For the issue regarding the 8 directions when using the analog stick on Citra, you need to use the setting "set analong stick" that way it'll allow you to use the full 360 range of movement. Otherwise, you'll get exactly what you did, the clunky weird feeling and clearly visible restriction to a set 8 directions. Hope that helps and this was a great video!
I wanna add to this because when setting up the analog stick you might also find yourself moving very slowly, as if the controller is not picking up the entire range of the joystick. While I'm not sure what causes this, if you open citra through adding it to steam, it gets resolved and it becomes a surprisingly smooth experience.
@@venny1689 oh I think I know what your talking about, do you use a particular controller? Ik the range on some controllers aren't set accordingly in Citra so what you stated can happen as well, such as the PS4 controller.
@@akirakaito5280 it happened with the switch pro controller and the switch n64 controller (since I'm guessing they share a similar framework). I haven't tried with my xbox controller though, that might be different.
I personally like the 3ds version best, becuase the controlls feels the most natural. But i can for sure see the positive sides with the pc port, especially if you have somewhat knowledge of coding.
I got my N64 controller for the Switch yesterday, and immediately jumped in to this game. It took a bit for me to get used to that controller again, but it feels exactly like I remember from nearly 25 years ago. I'm really satisfied with this version. It feels like getting a hold of the unaltered copies of Star Wars. If you were a kid in the 90s and loved this game, I highly recommend grabbing that controller and revisiting this game.
I wish the N64 NSO games had a CRT filter, but I suppose it might be a little processor intensive for the old Switch hardware. Makes me wonder if using an emulator on PC with the NSO N64 controller might be the way to go, can have all the filters, and all the games.
Cool, can you play Zelda OoT on Switch? And get the original controller? I just installed a PC version of it, but the controls, specially "look around", is horrible with a keyboard.
great video that really shows the comparative pros and cons. I've just purchased a 2DS purely so that I can play the 3DS version. It's still a fantastic and charming game that I just couldn't enjoy on the original N64 when it came out, as I hated the low FPS and never completed it due to this. Excited to play the full game at last!

I have a question regarding the screens, i play emulators on a gaming laptop , conmected to a TV so is there a way to hacve The top screen display on the TV and The Bottom screen on My laptop's screen?
I played OOT on both Project64 and Citra (3ds version) and had no problems with either of them. I was getting high res on Project64 with no lag but I enjoyed the 3ds version better just for the updated graphics and inventory selection.
I got the bonus disk with Mario Kart Double Dash For a new player, the way that the 3DS version handles the Jabu Jabu fish is absolutely fantastic compared to the original. Before that point in the game you're given no indication that you can freeform catch things in bottles by using it with the environment. In the 3DS version some NPC dialogue is updated to give some nudges to try it. It also adds a camera pan in the water temple to indicate the existence of the hole under the central shaft - the main reason why people miss that key is simply not knowing that they unlocked that door and it's consistent with other Zelda unlocks to pan to the thing you opened. Those two fixes make OoT 3D the only freeform puzzle game I have ever played with no moon logic required at all.
Good video. I love the Zelda series and played Ocarina on an N64 as a kid. It’s still my favourite game of all time. If I can give some feedback on your video, though. Perhaps go from worst to best as it will keep your audience watching for the duration of the video. You throw the number 1 best way to play out there straight away and that’s all people are here for.
I haven't tried it with OoT in particular, but using Dolphin for Wii Virtual Console games is a life changer. Tried it for Sin & Punishment and F-Zero X and it's probably the best way to play using the original ROM. If for some reason you don't want to use the PC port, that's the way to go
I actually just tried it out for my next video and you're right, it works great! I should have tried it out for this video, it would have been at spot number two.
Ocarina of Time 3D on Citra with the 4k/1080p HD Texture pack is just too beautiful, it truly feels like a real remaster.

