xD? If someone's really.addicted to this and they buy a lot of nutella jars, yes they will enjoy it for a period of time, then they will end up regretting it cuz they will be fat and probably have serious health problems which in turn will lead a miserable life and you will not really enjoy it, and you'll wish you'd eaten this in moderation. Not something most would do, but people who end up like that exist, and there's a decent number of them.

Thomas Bergeron Yes!! I was just expecting it !! More than not being healthy, this demand for palm oil is destroying forests in Indonesia, ending the habitat of orangutans, tigers, and using child labor and even slave labor
I generally appreciate these videos from Business Insider, but this is basically a video showing the ingredients and nutritional facts list from the label.
Man I love it but too costly The only time I ate it was when we ordered a Nutella cake for my sister’s birthday which came with a half full bottle attached to the cake surface I milked it for around two weeks before i finished it.
I remember eating nutella crepes when I was a child. I always ordered it whenever we had time after grocery shopping. Nowadays, I just eat them for nostalgia. It's comfort food to me, not something I find "healthy".
I hated Nutella for some reason, when I first tried it. Still hate it to this day. Only this nutella I ate was a pizza from a restaurant once last year (i saw Nutella Pizza). I love trying new things on the menu, things I’d probably think twice about eating. Just seeing Nutella Pizza made me want to try it. I’d eat Nutella Pizza again tbh
Back in middle school, during lunch, instead of going to the cafeteria, like half my class would go to one of our teachers’ rooms. She’d have Nutella and peanut butter and bread... the rest is history. I’ve now graduated High School, and haven’t tasted a bit of Nutella in at least 3+ years. If I can do it, y’all can too!
I had Nutella once. My husband likes it. Although he has a sweet tooth the size of Montana, I do not. I thought it tasted like sugar and chocolate and the hazelnut aspect they were trying to play up in the name was seriously lacking in actual practice. Guess I was right. Now, if they’d like to cut the sugar and dial up the nuts... I’d like to be informed immediately.
Nutella’s made by the same company that makes Ferrero Rochers. If you eat a Rocher candy, you’ll notice that it tastes basically like Nutella. So, Nutella’s essentially candy chocolate.
I don't think ANYONE ever thought nutella was healthy. That would be like saying apple pie is healthy just because it has natural apples in it. And I don't know why for the longest time I thought nutella was just chocolate, despite the word "hazelnut" printed right there... and the fact that it literally smells like the hazelnut cream I use in my coffee every other day.
I used to love love love Nutella. Then I bought a jar in May that tasted really funny. I think they changed their formula and now it’s not the same....
The intro totally laid out my exact thought patterns-- Hazelnuts-- must be healthy... thank you for showing it is just sugar and palm oil! Super dense in calories and probably very few vitamins and minerals!
21g of sugar is about what i should have in an entire day? cmiiw, but doesn't our body need like 2000kcal and 21g of sugar is only like 85kcal? lmao im not doing keto or some other diet here
Then eat 450-500g of sugar a day then, quit being a dumbass you know you can't get all your calories from one source but still that's a lot from one spoonful of chocolate sugar.
First time I tasted this, it tasted too artificial. I immediately thought it's poison and threw away the container. I don't know how this stuff is addictive for a lot of people.
I make my own version since I am diabetic. Roast hazelnuts. Cool them for 10 minutes. Put in food processor. Add dates or any sugar substitute (don’t go crazy on that), then add dark chocolate or 100% cocoa powder with no additives. Voila. Your own Nutella spread that is healthier than the original. Make small batches first then go bigger.😊
There was a kid at my school who ate half a jar of Nutella the Costco size at lunch and I asked him don’t you think that’s a bit much he goes it’s only 21 grams of sugar🤨🤨😒 I had to explain serving sizes to him
I first and last had Nutella in 1988, on a college trip in Italy and thought we would try it, bought a jar and a loaf of bread. Unfamiliar with the Italian holidays we bought it just before a four-day weekend and with the banks closed we couldn't exchange our money so had to live on Nutella sandwiches for four days. Was so happy to be able to buy real food again that I haven't tried it again since.
And who thought it was healthy?😂
I thought the same thing. Out of all the times I ate nutella, I never thought it was healthy. Some people are dumbasses these days.
DogeGames yeah
Ann Lara actually I did.
Ann Lara I thought it was healthier that normal chocolate spreads. I guess not
I never once thought it was healthy. It's just the best tasting chocolate spread for me.

1:07 21 grams of sugar in one day? That’s nothing
I think he meant the white sugar intake not the natural/overall sugars intake .
I've had 4 Nutella sandwiches in a sitting during exams, and I'm doing pretty well. Been a few years, so may do that again. Moderation, baby
exactly, I rarely have it, but when I do, I still have about 3 sandwiches in one sitting lol, I'm 34, completely healthy and weigh 135 at 5'8"
Thanks to my strict parents I haven’t eaten Nutella since a year. Always hated them for that but they were so right.
