Good lot of Info there, thanks for posting.
Glad it was helpful! next clip will be the suspension or if there is a next clip...i will see how this one goes...lol
Nice mods mate, the heel toe shifter is such a great practical addition. The fender rack looks the part and I think it looks great, cheers 😎
thanks-good to hear you enjoyed the clip and like the mods. all the best!
I went for the RE bar end mirrors. I think they look better and they work better for me. If you ever have trouble remembering which mirror has the reverse thread, just think about hitting a pedestrian with it. The mirror should loosen when whacked from the front.
I have the same heel and toe shifter. I found the heel portion interfered with my boot heel. I used an adjustable wrench to grab it and bend it slightly inboard.
Same rack as well but I used rivet nuts in the fender. That way I don’t have to fumble with a wrench on the underside. It’s a little more work initially but makes removal a breeze. Plus I can put the screws back in and it looks finished.
all good tips there...thanks
Hey Dan, I got TCX boots 👢 which are quite stiff and becomes difficult with the toe part of the toe-heel shifter. Just when engaging first gear. Is there a way to raise it a bit?
@@neosmith166 yes! I installed the India domestic market heel and toe shifter but if you just want to raise yours, you have to remove the front lower frame bolt and loosen the rear bolt this allows the lower frame rail to drop down enough to reposition the shift lever.
Those are great installation tips, especially when most accessory kits don't come with assembly instructions. I have bought more than one accessory that just didn't seem to fit the way I would have expected and I wish I had a video to review before starting the installation.
Glad it was helpful and appreciated too
@Ride with Warro Thank you for sharing your experience with fitting aftermarket accessories. Your tips are appreciated Your RE 350's look awesome with practical mods!
Glad to help! i think its coming along pretty good and still 7 more accessories to fit
@@ridewithwarro Thanks mate keep up the good work!
I have one of those black fender mounted racks on my H-D Sportster, I stuck double sided tape on the mounting faces of the rack, I then stuck some thick felt onto the double sided tape.
good idea
G'day Warro, good advice on the 350 RE, l have sofar added 18 extra's on my Interceptor 650, levers, pipes and mufflers, seat, indicators, taillight, air filter, fuel booster, bar end mirrors, racks and sump guard, and l think more to come, makes for a more interesting machine, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.
nothing like a bit of bling to fill in some time...lol
An Awesome Video again Sir.... Thank you for sharing... Very knowledgeable ! All The best
Thanks a ton. glad you enjoyed it -2 more clips and 7 accessories to come
The little 350 is looking good Warro!
yeah i think so.its a colour which grows on you i think.
Nice video Warro, not a heel & toe shifter fan but the mirrors and the rack really set it off, by the way those still photos are superb, great job and thanks.👍👍👍👍👍👍
thanks -if it happens its suspension in the next clip.
Great info, thanks for sharing.
Best wishes from Ireland.
Glad it was helpful!
Warro, nice video there mate! I got 1 & 2 accessories already fitted. I also removed by rear seat for that old skool look. But HELL NAW, I ain't gonna drill holes into my rear fender. I do need a rear rack but I'll look for the same bracket type which the rear seat comes in.
I got a Halcyon Green so gonna preserve that beautiful striped behind when I ain't on and out traveling for miles.
But good looking tho, that signals green is pure fire 🔥!!
good choice i dont mind the old drill etc..lol after all to me they are just a bike but once you drill -you cant go back...lol
no doubt the rear seat is better off and it looks more of a classic style bike. seat springs are a must too just for the looks and very little $$ outlay.
all the best!
Excellent accessories review and installation tutorial 👌 👍
Glad you liked it! ithink its coming along well plus a few hints on the fitting too.
Excellent video again warro, keep them coming,..
Thanks, will do! still 7 more accessories to fit. suspension side next up
That green looks ace. Unfortunately we can’t get it here in uk YET
yeah its almost -ready for battle...lol all the best!
Its MrT very good video i really like ur helmet w goggles can u inform me of the make as the ones i had on the late 60s were stadium and lens was double glazed iam looking for a new pair thanks
those were halcyon googles from the uk supplier.links on google
Parabéns ... ficou ótimo o vídeo ... aqui no Brasil não existe os acessórios .. é necessário importar ... ficou muito bonita a moto ...
good to hear you enjoyed the content
Love that bike.
BSA £6500-£7000 so $11900-$12400nz Warro.
I think R.E look better & have more shiny alloy, air cooled, sound better & cheaper.Play the wait & see game like we did on twins for teething problems if any & follow up services.
Also read owners forums & watch TH-cam videos for any issues by owners.See what aftermarket has to offer, watch a heap of reviews.
