Of course people used stones like that for walls to keep sheep in and to build huts etc. They ate their sheep and the native deer and cooked them there their homes would a also be made of stones. We have similar walls etc here in California foot hills ( similar terrain lots of natural stones which early European settlers and native Indian people used to build walls to contain animalls and huts to live in. The area also has lots of earthquakes so everything eventually falls down naturally (no morter used in those days 1700s 1800s cause not easily available) Nothing mysterious and fairly recent history. People use what is available ( fairly dry, rocky so no trees and no wood).

The needle in the haystack you describe reminds me of what I read about the discovery of Nineveh. For, probably well over 2,000 years people thought that the book of Jonah was a fable, because they found no evidence of Nineveh. And many people used this to disprove the Bible. But, then, in the 1860’s, when someone went into searching with an open mind, Nineveh was discovered right where it was supposed to be. And God is proven right, again.

I’m Asian American been here for 45 years plus. But I’m a regular supporter of two rural farm churches both in my mother’s and father”s birth places. These churches are the constant spiritual lifelines of the natives there. They are constantly hungry for the Lord because of the lack they have of enough needs for their survival common in third world countries. So they put their trust in God as the source of their blessings and when a whole community of believers do that it’s a beautiful thing to watch. This latest archeology news will excite them even more. I am going to FB share this good news to their pastors. It will be a great discussion in their Bible studies moving forward and will certainly edify their faith even more. I’m a committed Christian for 40 years and follow archeological discoveries related to the Bible but this excites me to no end myself. Thank your hard work in making this video possible. Hope many more discoveries will made to prove that the Bible is true.

What to believe to go to heaven !! : Realize you are a sinner being sorry. Sin is lying, evil thoughts, lust, etc. Therefore, do not trust in your own works to go to heaven because you realize, being a sinner, you cannot offer the perfect blood sacrifice that God requires to pay for sin. Instead, believe, meaning fully trust, that in Christ's love for you, on the cross, His one perfect blood sacrifice; when Christ bled, suffered and died, in your place, paid for your sins in full, past, present and future ! Believe that Jesus rose from the dead ! Believe Jesus is God Almighty, God the Son, alive for evermore ! And believe that the sinless blood of Jesus Christ is what cleanses you from all sin, which purifies your soul ! Then the Lord Jesus will forgive you, save you from hell and give you eternal life, and you will be sealed with the Holy Spirit who will dwell within you forever ! And thank Jesus ! As a boy, about eight, I read of a British archeologist who took the Bible in the early 19th century, and amid total scoffing, found Sodom, Gomorrah, Nineva, and essentially mapped out the Old Testament, against all criticism. I was raised in a hardcore atheist family, I came to believe in God, because of my studies, while being led against faith, utter denial of Jesus.
I ended up in the middle east in the early eighties, Beirut, as a marine, spent six months there, and on returning state-side, ended up having to acknowledge faith that thrust itself upon me. I've been a believer ever since, and have noted time and again, the issue of "secular archeology arriving on site, with a theory", and the utter disdain for faith, despite the facts in the ground that constantly revert to the truth indicated in the Bible.
In my own mind, a mechanic, machinist, electronics tech, the great effort to hide discovery, to prevent any research, the deliberate destruction of sites is the evidence of reality, the anger with which evidence is destroyed is testimony of the highest caliber, of the reality of truth, suppressed. I've lived my life with facts, principles of every bit of scientific advance suggesting rational, absolute truth in the history we received from so many sources of great antiquity, even the constant, heated rhetorical denial being mute evidence of the reality of discovery.
The same attitude towards technology, the assumption of a theory, by those not yet in the actual facts, has always been the real problem in troubleshooting and finding the root causes of failure, exactly parallel to the attitude of denial of history, and it seems like it is mostly related to our human nature, our desire to hold to answers which were comfortable, as a most powerful force denying our ability to learn and move forward knowing we have a solid historical foundation.
I am "a Christian by faith", but at the same time, I know of vast archeological evidence my faith is well founded, even as those archeologists soundly deny what their own eyes suggest must be true. I moved to Barcelona, Spain, before two, "navy brat", and to Naples, Italy at four, came home at six, with three languages, and miles of European history walked, and the compendium of history has always pointed me to believe, even with the strong desire to have it not true. I have taken the Bible to be a library of history, accurate in principle and apparently, in time lines, for better than forty years because "life's evidence" has always returned it to its rightful place. I've long been reminded of the verses, "Saul, Saul why must you continually kick against the goads?"
Lead was one of the few metals refined at the earliest of times, which won't corrode once refined, because of its way of oxidizing the surface, protecting the metal underneath. I was casting lead at about eight, moving to silver, bronze, copper, with lead being most secure over time. Time and again, "alters to God" were of whole stones, no cutting, a carefully defined method that was consistent from the time of Abraham, to our earliest sites excavated.