My first playthrough of OoT was on the 3DS about 10 years ago. I have always tried to avoid guides, but the Sheikah Statues were pretty great. Having Gyroscope for the shooting minigames, the boots as regular items, and greatly detailed backgrounds was amazing. About a year ago I replayed it on the Wii VC, and it was pretty neat! I used my Wavebird controller, and it was such a great experience. I want to see what can be done with the PC port. I would love to play with the 3DS models and textures (or at least reworks on them), and with better FPS and higher resolution. If we ever get free camera movement and RTX it would definitively be the best OoT experience. It's a shame the Wii U and Switch ports were so bad compared to the rest. Input lag and lack of dedication killed an amazing game for those consoles (at least on their first release).
My first time playing this game was on the 3DS remake, it was great fun. I’m replaying it rn on NSO with the 64 controller, and I have to say I still really enjoy it. They’ve ironed out most of the kinks with the emulation, and while I agree that it’s disappointing it took Nintendo so long to get it right, I do think now that they have gotten it right it should be given a bit more credit. It’s an enjoyable way to play OoT in my opinion. Though yes Nintendo please for the love of god let us turn those stupid borders off
@@jesusbarrera6916 SO TRUE. I'm a new switch owner and was so darn tempted to actually pay the 50 bucks a year just to finally play Ocarina of Time again! But I waited that feeling out and luckily found out about the PC Port and kept my 50 bucks! Nintendo can kick rocks for that nonsense haha.
IMO the best way to play is either on the 3ds, or the Nintendo switch online expansion pack they have for n64. If u want classic n64 look or just don’t have a 3ds then I do recommend Nintendo switch online. Or if your just broke then emulators, specifically ones on pc (or on the delta app for App Store work too if u connect controller) are great, free options. Pc allows for more customization in your emulation while mobile is a bit more streamlined especially on iOS. Hope this helps!
This might fall under the other Dolphin option, but technically you can also play the Wii VC version on it too (more reliable version than the GC port plus the upscaling features)
Ironically even though the wiiu was last on his list it’s my preferred method of playing oot, with a modded wiiu you can get the GameCube releases to run and look pretty well since the wiiu uses hdmi and with a GameCube controller adapter I had a comfortable time playing the whole game on it and having the option to play it on the game pad was also a plus. Having the master quest is also a very nice bonus and gives me a reason to replay the game right after finishing the base game. The pc port can also run on the Wii U, I haven’t personally been able to get it to run but if the GameCube versions of the game aren’t for you the ship of harkinian ports should fix those issues and I’ve heard they’ve been able to get the master quest to work as well.
Man, usually these lists leave me feeling like they weren't thorough enough. This video was well done, I felt like I pretty much completely agreed with everything you said, and you also managed to be thorough without taking a ton of your time to nail down every nitty-gritty detail of each version. Just the main pros, main cons, your experience, and moved on. Well done.
Number 10 sums up my experience with the game. I started with the wii u version which I didnt like when I was young. I later bought the 3ds version and finished the game that way
I've never owned an N64, GameCube, Wii or Wii U before and while I do own a Switch I don't have the extended subscription for the N64 ports. And my computer is sadly not the greatest either, so emulators are out of the question for me as well. But luckily I do own a classic 3DS so I am able to play the 3DS remake of this wonderful game. And although I have never played a different version of OoT, making my opinion seem practically useless, but I believe that the 3DS version is the best you can get from this game. While I agree with some people that there is sections in the remake (bottom of the well and the end boss) that are inferior to the original version, the remake just has too many positive aspects and changes that it is the most definitive version of the game.
Using a modded GameCube I ran the Zelda collection with widescreen hacks and It looks stunning That and improved framerates especially for a PAL gamer like myself I'm not aware of any emulation errors on gamecube apart from majoras mask crashing which can be fixed by disabling rumble
First off, thanks for watching! I also played the gamecube version on a modded gamecube (swiss) and realised there was a widescreen patch, but I wasn't sure if it worked well throught the entire game (lag and clipping wise) and I know not everyone has the ability to get swiss, as it is not free to mod your gamecube, while it is free on say the Wii. Thanks for letting me and other people who read your comment know :) When I talk about emulation errors, I'm mostly talking about texture inaccuracies. There is some slight artifacting on the buttons, and the pause menu. Pausing has a longer delay compared to other versions and it looks like its rendered in lower quality (compared to the wii for instance). Nothing game breaking and not everyone will notice, but personally I did notice
@@ultracreed3080 the only thing that is crappy on the widescreen patch (at least on Wii Nintendont) is that the prerendered 2D backgrounds are 4/3 stretched, so it messes slightly with Link screen position. And the on-screen icons also appear 4/3 stretched apart from A action button icon. Texts as well but this is almost unnoticeable, you really get used to stretched font.
The Switch version is being updated for some issues in the emulation. I think the best way though is to be a kid in 1998 and play it on launch day or on xmas day.
About OOT on Citra: I also got the issue where Link wasn't walking at full 360 degrees, but it was just a config issue. If you click on the axis detection button and then move your stick horizontal and vertically, it'll make it have proper sensitivity. Also, you can map buttons to touch controls at specific regions. This is useful for mapping the LB to talk with Navi, or the left analog button to get the ocarina.
And now we have mouse in menus support, assignable boots to C buttons, free camera, custom music/samples replacement, custom textures support (the mod doesnt really well support custom text at this moment, it only support one IIRC, he souldn't have said custom texture support x) ), a multi player in the work and actually working as a Proof a Work, 64 bits support, all of that probably coming in the next stable build (exept the multiplayer mode).
@@antoinepersonnel6509 yeah, but i dont think ill follow the new updates, because i already completed ocarina of time a lot of times and it got boring ☹️
Using a branch of CitraVR that the community has reworked from the broken latest update which has left the project abandoned, you can play games in Citra on Quest 3 for wireless 3DS emulation in mixed reality so you can still see your real environment, and the games ACTUALLY run in 3D
1# Playing the 3DS version on PC with Citra threw a VR headset (to enjoy the 3D). II feel like I'm playing a 90s game in the distant future. My inner 12year me is crying right now, it's amazing.
Great vid. My wife & I both still play orcarina of time on the 64. My mom got it for me when I was a teenager. I’m surprised both the console and cartridge still work. I have version 1.0. I also own it for the 3ds. Looking to get a 3dsxl in the future. But yeah 👍🏽 I really enjoyed this vid peace ✌🏽
Good suggestion! I originally thought of this too and wanted to wait for a Majora's Mask PC Port, but as that probably will take a while to come out, I might make it already :) And thank you for watching!!
The first time I’ve ever played Ocarina of Time was on the 3DS remake played on Citra with HD textures. I feel like I should give the N64 version a try, but playing the PC port of the game which looks fun!
Don't even need to watch the video hands down the best way to play ocarina is ship of harkanian full pc port modern resolutions optimization to take advantage of newer hardware 60fps so many quality of life changes that make the game just so much more and is still receiving updates every few months that adds so many more features eventually by default the game will have the 3ds textures.

