver to position in the hole to indicate it was in correct position to tighten correctly
yeah maybe i got it a bit young there...lol but saying that i do recall putting a power commander 5 on a classic 500 which included a dead spot at 4000 revs for my trouble...lol i was much harder to do than this valve check.
only one real drama with them. when they get wet they bleed water. first i replaced the paper disc and the next time it happened....now that looks even more period...lol
Sensible and stylish additions, all.
thanks. i think it looks even more period style now...hope i'm not called up for active duty as a despatch runner...lol all the best!
She's a beaut. Gorgeous photos in that location, well done.
Glad you enjoyed it and i too think it took a good photo near the water but maybe not too good if i had ventured further...lol
all the best!

always good to see another view on the fitment of saddlebags on an enfield classic 350

thanks and good to hear you enjoyed the clip on such a great bike.
all the best!
That is such a cool looking bike. All the mods just make it appear so period perfect.
thanks good to hear the response to the mods was in the direction i was looking for.all the best!
Looks awesome! The panniers really set it off and I love your idea with the tax disc holder.
Thanks so much!

Question mate .
Is the sump guard alloy?
Nice one Warro, lovely quality stills 1

it was sort of getting a bit ripe too as i was taking the shots down wind...lol
Great stuff!
thanks and appreciated!
Some knobby on/off road tires look great on those military style Classic 350's. It also helps them perform when you go off the pavement.
they do. im in the process of putting togther a 50 clip playlist on just this bike. already have the interceptor up. 75 clips in that one
@@ridewithwarrocan’t wait to see it!
THANK YOU
LOVED the video.
LOVE the bike.
Thanks!!!
must admit myself i too i think its a nice looking set of wheels. runs great too and not afraid of a bit of off road style of work either.

can't go wrong buying the marsh grey. i actually like the look of them myself...lol all the best!

Hello Sir,
myself Paresh speaking from India.
Sir I want to tell you that I also have the same model Halcyon Black Royal Enfield 350 Classic Ribbon Thank you so much for this video
great to hear. enjoy your ride.
Hi Warro, your classic 350 reborn looks very nice. Can you share where to buy the black headlamp peak?
i actually swapped it over from the halcyon grey bike. it came stock on that one. thought it looked better on this so sprayed it black
Hey Warro, your Signals is my favourite pick. Can’t decide between this & the new Hunter350 coming to Aus🇦🇺🤔
im pretty happy with both classic 350's. i think they look more old school compared to the new hunter but once on the road i'd say they all pretty well run the same.

the bags are really for the 500 racking system but i had no real issues with them and once strapped in place -never moved full or empty.
Nice to see
Any difference in
Seat
Shock
Gear lever
Increase in comfort zone ?
Bro
all 3 mods you asked about are worth doing or they'd be in the bin,
Great video. I have the same bike. Tried adding a side black plastic pannier but I can’t get the holes to line up so the long bolt won’t go through. Thank you so much!! I will try that.
Hi Warro ,
Is sump guard required if I am only riding on paved roads .
Thank you
not required at all
Are you using any polish for that black engine?
not at the moment. not sure over time if it will fade or not
@@ridewithwarro but how to protect that engine from colour fading ?
🙌😊😊😊
I had to learn to do the valve adjustment on my own. I don’t know any 12 year olds. 😂
yeah maybe i got it a bit young there...lol but saying that i do recall putting a power commander 5 on a classic 500 which included a dead spot at 4000 revs for my trouble...lol i was much harder to do than this valve check.
Thought you had the halycon
Hi andy he has aswell 👍
@@williamtaylor874 wow, I can't keep up 😂
there is some-one always wondering what ive got..... in that case i have 2 new 350's and 3 other new bikes all 2022 models. hope that helps

Hi waro me to put a 1956 tax disc on my classic 350 👍 bill from england !
only one real drama with them. when they get wet they bleed water. first i replaced the paper disc and the next time it happened....now that looks even more period...lol
Cannot believe both Classic 350 Signals have been already discontinued. 😢
no big deal i like the halcyon grey better and thats why i bought it
Test. Sorry, but I’m having trouble commenting on TH-cam videos right now.
working fine this end