You've turned a blind eye to reality in order to protect your baseless faith. ". . . the issue of "secular archeology arriving on site, with a theory"" is totally false. It was the early "Bible archaeologists" who tried their best to shoehorn Middle East discoveries into the Bible narrative, and have since been soundly refuted.
I just laugh at people who claim they were "former atheists." It's like meeting an adult who says, "I disbelieved in Santa Claus, but since reading 'A Night Before Christmas,' I became a believer."

What first amazed me was finding out that for countless generations since, MANY of the people living in these areas knew full well where and what they are.
These locations are the things we must never stop seeking out and I am VERY Proud of those who stand their ground on what I call a mission from GOD.
I was recently made aware of the devastating problems with misinterpreted words in the scriptures and there true meaning in that time period.
The word 'meek' is used to tell us that the meek would inherit the earth. Evidently it doesn't mean what we have been taught it means.
It refers to a far more practical and Noble human ability referring to those who have the ability to use a sword and to make war
but choose to find the means to never draw it to resort to war without a clear and present necessity.

Really loved this video. I was raised a Christian but struggled growing up with my faith at times (am a Gentile) and it is only now in my 60's that I have come to truly commit and follow Christ. It is truly such an 'honor' to share this faith with Jewish brothers and sisters and one of my favorite books over the years which I keep reading and rereading is called "The Bible As History" written by Werner Keller in 1974 and revised in 1982.
Werner was a journalist who "painstakingly" collected the results of many archaelogical studies over the years in the Holy Land and there is no way after reading it, that a person could doubt the Bible as being authentic and also historic. It has also given me a much deeper and profound respect for the Jewish people so thank you so much for making this video. God's blessings from Canada !!!

Nope, sorry. The circumstances of the announcement of the inscription is highly suspicious. The researchers made the first public announcement about their supposed discovery at a press conference without having published anything about it in any kind of scholarly or peer-reviewed journal. This means that the wider community of Biblical scholars and archaeologists did not have any chance to review the researchers’ claims about the alleged discovery before those claims became published as news.
The researchers have also for some reason chosen not to show any of the actual tomographic scans that they supposedly used to draw their conclusion about the existence of the inscription. This means that they have presented absolutely no hard evidence to support any of their claims about the inscription. The only evidence that is currently public is what the researchers themselves have asserted.
There is no clear, publicly available evidence that the tablet even contains any inscription at all, let alone one that says what the researchers claim it says. It is entirely possible that the “inscription” may be nothing more than the pareidolic perception of researchers overzealously committed to finding supposed “proof” that the Bible is historically accurate anywhere they can.

I am an Australian Christian and long-term intercessor for Israel. On the 14th March, 2024, I was reading the account of Joseph taking his family to Egypt, in Genesis. Every time the town Shechem was mentioned, it would hit my spirit with force, like leaping off the page. Then Isaac offered sacrifices to the Lord before leaving Canaan, and God spoke, saying not to be afraid to go to Egypt, but He would bring him back after 400 years, as a great nation. I knew nothing of Shechem, so began researching. In praying, i believe that this highlight of Shechem is to do with God's promise to bring His people back from the ends of the earth and bless them. I read about the mountains, but the significance of this place has become clear to me after watching your video. He's bringing His people back to the valley of decision. Praise God, He's bringing His people home to the place where Joshua first obeyed to make a covenant.