Citra has been recently developed for the oculus quest. OOT 3D runs outstanding on it, apart from the controls being ever so slightly different, the game runs beautifully. It's higher resolution, has a really good framerate, and best of all, you can actually enjoy the 3D features that the 3DS might have not worked as well with!
I play Project64 emulation on my old notebook to finish it ten years later from last attempt. It have native mouse and macros input options to make precise shooting and movement. HiRes texturepacks here and some mods too. 3Ds is great looking, but glitching quite much. Have some roms problems to play at Ship version, but modding here is very promising!
I initially started playing this game on the Wii U when I was like 14 and hated it, glad I came back with the 3DS release and loved it so easily, I see why I had such a hard time on my Wii U now thanks!
Glad u gave it another shot on a different console. Such a shame Nintendo released it in that bad of a state, I'm sure you were not the only one who had their first OOT experience on the Wii U.
What are you talking about?! Why would you say that the Wii U version is bad!? You said that you will not have a good experience playing it and that it would disappoint you… Why?! You never explained that at all! I played through the entirety of Ocarina of Time on my Wii U and thought it was awesome! Button mapping was great, the controllers were great, it was convenient to play on the gamepad sometimes, and save states were a nice addition. Not to mention that I would actually own this game when compared to emulation and NSO… At the very least, there was nothing wrong with playing it that way.
Thanks for watching. After playing every version back to back, I found the input lag horrible. In the footage I showed, you will notice I had a rough time controlling Link. If you didn't notice any input lag or got used to it really fast, then sure, it seems like an okay port. I am personally just very sensitive to it I guess. This list is just my opinion and nothing definitive, so thanks for sharing your opinion! I was harsh on the Wii U version and I realise it after making the video, I shouldn't have. Will take stuff like that in account for future videos :)
I play the pal Wii VC version since October and now I’m at the final dungeon. This will be forever my favorite game of all time alongside Sonic Adventure 2 Battle on GCN/Steam.
Diddy Kong Racing doesn't have a lot of options to play, but it might be the rare case where emulation is high on the list. I got a great texture pack that keeps the cartoony aesthetic without going overboard with crazy resolution textures. It plays very well and is still to this day one of the best kart racers ever made.
Of the many ways I played this game, my favorites were the odd ones. Almost completed it on a friend’s Sony Experia Play phone via emulation. Yes with a D pad, was a ton of fun
Good informative video! I’ve used project 64 on a pretty low end laptop to play through MM and OOT and had no issues I also use a 360 controller and it functions fine for it after configuration. The dead zones are set wayyyyyy to high default on project 64, so setting them to 0 helps a lot. I think you might need to configure your plugins or try a different version of project 64. I do enjoy how easy save states are on project 64
I would rate the Switch version a little higher. It runs at a crisp 720p (highest among the official Nintendo versions), has save states and you can buy that NSO Wireless N64 controller for authentic controls.
I played Ocarina of Time for the first time on the Wii U Virtual Console and enjoyed it a lot. I didn’t really notice the input lag unless I really looked for it and the graphics looked fine to me. I haven’t played it on any other console yet though, so if I did, I might notice those things a bit more and like those ports better.
Yea, the wii u one is actually well made... n64 emulators can have some really weird glitches which do not exist on wii u, im shocked wii u got lower then that... I played start to finish on wii u and it was great!
I think the 3DS should be 1st on different 3DS Emulator cause you can upscale the Textures to 4K and as Custom Textures that SOH is no where near when is come to visuals 3DS Emulation takes the cake but everything else would be SOH to lower
What were the issues with the GameCube version? I just finished it and my only issue was the analog stick was too sensitive compared to the N64’s stick and the C stick vs the C buttons. Didn’t notice any other issues.
@@officegossip so, if you want to play it on a console/tv, this is the definitive version, yeah? I don’t want to play it on a 3DS. Plenty of good Zelda handheld games already.

