Omg the open drawers in the kitchen, haha! I’m always leaving cabinets open just a crack and drawers not quite closed all the way and it drives my husband bonkers, 😂. I honestly don’t even realize I’m doing it. I personally play vanilla because my PC is a potato. (I’m long overdue for an upgrade and was planning on it, but then we bought a bigger house that was a fixer upper because I was pregnant, and then I had a kid and then after a few years, I was finally picking out all my components and the pandemic hit and really messed with both the supply chain and pricing so I put it off again…) so I really enjoy that a lot of your builds are things I can download - but I also really enjoy the occasional CC build and seeing what else is out there and what can be built with CC. I think builds that are completely or mostly CC are the best way to do that.

Here's an idea/request 💡 An industrial home with modern windows and upgrades for a painter/photographer and his wife who's a model/actress/style influencer. He prefers a darker, masculine aesthetic with metal and wood but she prefers a light aesthetic with greenery and white. So basically industrial meets scandi or japandi vibes ✨

I like how you pointed out that using only ingame items does make it accessible to console players, but using cc makes it accessible to PC players with limited packs. Before I could afford packs I relied heavily on cc items. This was such a fun video though. Great job.
I‘d love more cc builds, I think it’s more accessible as not as many people play on console, and if most people don’t have all packs anyway as you said. But I enjoy all your builds

I would LOVE to see more CC builds. you are one of my favorite builders and getting to see you explore CC is wonderful. i know most gamechangers/big simmers don't build with much or any cc, however i would imagine that dumping some cc in your game could be refreshing and inspiring. don't hold yourself back!!! I didn't know you had an art degree until recently and boy does that make sense :)

Man I am so jealous as a console player, haha. I have every pack (but Star Wars and the one man in skirts kit, didn’t like the clothes) and for that reason I never play on pc and use cc. But I may start using my free copy of the sims 4 on my pc and just downloading a ton of cc and build on there sometimes. This stuff is just beautiful. 😍

I love this! I would really like if you started doing more cc builds. I’ve been using mods a lot more now with curseforge cause it really is so much easier to manage cc. And it’s easier to find maxis match cc. There’s a lot of alpha cc to sift through online, and I’ve just never been a big fan of the look. Especially when the world items look so different.
This build was super cute! The only thing that bothered me was the green tile in the bathroom, cause my brain just kept thinking of a Hosptial. Lol. But overall I really like the vibe. I would call it modern eclectic. It’s definitely very modern, it has the clean showroom look while still feeling loved in. But there’s lots of random pieces. I heard a home designer say once that to make a room work, you need to match either the colors or the style. So you can stay within a style and use as many colors as you want, or you can restrain to a color palette and match all your items to that scheme. So as long as you match the wood tone, you can use as many styles of furniture as you want. And I think that’s why this works so well even tho it sounds like it shouldn’t.

The kitchen counters are from House of Harlix Baysic collection. A lot of the CC she used was from House of Harlix actually. She also mentioned Peacemaker
