Looking forward to more videos! Your video greatly helped me make my first Ramses chain. I’ve been finding myself wanting to make a double foxtail twist but using 14ga instead of 17ga. I’ve been struggling to figure out the correct size to make my rings though. I think it could be a sweet bulky look if it works. Glad you are back!
Foxtail has been on my list to try. Im also not sure if the ratios. When I was figuring out the Ramses I used copper to minimize the expense of the trial and error. You can even get copper solder. Way less expensive than silver
I'm sure they have good insurance or they would not turn you loose with a stone like that or they lied to you and maybe it's not really even a diamond or one that high grade or you have done enough that suited them enough where they have confidence in you. I't been quite a few years since I have done any jewelry making or repairs, I just got sso burned out on it. .
Nice to see you back. Looking forward to your upcoming videos.

@@codydagutis6639 13.5mm mandrel (I used a 5/16 socket) 17ga wire. My twisted foxtail double chain and bracelet ended up at 5mm wide.
@@codydagutis6639 about 250 rings made a chain 24” long