I just learned about the PC port and I’ve been really enjoying it, and it’s blowing my mind how good it looks and how smooth it looks running at 60+fps
I absolute love the work they done with Ship of Harkinian, it is really good to play and there are a ton of options to choose. The Nswitch version did't work great for me, but i think that it still better than the online version. I usually play with both the Ship and with Retroarch or on my N64. On the N64 i play for the feeling, on Retroarch i play because of some randomizer configurations that the ship don't have, but the ship is far off on the lead of the best way to play it in my opinion. I use an nintendo 64 controller adapter to play it on PC, but i think that a GC controller would work great too.
SoH All the way, I play Zelda at 144 fps and it is so smooth when you pan around. I love it. Cant wait until their texture support is finished and MM is finished.

My three best ways to play OoT was the Project64 emulation (so the issues must be on your side), the GameCube version (OoT/MQ) played on the Wii and the 3DS version played on original console.
I like Dolphin myself. For glitch stuff where I need pause buffering it's great. PC Port is nice, but it's based on OoT 1.2 so there's some stuff you aren't able to do for now (they've been working to restore glitch functionality and imitate 1.0 over the years which is cool).
thank you so much for this video! I was playing the 3DS remake for like the 7th time wondering how can I go back to the original but the og framerate was a deal breaker for me. Glad to know the PC port fixes these issues!
I disagree with this list. Besides the recent development of the Ship of Harkinian port (which is very exciting), the best way in 2023 in my opinion is Zelda 64 UHD V6.1, a texture pack for the Collector's Edition Disc for the Gamecube. Emulate it in Dolphin and apply the Texture Pack. You can get Widescreen 30fps with up to 4K resolution (I think 1080p is plenty good enough). Then you can get N64 to USB converter cable for the PC so you can play with an authentic N64 controller on PC.
I was gonna just play this on dolphin one day sometime in the future but I’m glad you recommended the #1 option. When I decide to finally play this game that’ll be the version I play. Thanks

