Very true, I started investing before the pandemic and that same year I pulled a profit of about $750k with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was seeking guidance from *ROCHELLE DUNGCA-SCHREIBER* who's a guru in the game, you can be passively involved with the aid of a professional.

It's possible to statistically measure whether some decisions are wise. In the real world, it’s a lot more harder. We prefer faster gains or simple stories, which can be easily manipulated in other for you to like what you hear but often devilishly misleading. Right now there is little volatility which makes prediction harder & losing capital easier.
@@joecaruso06 I know the powers of coaches too. Coming from someone who's witnessed consecutive ups and downs, debt, getting ripped off trading scams, get rich quick scheme, ponzi. Literal bankruptcy, you name it, Having a coach made it a lot more easier. I know how discipline is essential to grow. Matter of fact having received advice from my coach, I started my pod, a little ytube, and passively earn and hold a $293k ptf with Maria Teresa Tyler. So yes guys, life coaches are indeed important.

LOVE: No Allowances - what a great insight into how to allocate funds to best protect and empower our children. (And what a great way to utilize our corporation as a finance vessel!)
Least Favorite:
DIDN’T LOVE: If it Don’t Cashflow, I Say No. - lol, this is a tough one. But to solely incorporate the passive income for personal indulgences (and non-write-off spending) is brilliant.
Also LOVE - if you can’t write it off, don’t buy it. (Quit Buying “Stuff”) What a great way to look at purchasing. (particularly with owning vs renting or lease, if tax write-offs aren’t applicable.)

I have been binge watching your videos for the past week trying to learn from you, very smart and knowledgeable man in my opinion. I am in the works right now to start investing in real-estate so I can start getting the cash flow coming in every month.
