I'm 73 and still a Purple One fan. I love his musical spirit...he was truly among the greatest guitarist in the world. He is underrated as a guitarist. He was a one-of-a-kind musical giant. This was right after he did 21 concerts at the Inglewood Forum where I went one time, walked out of there and couldn't wait to get home to go online, buy another ticket for the next night. I Was There! Drove there all the way from Germany. As you can see it was totally worth it. Fantastic concert. Prince already sneaked on stage and joined the Pre band Sharon Jones. The Guitarsolo at around 59:00 was soo loud, our ears were bleeding. My friend commented: now I am deaf, but it was worth it. Everyone around seemed to agree.

As Prince died, I played his concert in Syracuse '85 a several times and cried out all night long, especially when he played Purple rain. This year my mom died by cancer and I played this concert a several times and cried all night long. He was one of the best and we will miss him forever!

The Dirty Mind tour March 29, 1981 was my first experience into the world of Prince and the Minneapolis sound. The Stone in San Francisco was intimate and we had front row standing room. What an evolution we all were lucky to have experienced!

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. This was right after he did 21 concerts at the Inglewood Forum where I went one time, walked out of there and couldn't wait to get home to go online, buy another ticket for the next night. I ended up seeing him a total of seven times in a row. Prince and his band were that good.

I just love watching Prince perform. He sings my favorite songs and he is just outstanding. His band is outstanding. Shelby is brilliant. I love watching his performance. Prince music is so uplifting.
Saw Prince in concert 2X. This guy at 5'2" is so packed with talent!!! He can play all the instruments there is. I just love his music full of funk and soul. RIP Prince. We miss your talent so very much!!!

I Was There! Drove there all the way from Germany. As you can see it was totally worth it. Fantastic concert. Prince already sneaked on stage and joined the Pre band Sharon Jones. The Guitarsolo at around 59:00 was soo loud, our ears were bleeding. My friend commented: now I am deaf, but it was worth it. Everyone around seemed to agree.
I had the chance to watch him perform in Budapest and it was magic he is a genious. Great loss for the music world RIP Prince you'll always be in my heart and soul

As Prince died, I played his concert in Syracuse '85 a several times and cried out all night long, especially when he played Purple rain. This year my mom died by cancer and I played this concert a several times and cried all night long. He was one of the best and we will miss him forever!

He is amazing performer that being said unfortunately I was lucky enough to see him live but as the artist formerly known as Prince and I was prepared for 1999 & Purple Rain Prince so I was still 💜 him and enjoyed but still not the same just being💯& back then 91-92 I wasn't aware of how f up the music industry was and why he was doing the things he was but my BFF college and introduce me my husband called and said I am taking you and Blake to see Prince in Knoxville, TN gave me date and time to go and we did and enjoyed it still I love to see him again like this or like 1986 still best 🎶 ever ❣️

Pure talent thank God I saw him in concert in 2004 when I finally had the means and opportunity to see him in Detroit at the Joe. My mind was blown with a near 3 hour performance!
The Dirty Mind tour March 29, 1981 was my first experience into the world of Prince and the Minneapolis sound. The Stone in San Francisco was intimate and we had front row standing room. What an evolution we all were lucky to have experienced!
I was lucky enough to see this musical genius in The Coming To America tour twice. I left the concerts changed by what I experienced.
I saw the Syracuse Purple Rain concert in '85'. Life changing. After seeing him no other concert came close to his genius 💜