iQue user here. I'd put OoT for iQue between N64 and Citra emu. It plays, looks and feel exactly like the N64 version, with the only differece that there is absolutely zero lag. The cons are pretty low: It takes decades to reset/start the game, it goes through many splash screens, takes about 25 seconds to start gameplay after reset, compared to 7 or 8 on the N64. The other downside is that it runs _too_ well, and has something known as "Hyrule Glitch". iQue loads too fast many models and stuff in big areas like HF, so if you stay for a while and do things like using items and spawning enemies, it start making things to unload, so it locks you from shooting arrows or dropping bombs. Is not that common, tho. Also, controller is really comfy, but the stick sucks (as the N64 one, imo).
Good video, some things to add: Masterquest is definitely available on a separate disc for the gamecube. It has been for years and I’ve played it and there’s no glitches. The citra 3ds remake is what I believe has now been discovered that you can play it with this on a steam deck which I really want to try. I’m gonna do a little more research on it before buying a steam deck just for this though since you said it may have a few issues. Although this is probably the best way to play it using citra since the steam deck allows you to play it using 2 screens. Also I played the virtual console version on a Wii U before and I thought the controls were terrible on the game pad as much as I love the Wii U. I’m sure it’s much better playing it with a gamecube controller on the original Wii. Also I wanna try the pc port one. I think I’ll do that very soon cause I have a crappy pc that it’s playable on haha.
I completed the game twice, once on N64 and then on the 3DS. The first was great, but felt like the performance of the system itself didn't aged well as I expected and it was laggy. The best version imo is the 3DS' one. You're not getting the original idea of what a game was in the late 90's, but that wasn't a problem to me. Furthermore, I really recommend everyone to play OoT, then MM and finish with TP. That was Zelda at it's core for almost 20 years
Ngl I played Ocarina of Time for the first/only time on Wii U and still really enjoy it, don’t really see much of an issue other than the controls for the extra items. Guess it’s just a testament to how good the rest of the game is
I hear ya! A great game is a great game. If you don't have a better release to compare it with, you don't see the problems, and you will adjust to the input lag. I played all these releases for one hour each, back to back to get the footage and then these problems become very noticable haha
For Citra, I made a tutorial about using a phone/tablet for the second screen. It works great. And I also had trouble with controls, but after playing around with it and using BetterJoy, I can use a Switch Pro controllers with Gyro and correct joystick inputs.
I have dual monitors and after some quick Googling, I was able to get the bottom screen to show on the second monitor, which looks incredible. Now I'm going to try and see if I can get gyro working this time, since that was a bust last time I tried.

@@PowerofRock24 I get 2 crash during my playthrought in the other hand the artstyle is faithful to the original vision
I largely prefere the the remake style but it depend of your taste
@@ajax2309 I'm currently doing a playthrough on Citra, and have also only had two crashes to be fair. Although that's still two more crashes than Dolphin or Project64. I regret not going with Ship of Harkinian this playthrough. That seems like the best choice.
I got the bonus disk with Mario Kart Double Dash
For a new player, the way that the 3DS version handles the Jabu Jabu fish is absolutely fantastic compared to the original.
My favorite way is on a New 3DS XL with the 3D turned on. I love that the controls are mapped to the touchscreen.
Takes me back to 1998. Best Christmas present ever. Wish I was 12 again.
IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS EXACT VIDEO IDEA!
Why did I think you played Persona 2 Innocent Sin and Eternal Punishment, two PS exclusives, on a Nintendo Emulator? Lol.
@@luissantiagomijareso.2450Cause why not
Ocarina of Time 3D on Citra with the 4k/1080p HD Texture pack is just too beautiful, it truly feels like a real remaster.
Though yes Nintendo please for the love of god let us turn those stupid borders off
Yeah, I am glad they are working on getting all the kinks out. What is your opinion on the 64 controller for the switch? Do you like it?
think my 1st full playthrough was also on 3ds though have played from my Wii (with gamecube ports)
they are chargin you money to rent the game, they do not deserve the credit for such mediocre job
The GameCube version is pretty great. I play it on a Wii.
Henriko Magnifico made 4k custom textures for Ocarina of Time 3D that you can play on citra and it looks pretty neat
This might fall under the other Dolphin option, but technically you can also play the Wii VC version on it too (more reliable version than the GC port plus the upscaling features)
I thought both rendered at 480p
Rosalie's Mupen GUI has given me the best balance of ease of use, flexibility, and performance

