Dito lang talaga sa pinas na ang fast lane/ OT lane ay may humihinto tapos sa outer lane mas mabilis takbo ng mga sasakyan doon pa nag oovertake. Ingat lagi sa byahe and maintain distance lalo na sa mga not so expressway.

Correct, this is easily avoided by both cars. Everest could've saw the 2 cars ahead cramping up slowly, meaning there's a chance for a full stop.
Also the Vios DID react very slowly and the fact that their brake is not biting enough or maybe the driver didn't give it a full stop.
This accident would be non-existent on other countries because they don't hog up the overtaking lane lol.
Simple safe driving principle: Always, I say ALWAYS have a SAFE braking distance to the vehicle before you. Safe distance means that you can brakely safely without hitting the vehicle infront of you in cases of sudden stops.

I always follow a 3-5 dash line na space between me and the front car depending on my speed just in case na may biglaang full stop, may time pa ako to react

Many jeeps and cars don't have working rear brake lights! I noticed that several times and wonder why some cars have to brake hard..paging SLEX ,. MONITOR AND HEAVILY PENALIZE MGA CARS LIKE THAT.

Good video. But a little lack of action. Maganda dapat yung madugo. Yung May mga nag iiyakan at nahihiyawan. Yung me mga nagkakalukot lukot na parang papel. Mga bakal na nagkakagutay gutay.
