Man this gives me flashbacks to the 2010 Thomas c2 that I was on from my late middle school years up until my last year of high school. In my last year of high school that bus was put on as a spare, and my driver get the keys to a brand new 2017 IC-ce with the Cummins 6.7 L Engine under the hood.

I’m pretty sure that Tempe union high school district have a C2 bus 53. In the UK, the bus registration plate would be WX58 CZV.

This shows that all thomas busses HAVE THE SAME shifting in a way. **edit** I am on a new bus and it still sounds the same shifting as the other bus I was riding on. I keep getting on different busses because we don’t have the bus driver anymore (idk why) and EVERY single bus sounds like that engine revving a little high and then dropping down and then shifting not like a car, and then silently shifting.

The engine sound as the revs drop when it shifts is just due to these engines being very loud compared to car engines. My 2004 honda cr-v also makes that noise a little due to the somewhat loud engine.

If possible, It would be cool if you could do a bus that is a c2, and its engine goes up to 2500rpm. I just think the engine sounds really cool when it goes that high. if you can film the back seat ride for that because i like the axle noise

Chase Jones you mean a C2 with and exhaust brake and the RPMs go up when it slows down

Actually this bus has an exhaust brake when he slows down and the RPMs go up and you hear that rumble noise that’s the exhaust brake.
