A beautiful 100 miles ride around Yorkshire through some well known towns and villages such as Grassington, Leyburn, Hawes and Horton In Ribblesdale. Quick visit to Aysgarth Falls and the Ribblehead Viaduct too.

Excellent video! Coincidentally I have the same book and as of yesterday the same bike! I'm hoping to get out and do the full route as I have done parts of it before on my previous bike, that's if we ever get out of this pandemic. Keep up the good work👍👍

Thanks Kev, congrats on the new bike, I love mine to bits. There are a lot of rides in the book I fancy trying when the weather picks up. The Yorkshire Dales Loop is going to take some beating for scenery though. Thanks for your comments.

Thanks, I enjoyed your video, I'm fortunate to be a North Yorkshire "local" and agree the route you took is an excellent showcase for the fantastic scenery and roads around here, but you need to come back and spend a bit more time to get to know the place better. You bypassed a few gems like Masham village square where there are two nice cafes and a fish and chip shop, and from Hawes you can ride the superb "Buttertubs" pass which takes you over the top of Wensleydale and into Swaledale - the views are "off the scale". By the way, the narrow road you took on your approach to Grassington was alongside the river Litton (not the Ure), you were in Littondale. Thanks again, all the best

Ekim I will definitely be back again. I've been meaning to ride the Buttertubs pass for a while now. Came last week to do the route again with a couple of friends but got flooded out and had to turn back just after Ripon. Thankyou for your comments, most appreciated.