I don't like the look of huge looking rear shocks & I'd replace with smaller one's that are in more proportion with bike like original bike.I would also put a thin alloy high flow radiator & associated plumbing similar to Triumphs.A free flow header & a slip on or you could buy a R.E 650 & put slip on's on bike for same money as base money.
Done some great mods on your Classic 350's Warro & you probably one of the foremost owner expert on R.E.
i think it will be interesting to see how this new 650 runs over its first few months of production. i'd be keen to know if any vibration as the little 350 are very good in that area -pretty well nice and smooth to ride.
that aud$12k would seen to be the target price or it may shoot up around the $14k seeing its a 650
all the best and glad to hear you like the marsh grey/green too...lol
@@ridewithwarro No £6500 $11900 for base model & £6800 for medium model flasher colour & £7000($12300) for Silver Sheen model with polished engine casings.
So it won't shoot up & I think the base model should of been £100-£200 cheaper than R.E650 or at least the same as R.E base model.
R.E 650 will have the air-cooled traditionalists & are established with a great network in place.BSA has to earn their place in the market & a wise man will wait & see how they go with follow up services & teething problems. Also BSA had a couple cheap looking bits on it & Yezdi, Jawa have cheap parts & is same company but Yezdi,Jawa not good enough for export. The radiator on the BSA is from the Yezdi, Jawa parts bin & radiator plumbing is cheap.Rear shocks are enormous but these things can be replaced & customizing it will improve look & performance.Looks like where header pipe joins muffler is reduced to a small size & sounds like pip pip pip instead of dug dug dug so a larger diameter pipe at join or whole header slip on upgrade.Someone said it's the same engine as a BMW 650 single uses a Rotrax short stroke so low down performance will be weak & top end will be strong.
Wait & see now I guess.
@@ridewithwarro Only way to tell about vibration is to test ride or watch lot's of reviews & read forums.
Owners reviews are the best one's to watch cause they'll tell you about issues if any & say what vibrations are like etc.Sponsored videos sugar coat it down play things.
You have really done a great job on the Classic 350's & are a head of most for sensible mods.
Gr8 video Sir👍
I will look for heel & toe shifter and fender rack links to buy them for my RE classic 350 Reborn Chrome Red.
I don't find heel&toe shifter in Italy
TY 4 sharing 🙏
eBay item number:403677702069
@@ridewithwarro this one found! ok, TY.. cannot find #item of the fender rack instead..
@@jongsecco7015 ok just type in harley davidson rear rack and with one you require is 11" by 6 " approx
@@ridewithwarro thx mate 🙏👍
PLZ BRING A VIDEOS ON AXOR CHI HELMETS THAT IS LOOKING ON THUMBNAIL
i will give it some thought
Hi! Nice bike. Love the Classic 350 :) Have not seen this colour before though! What's it called? Thanks!
the colour is called marsh grey but in real life i think it looks more a military green
Could you put bar end mirrors on the Classic 350?
yes.
Good stuff Warro
thanks and appreciated
What color is that bike? It looks like olive drab but I cannot find olive drab on their website.
marsh grey
@@ridewithwarro What color does it look like in person because that definitely doesn't look gray on camera.
yeah your right. in my other clips i mention my halcyon grey 350 looks blue and the marsh grey looks green...lol
Blue lock tight on these??
you can i suppose but these 350's are prettty low on vibes so ive had no real issues there
From where you got short gear lever plz tell me the website
these are just the standard shifter for overseas models. you can pick them up on ebay
Thanks
Got one same colour...only issue I have is...sqeeky brakes...front and back......
yeah you get used to that. if need be you can pull the rear and clean it but so far its not annoyed me that much to worry about
thanks, I'm thinking of buying a 350 for my wife.
great ride. i think you both will actually enjoy riding it. if one is going to buy an enfield single-this is by far the best yet!
@@ridewithwarro Thanks, it is not our main goal but there will be times that we will have to ride the interstate. Will this bike cut it?
@@benvoiles3505 i was out on it yesterday on a 60 klm run and i'd say its more a comfortable cruiser at 100 kph/60 mph. you could possible go 65 mph but after that i think one is within the 10 mph outright top speed or pretty well at its limit.
if your happy with 60 mph -it does that speed well.
@@ridewithwarro Thanks, kind of like my Ural.
Je viens d'acheter la même machine, je la réceptionne ce samedi 29 avril 2023 😎
good to hear you enjoyed it
@@ridewithwarro
J'ai parcouru 900 kilomètres avec cette Marsh Grey 😎.
Du bonheur 👍
Only thing I'm not sure I'd like is the bend in the rack.
it looks pretty good in front of you. just check out my history section and see same rack on the halcyon blue in chrome
Just when I thought the RE 350 Classic s"Signals" could not be improved.
pity RE UK are not importing them, talk about missing an open goal...
just a bit of bling makes the difference and if it actually helps the ride experience...thats even bettter...lol all the best!