I understand the pretext of the new findings and have great hope that the word of our Lord God will in time be understood and accepted by the Jewish people and their scholars. Thank you for this posting! I look forward to future discussions on this subject.

@Chocolate Tea is right, for even if we were born gentiles ("strangers to the covenants"), according to Ephesians 2, "by grace through faith" the Master Yahusha ("Lord Jesus") makes us citizens of the Commonwealth of Israel (verses 11-12), so that we are no longer gentiles. That wall is broken down and the Master Yahusha adds us to the number who will be with Him as He descends to the Mount of Olives (Zechariah 14; Jude 1:14-15), amein & amein! ...😀

It is good to go through life with an open mind. God appears to each of us in our lives in his own way. I don't believe certain aspects of what is preached. Like streets of gold etc, we're going to be spiritual beings in God's image, his true image. We won't need streets.

You should read and understand the First Commandment. The Rabbi, Joshua Ben Joseph who many deified, taught of allowing no Man between the Individual and The Lord Thy G-d. That was one of His conflicts with the Kohanim, the High Priests of the Temple centered pre-Roman Diaspora Faith.
But what did His followers do? They created a bureaucracy, around Him, and manifested THREE deities from One, abrogating The First Commandment. To exponentially make matters more profane, Rome co-opted the bureaucracy and every perversion that was Rome was codified into behavior patterns by the Roman Christian bureaucrats. Today exposed as murdering Those who disagreed with Aristotelian Geocentric Worldviews, led major Wars, demonized The Jews, leading to the mass murder of the Jews, including the Crusades, Inquisitions, Pogroms, to The Shoah, practiced pedophilia to this Day, sold indulgences, etc. etc. etc..
Why should The Jews abandon Their Faith for the perverted pathway Christianity has metamorphosed into, totally contrary to what The Rabbi espoused?

**Never mind me. All I am is a messenger boy for the Master Yahusha.**

Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the mayim [waters] in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His Name, and what is His Son’s Name and His children’s names, if you can tell?" and why the Master Yahusha said, per John 8:58: "YAH-USHA said to them, Ahmein, ahmein, I say to you, Before Avraham was, I AM," even as He told Moshe Rabbeinu from the bush (Exodus 3:14), then you will be coming closer to the truth that will set you free from "hatred without a cause," (John 8:32), in the Name of THE Son of Man, Yahuah Ben Yahuah, who descended to us by way of the virgin (who was a virgin until after His birth), amein & amein!

Well, archeology has shown that at the time of David and Solomon, Jerusalem was a minor village of about 250 residents, encompassing about 25 acres. Not the mighty city described in the Bible. The writers of Kings and Chronicles were describing what they saw hundreds of years later along with the city of Babylon. No ancient text or inscription describes any great power in the area at the time if David. Bible believers jump up and down that a stone was found that mentions ""the house of David". They omit the stone describes the defeat and conquest of that house. No one denies there were Jewish people in Palestine at that time. Christians seem to think that since they find evidence of Jews in Israel that proves the trurh of the entire Bible. By that logic, finding the city of Troy and Mycenae in Greece, which unlike Jerusalem were unknown for thousands of years, proves the Gods described in the Iliad are real also.

