Let the egg throwers go buy a factory-made boring attachment and see how many eggs they throw at themselves. Less expense means more profits, Excellent business plan. Maybe the egg throwers would like to compare. Profits at the end of the job?
Not sure how many people would cut into their profit margin as much as you do when you go through and make sure the equipment you sell is properly repaired. You always go above and beyond. Glad the damage wasn't as bad as it could've been. Was another great video.
I’m absolutely obsessed with this channel! I love the amount of knowledge you have on those heavy machines! I don’t know anything about them or work with them but I wish I had one to work on lol. Great job on explaining everything and thanks for sharing
It is a pleasure to learn and observe experienced skilled trades. Now a day's everyone feels the need to chime in. Its great watching real content. ( not staged )

C&C Equipment +: A 'scatch-made' boring bar - that actually worked as intended! Amazing! And nobody was killed while using the thing, either, despite serious protests to the contrary. There seems to be _no end_ to the ingenuity you guys are capable.
You guys sure know your stuff.. and what's more, the big guy could professionally teach a class on how to repair this equipment. Seriously.. you have a gift of passing on your knowledge to others. Well done!
Warning, watch this video at your own risk. In my 43 years of industrial maintenance have I ever seen a boring bar setup like this one. Great job guys.
Just fantastic stuff! No drama, calm problem solving and heavy, heavy engineering. You made changing tracks look as easy as changing bicycle tyres. Amazing!
Yup Mr Clint like everyone says you’re outstanding the tools you build yourself work like factory made and Kevin is a good person to have bye your side is cool hell of employee 👍😎🇺🇸NY
Hi clint, I love watching your videos repairing / rebuilding these machines, your knowledge is second to none. There is also plenty of humour between you and Kevin. Please keep them coming. Best wishes from Scotland
I enjoyed your video! It is amazing how you know so much about these complex machines. I hope your son appreciates the wealth of knowledge he is being given a chance to learn. God Bless!
“DON’T HOLD ON THAT DRILL KEVIN” 🫣! My older brother cost me 4 broken bones in my left arm when I was in the 4th grade. He used say “hey y’all watch this” then tell me to “walk it off “ you ain’t hurt 😂! Thanks for sharing and hi from Texas
Always going that extra mile for the new customer to be and that says a lot about C&C. Great repair and was fun to watch how this all come back together.
I have loved stuff like this sense I was five. Used to play in the sandbox pretending to drive and toys like this and move dirt all the time. You sir have the real thing.
Kevin is a riot! Thoroughly enjoy the personal interaction! and mechanical, technical abilities! I look forward to all your “how to do it” videos. I learn lots and you explain how important it is keeping machinery oiled and lubed. Thanks for all your time and effort producing these outstanding videos and especially the narrations.
I'm thinking if push came to shove, Kevin could quite competently hold down the fort and handle just about anything and everything thrown at him. Plus, I gotta agree his sense of humor sure does liven things up.
I love this channel. Kevin made me laugh with "It's a boy", I almost peed my pants. Thanks for creating these amazing videos. Your knowledge of equipment Clint is amazing.❤
It's fun to watch you and Kevin perform what may seem to some strange jungle repairs. Been there and done that. You might want to look in to Unitec Magna Drill instead of Kevin holding the arm breaker drill. Used several over the years for drilling and boring fitting and journal repairs. They work well on almost any position. They also work for a portable drill press.
Clint, I think the best thing about your videos is that you being the Owner/Boss are not afraid to get your hands dirty and lead by example. You have a great work ethic. Unlike a lot of Owner/bosses that rather sit in an office.
Greetings from Central New Hampshire - great video, I especially like the tips and tricks you show and talk about to maintain the equipment the right way. Every time you have one of these videos it feels like I am attending an master class in mechanics.
No offense, but Kurtis from #CuttingEdgeEngineering is operating a precision machine shop. Clint and the boys do a run a quality heavy equipment shop and do awesome work. Clint’s boring bar was good enough for the tolerances required on this job but it is no comparison to #CuttingEdgeEngineering.
Do you at C&C have access to a CEE A type shop that is in the US ? I would like to know if there is for jobs like refurbishing the side pins that too large for your shop.
@@genio1981not popcorn, he's gotta thing for the tasty bananas from over our way. Homeless will have it on his channel from his behind the the milling machine, and under the the welding machine.
Enjoy watching all of you work on the machinery. It is interesting and enjoyable to see folks that truly know their craft and as importantly care about the future owner of the equipment. Nice Job. I do think Kevin should paint that plug a bright yellow just so the "farmers" aren't upset..LOL
Very cool video! I was an Industrial Mechanic before retiring. I have placed many bushings in the freezer and heated bearings in a pan of oil to slide them on. Kind of like deep-frying them. lol You guys do nice work!
Used the wife’s oven to heat up some bearings ONCE. Couldn’t cook anything in that stove for a month without having a slight tinge of bearing grease in the food.
@@mikehunt3222 I sent a set of LS heads through the dish washer to clean up the grease and deposits after I seen it on some video. It worked great! It didn't do well washing dishes until I ran about 10 cycles with no dishes lol.
I'd be interested if this were a series, the lights, ripper claws, degreasing, pressure wash, media blast & paint if that's where this is going. I don't understand the principal of False Economy; A coating of some type is the only thing keeping away oxygen, corrosion of the metal parts and rubber hoses. Kevin makes the show, as usual.
Your home made line bore set up is a nice piece of engineering on your part, you can’t argue with success, I ran a portable line bore set up and did a lot field service work with it, it was interesting work and some of the things we were asked to line bore and places we had to get into were unbelievable, but fun nonetheless. Thanks for the tag along video sir, it was enjoyable.
tricky stuff with this track frame save Clint and Kevin are at it Squash would approve ,that's one slick setup for a in house repair awesome job from Clint and Kevin

The redneck line boring sure did the job guys and Kevin defiantly knows the drill. Great all round video bro and I for one always click the thumbs up. Safe travels
When I was on the forklifts the third pedal was called an inching pedal, great for stacking or loading trucks as ya could speed the hydraulics up on the move as ya get close to a stack of what ever was in front then brake when needed all in the one pedal. Just a bit of useless information.
Another comment from your Canadian friend. I cracked up when you were getting the bushing out and asking whether it was a boy or? I am still chuckling. You guys are something else. Thank you for making my day a good bit better. Keith.
Love what you do guys, it makes my day. It might just be my old tablet that I use to watch youtube but I've noticed that when I try to hit the thumbs up it won't register for some reason, but I am able to do it on other videos. It's not just this, or your, video/s, it seems to be an issue on other youtuber videos as well. At a rough guess it's sort of a 50/50 thing I think. Like your home made line boring machine and the block of wood for a centering tool. As my late Grandfather would say "where there is a will to do something you will find a way".
That pedal to the far left is the inching pedal. Most times we use it to raise the mast without taking the truck out of gear while we “inch” forward into a high bay rack or whatever the case may be. Great videos. Pretty cool to find somebody local I can watch that had the same interests. Great job keep it up!
