Carl, I have been enjoying this series of videos. From what I've seen of your layout, you have very nice scenery and some interesting models. I glimpsed the Cushing & Bliss structure from Micro-Scale Models. I'm a fan of their models. Thanks for doing this series!

Yeah, I've also always admired the Micro-Scale structures. There are three of them on the layout- Cushing & Bliss, Bower's Brewery, and the Pine Creek Engine House.

@@CarlBrainerd The only one that I've built is the Wintersrun Tower, but I have 3 on the shelf: Scholtz Supply Co., Feed Mill & Supplies, and Fisher Leather Belting. Somehow I thought that I'd have more time in my retirement.

I recently got some weathering powders and when I applylied them they didnt, stick but when i tried to seal them with a dull clear coat they dissapeared. What clear coat should i use?

My only experience with clear-coating weathering powders was with Dull-Cote. I found that the Dull-Cote really toned down the look of the weathering powders. They didn't disappear altogether, but the end result was that to have it come out right the powder application needed to be heavy, almost "garish", and then the Dull-Cote would tone it down. On this loco, I used powdered chalk with no overcoat, so "what you see is what you get".