Jehovah is a name never revealed from God. We know this due to the fact that Jews added vowels from words like: Adonai, Eloah, and Elohim onto the consonantal name of God, YHWH (in Hebrew Yod-Hey-Waw-Hey). This was done to prevent the readers in the synagogues from saying God’s actual name, as the Hebrew words in the Hebrew Scriptures did not have vowels, so when the reader came upon the name of God, and saw the vowels added, he knew to say, “Adonai,” instead of inadvertently trying to pronounce the Name (HaShem).
From Eloah, the vowels of e-o-a caused the concoction of YeHoWaH, or Yehovah. This became the Latin Iehovah, and with the letter “J” added to the English alphabet by the 17th century this euphonious name was changed to Jehovah. Jehovah, or Yehovah, has a sinister meaning, as Je-hovah, specifically “hovah”, means ruin, mischief, and calamity (see Strong’s Dictionary of Bible Words # 1943). There is a Karaite Jew, who relies on Medieval sources to propagate the false name Yehovah. And yet the Jews have been adding vowels to the Tetragrammaton, the four letters of God’s name [YHWH] since, or before, the 11th century.
This practice of the Jews adding vowels to the Tetragrammaton [fancy name for “the four consonant letters” of God’s actual name], which caused yet another variation, the vowels of Elohim. This led to e-o-i added to the Tetragrammaton to make YeHoWiH (see Strong’s Dictionary of Bible Words # 3069).
Many religious leaders of the church, pastors, teachers, and priests know that Jehovah, or Yehovah, are false names, and yet they will stand by their traditions, and YAHSHUA warned us about them: “He answered and said to them, ‘Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: This people honors Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ For laying aside the commandment of God, you hold the tradition of men…’ He said to them, ‘All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition’” (Mark 7:6-9). The vowel point under the Hebrew letter Yod, with the vowel called qamets (a for T), not the vowel sheva (e for :). That is YAH not Yeh. The command to Joseph, was, “...you shall call His name YAHSHUA…” (Matthew 1:21).
“Jesus”, is a name never revealed by God. This name came into being through a process of linguistic evolution. Man took it upon themselves to transliterate the common Aramaic name Yeshua to the Greek Iesous. Iesous conformed to the Latin to become Iesus, and this was up to the year 1632 CE. The unrevealed common English name for Christ. After the year 1632, the name of our Lord changed yet again to Jesus. Why does it matter?
Because the apostle Peter testified to the Sanhedrin that: “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). When the apostle Peter testified in the name of YAHSHUA, the Sanhedrin reacted strongly. “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with YAHSHUA. And seeing the man who had been healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it. But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, saying, ‘What shall we do to these men? For, indeed, that a notable miracle has been done through them is evident to all who dwell in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it. But so that it spreads no further among the people, let us severely threaten them, that from now on they speak to no man in this name.’ So they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of YAHSHUA. But Peter and John answered and said to them, ‘Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard’” (Acts 4:13-20). The name of YAHSHUA forbidden! Because the Jews heard “the name which is above every name,” YAH in His name!
The apostle Paul on the road to Damascus encountered YAHSHUA, and he asked, “Who are You, Lord?” And in the Hebrew language, the Lord tells him, “I am YAHSHUA…” (see Acts 26:12-15). We know that the apostle Paul heard “the name which is above every name,” YAH, because he wrote this: “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11). Every language is to know the one name given under heaven by which we must be saved, and there is no rejecting this name, YAHSHUA!
Many have said, “It is not about the name. It is about the Person.” According to the Gospel, this is false. As the Savior said, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God’” (John 3:16-18). You stand condemned, because you have not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God! “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name…” (John 1:12). Halleluyah, Praise YAH, Praise YAHSHUA!

Ancient Egyptians had a large pantheon of gods and goddesses, because they thought, like you, that physical things can’t appear just by accident (except for a very complex creator god, which contradicts the logic that something cannot come from nothing.). Of course, the pyramids and all the artifacts within the burial sites, altars, and temples are not evidence that their gods exist - only that worshippers exist. Artifacts made by Hindus and Buddhists don’t prove that their mythologies are true either, so why would ramps built by ancient Jews prove that their mythology is the true myth?
If it is too difficult for you to imagine how complex things came into existence, then ask yourself how it is possible for a much more complex entity, like a god, to appear out of nothing. You may eventually understand that it is an absurd question, and that there was not necessarily “nothing” at one time, as religions want us to believe. Based on what we know about the natural laws, there has always been matter, because matter cannot be created or destroyed - matter simply changes form over time. There was never “nothing”. In fact, we can’t even fathom “nothing”. Even a black vacuum of space is something. If we don’t know an answer to any question, then we should admit that we do not know. It is senseless to create a mythology based on faith.

