    My biggest barrier is been alone at this.. I feel that I am the only one who has to make changes from all those people that I am surrounded with.. so after few days I would give ul on it

    I loved the part you compared it with showing up at work everyday, that even if we are sick or not in mood, we still have to go to work because of the commitment . I felt it with all my cells. I'm an Elementary school teacher and it's really hard for me to be as active as before . Cause I had never been this over weighted. I started to lose weight 5 days ago and watch videos to stay motivated. I need to lose weight before school starts. Thanks for the time you devoted for us ❤😊 hello from Türkiye 🇹🇷

    Getting distracted and falling of the grid. I want to opt for a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy and not worry about what to wear everyday and feel conscious about my body. But I eat healthy one day and fail to do that for the next 2 days. And I am tired all the time and struggle to cook a meal and eat unhealthy and eventually feel disgusting. And that is a loop

      If you can create the right vision, you can make these challenges disappear. I'm don't have a great work ethic, but I do know how to create a vision that drives me to shop, cook, exercise and ultimately, get the results I want. You can do it too 😍

    Inconsistent lifestyle and work patterns, inconsistent sleep patterns, no motivation to cook after work.
    Working nights on a high stress, desk based job. No consistent eating times or lunch breaks due to the shift patterns being everywhere

    My biggest barrier is wanting to eat something sweet and wanting fast food and craving an easy snack every hour, I’m not obese of that fat but I definitely need to lose weight. I’m 13 and weigh 149 pounds.

      I highly recommend to start out with a fruit in the morning, such as melon or something else you like because whenever I eat a sweet fruit in the morning, it satisfies my need for sugar cravings. Also, what really helps is to stop shopping large amounts of sweet stuff and only buy smaller sweets such as a small chocolate bar. One type of sweet per day will not ruin your diet process, it actually helps because balance is key.

      It's really normal to be frustrated when not seeing instant results. So much to say about this topic that it wouldn't fit in a comment. Hang in there and if you haven't already read the book Atomic Habits, consider it. It does a wonderful job explaining the importance of delayed gratification, getting 1% better, valuing systems over goals, etc.

      Don't focus on the results you are getting, focus on the results you want. Reason being, if your current results aren't what you want, they will de-motivate you, but you can always create a great vision that will get you going, if you know how. Hold that vision and it will show up

    Being impatient to eat dinner, not being prepared with the snacks, feeling stressed and feeling like I’ve already de-railed and can’t get back to being healthy right now.
