I believe that other than eating amazing dishes worldwide, we should also strive to understand the various ingredients that would eventually end up in our bellies!
This video features my favorite shop - Matcha contemporary bar (MTCH.BKK). They recently moved to expand their business plus there's plenty of parking space! They're located at soi Ari. P'Jew, the owner, will give us greater knowledge about matcha and its origins, and also enlighten us with his motivation and love in brewing matcha. Enjoy the video and maybe it might just make you love matcha as well!

ชาเขียวเป็นแบบใบชาชงก็มีค่า แต่มัทฉะ คือชาเขียวที่เลี้ยงด้วยเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้แล้วเอามาบดเป็นผงค่า ประมาณนี้ๆค่า😜😍
อธิบายแบบบ้านๆนะคะ
มัจฉะ..คือ.ใบชาที่ถูกบดเป็นผง
ชาปกติ..คือ..ใบชาแช่น้ำร้อน
ฉะนั้น..มัจฉะจะมีเอกลักษณ์คือความเฝื่อนปนขมนิดๆปนผงๆ(แล้วแต่คุณภาพใบชา)..ส่วนอย่างไหนอร่อยกว่าเราว่าแล้วแต่คนชอบค่ะ..แต่ส่วนตัวชอบแบบมัจฉะ(ที่ชงเอง)มากกว่าค่ะ..

To ask Japanese they recommend Matcha from Aichi with a long tradition of tea ceremony.. 🍵 anyway to make a difference for marketing

มัทฉะ = บดละเอียด ชา = ใบชาบดหยาบ
ใบชากินได้ใช่ไหมคะ งั้นเราบดเองได้เลยใช่ไหม
มันต่างตั้งแต่วิธีการปลูกแล้วค่ะ เก็บก็เก็บแค่ยอดใบอ่อนเท่านั้น มันแทบไม่มีอะไรเหมือนเลย นอกจาก มีจากต้นชาเหมือนกัน นอกนั้นต่างหมด
ดูเข้มข้นมากน่ากินมากอยู่แค่นี้เองต้องไปลอง