He is taking those who look rightly back to the Covenant he made. The land is his and he gave it to all Israel, a seed he chose for himself. They sinned and lost the land, but now is the time approaching for full restoration. Israel is in the land but God needs their hearts. Those who 'see' the truth will be the seed who call out to their covenant Lord as he returns to claim his land.

The word Hebrew means crossed over. He has One Branch called Israel, One Flock. Grafted or Not, it’s into the One Branch, Messiah . One Flock.
2 Peter 3 shows us that when we go up into the air is on judgment day when He burns the heavens and earth with fervent heat and there’s no place for Him to put His foot.
Called the great white throne judgment or final judgment.
There’s no rapture, but only the resurrection at the end of the tribulation during the worldwide earthquake n Messiah cones down n goes to Bozrah and kills those with yeast in their blood. The word dyed when speaking of His dyed garments is actually the word chametz which is yeasty blood on His garments.
This tells me that He is angry with those 1st that are on a preconceived calendar n not the real moon phase calendar which is His calendar and 2nd those who are not celebrating His Kev 23 Holy Days as all the prophets n disciples did even after Messiahs resurrection.
Messiah and the disciples were all Torah Keepers.
Paul even did a few Nazarite vows which many ignore, to show that he always kept a Torah.
The Nazarite vows offerings include animal sacrifice and there will be sacrifice in the 1000 year reign according to Zachariah 14:16-21
The devil changed many things through out the years and used men like Constantine n king James n translators n theologians to do it.
Hasatan changed the calendars, the Holy Days with traditions and causing ppl to believe they don’t matter, when indeed they depict His plan of salvation n marriage covenant to His bride. He changed the belief and made so many believe the law was done away with.
When actually it was the law that showed our sin and because we sinned n broke the law, we broke covenant with our hearts becoming uncircumcised.
We need to fully repent and be ashamed we broke His laws and stop breaking them. He paid the citations for us to be free from the consequences for breaking all of the laws that were given to Moses.
He never changed, He is the man seen face to face, read 1 Corinthians 10 and Judges 13. He never changed, He is accomplishing His plan that was established since the beginning.
His plan of Salvation is Psalm 51 n never changed, it’s just being accomplished in reality, spiritually it never changed.
To have a circumcised heart is from the beginning, grace n mercy is from the beginning, the Holy Spirit is from the beginning, the Holy Spirit births, she is Wisdom n Understanding , she is the mom.
She hovered over the waters of the deep helping birth the earth. Elohims Spirit is 7 fold in revelation and is in Isaiah 11:1 . The first two humans were made at the same time as one and they both were made in THEIR image. Both male and female. And the first man birthed the bride from His side. Proverbs 1
Spiritually Messiah birthed the bride from His side also.
Water n blood mix is a cut the meat covenant.
Breaking the hymen n birthing is all a cut the meat covenant. Like having a circumcised heart, n circumcision that is still valid but must only be done by conviction n not coercion after hearing Moses being preached in the synagogues.
But they could only go to synagogue after they stopped sinning like abstaining from drinking blood ( Torah law) and fornication ( Torah law) n etc... .
He did not come n change the covenant, He established it n is accomplishing it.

Years ago, I was conducting a service in our church. We had a guest speaker who had been involved in serious excavation of the cities of the plains; Sodom, Gomorrah etc. There work was so very well documented that other digs we seeking to associate with them. I believe her name was Nancy Heidebrecht or something similar. I have not been able to locate her since but heard that she subsequent to our meeting had gotten pretty sick . Any how she had either recently gotten her PhD or was working on it. She said they found some guard towers and in at least one they found the skeletal remains or fossilized remains of the occupants of the towers on a wall. They were challenged to do some forensic analysis at the site. They determined that the spines of the of the "guards" were snapped. The root cause was that their lungs had expanded violently and suddenly shearing the spines. Their takeaway was that an area wide evacuation of the atmosphere had occurred precipitating the above. She shared more than I have space or the right to share.
I had this incredibly knowledgeable person to myself for at least 45 minutes before the service actually commenced since the pastor had scheduled her at the church speak and himself away on the same night!! I've been eternally grateful ever since!!!!:)