I played Oot for the Wii U and loved it. XD
Using a modded GameCube I ran the Zelda collection with widescreen hacks and It looks stunning
That and improved framerates especially for a PAL gamer like myself
I'm not aware of any emulation errors on gamecube apart from majoras mask crashing which can be fixed by disabling rumble
Thanks for letting me and other people who read your comment know :)
When I talk about emulation errors, I'm mostly talking about texture inaccuracies. There is some slight artifacting on the buttons, and the pause menu. Pausing has a longer delay compared to other versions and it looks like its rendered in lower quality (compared to the wii for instance). Nothing game breaking and not everyone will notice, but personally I did notice
VC crashes on OoT sometimes.
Ngl, the 3DS version is so damn fun. I LOVE the 3D effects on the 3DS
The Switch version is being updated for some issues in the emulation. I think the best way though is to be a kid in 1998 and play it on launch day or on xmas day.
Sadly, I wasn’t around in 1998.
@@traviscunningham7062 that is sad 😞
This was very handy thank you! This cured my curiosity
I personally think that Ship of Harkinian is the best! They're doing a really great job, and the game works perfectly!

Can't lie, that sounds really cool!
problem with the Ship of Harkinian though is that you gotta access an OTR file thing and as far as I know OTR is only accessible in Linux
Luckly, this is not true. You can generate an OTR file using windows, mac or linux :)
Haha I first played it on the Wii U virtual console and I adored. I just don’t think I knew any better
Same and I would stick with it.
I use retroarch on my series x and it feels great to play.
Same but have RetroArch on my Shield TV plays great, as does pretty much all games from that era.
Finally..., I was hoping someone would mention retroarch
I think next you should find the best way to play the legend of Zelda Majoras mask. Other than that, great video!
Good suggestion! I originally thought of this too and wanted to wait for a Majora's Mask PC Port, but as that probably will take a while to come out, I might make it already :)
And thank you for watching!!
The first time I’ve ever played Ocarina of Time was on the 3DS remake played on Citra with HD textures. I feel like I should give the N64 version a try, but playing the PC port of the game which looks fun!
Awesome video! I didn’t know about citra, definitely will try!
Thanks for watching! In the description, you will find a 4k texture pack that was made for citra, people tend to like that one :)

Cringe
I bought the 3DS XL today so I can play this game for the first time. Then I saw this video and I am glad that I will be playing rank 3 at least :D
Thank you! This gave me the exact info I was looking for. I’m going to try your 1st recommendation 😊
Good video! I wish you luck with your channel
Thank you so much :)
I play the pal Wii VC version since October and now I’m at the final dungeon. This will be forever my favorite game of all time alongside Sonic Adventure 2 Battle on GCN/Steam.
I own the “bonus disk” GameCube version, it was indeed sold separately you were not required to pre order windwaker
D pad??? Truly a madman
Good informative video!
I’ve used project 64 on a pretty low end laptop to play through MM and OOT and had no issues
I also use a 360 controller and it functions fine for it after configuration.
Great video, subscribed!
Thank you so much! :)
Awesome video! I only wish you went into a little more detail on the specific downsides of the switch and wii u ports but thats a minor complaint.
Thanks for the feedback! I will take it into account for the next time :)
What were the issues with the GameCube version?
I just finished it and my only issue was the analog stick was too sensitive compared to the N64’s stick and the C stick vs the C buttons.
Didn’t notice any other issues.
Absolutely nothing. If anything it’s a slightly higher resolution version of the N64 original with master mode.

I just learned about the PC port and I’ve been really enjoying it, and it’s blowing my mind how good it looks and how smooth it looks running at 60+fps
144hz maxxed out with 4k texture pack it's a new game
I absolute love the work they done with Ship of Harkinian, it is really good to play and there are a ton of options to choose. The Nswitch version did't work great for me, but i think that it still better than the online version. I usually play with both the Ship and with Retroarch or on my N64. On the N64 i play for the feeling, on Retroarch i play because of some randomizer configurations that the ship don't have, but the ship is far off on the lead of the best way to play it in my opinion. I use an nintendo 64 controller adapter to play it on PC, but i think that a GC controller would work great too.

I have started playing Randos on PJ64, and it is a Lot of Fun, I use a Switch-Hori-Battle-Pad(?) the Game-Cube-Styled USB-Switch-Controller with replaceable Joysticks, and it is a lot of fun.
My three best ways to play OoT was the Project64 emulation (so the issues must be on your side), the GameCube version (OoT/MQ) played on the Wii and the 3DS version played on original console.
I used project64 4.0, which performs worse 3.0, dumb mistake on my part!

Great vid! You could do one on GTA 3, Mario 64, FF 7, Smash Bros 64, Star Fox 64, Mario Party, Doom 64 or the original, just to name a few.