@Dylan Wildethat's easy the curse was supposedly found in a pile of previous archeological dug dirt that was some distance from it's origin. It's origin being an area where these curses are found normally. Now anyone who knows archeology, digging through piles of dirt that have already been removed from the site and sifted once prevents accurate dating.
THe fact the dirt was from an area where these things are found regularly and there is nothing special about their dating casts massive doubt on his claim of several hundred years earlier
The findings have not been peer reviewed and the so called archeologist is not respected within the field. He is a pastor that is out to prove the bible, so he has in the past made multiple claims of 'bible proof' which when reviewed are bunk. In other words he's a fraud.
There are multiple archeological articles about this find and it's lack of credibility and how the archeologist on this is considered a fraud.
Since he found it in a pile of already sifted dirt from previous digs the likelihood is he dug it up somewhere else and threw it in the pile to be discovered. But that's just my speculation.

@@malgaa3655Ancient Egyptians had a large pantheon of gods and goddesses, because they thought, like you, that physical things can’t appear just by accident (except for a very complex creator god, which contradicts the logic that something cannot come from nothing.).

The alter of cursing would be on the other side of the mountain looking away from the people. As though God's face would be toward them for blessing and His back would be turned to them for cursing. When I was young I used to wonder how certain people I knew could affirm that they believed. I suspected that what they termed belief was having become used to hearing episodes from the Bible and the Gospels and simply believed the stories due to the fact that they were being uttered authoritatively by a clergy which status was much higher before and due to repetition. Thing was that once challenged even by simple questions they instantly ran into difficulties. It was not their fault because they were not taught the Word of God but it was recited at them in a willed exercise in indoctrination. I never believed in that way. I became an atheist at 15 and stayed that way for 35 years. Belief requires struggle, honest struggle wherever it leads. The Word of God is so rich, deep, multi-layered, interconnected, consistent across swathes of time that it requires a lifetime of dedicated study to begin scratching the surface given that His ways are so much higher than ours. I adopted scientific theories whether to explain the beginning of the universe or the coming into existence of man. Given my nature I started reading and researching these and they started coming up short. Atheist scientists adopt so many shortcuts and iffy theoretical constructs to try to explain much ambigousness and ambivalence. Actually I came to the conclusion that it is the atheist scholars who have become religious fanatics. The religion of their faulty science. And their arguments against the Bible are far more often than not the criticism of the Biblically uninstructed. So their arguments oftentimes hold no water. Other, far more serious scientists are amazed by the scientific lore of the Bible. Right on, in Genesis: To mention just one aspect, the creatory succession is the blueprint for how one phase followed the next, with such precision that modern science bears it out. Far more important than all that however, Bible study deepens one's realisation of the immanence of God in everything there is. One deepens oneself in God and goes through several stages of increasing humility as one senses in every fibre of one's awareness His Majesty, how truly awesome and almighty God is, way beyond human comprehension that at best we just glimpse. Do not take it from me. Make the effort, ask, consult, research, pause, think, reflect, look at the heavens and pray to be revealed to by the Spirit of God, but do go there: "In the beginning....." I cannot thank God enough for Him having revealed Himself to me in my very late 40s and early 50s. I could easily have died younger and missed out on Him completely yet He graced me with a long enough life to have had that incredible chance which has completely transformed my whole life, really made me believe so naturally and wonderfully. I am now anchored in God for all eternity. I doubted, went my way, struggled all my life however a hard atheist I had become, yet for all the time He was waiting in the right place which I spent all my adulthood unknowingly groping towards. The sense of relief, the utter joy, the content, spiritual enrichment, the empowerment especially over all the travails of the world and over death can never be adequately described. I urge all, go to the Word and start reading the first moving sentence of Genesis. And do all you need to do, be it mastering Latin, Hebrew, Greek, reflecting for hours on a single word or phrase. Get as deep in God as you can and lose yourself in Him, leave everything behind as Jesus did when he went into the desert to be with His Father. Let nothing distract you. The world and all its lures will become completely insignificant. To all who read this be blessed.
