  • I do weekly sales training with my sales team to keep all my employees in sync with the mission. To help others reach success. But that doesn't exclude my employees.
I want my company not only to serve others, and help them reach financial freedom, but to also give that to my staff.
This week we talked about the 5 steps to becoming a millionaire. It is important to me that my employees are doing well, because it sells them even more on the idea of helping others reach the sales levels of success I have had in my career.
If you're ready to take that next step and become a millionaire yourself, I want to give you the tools! Simply visit: grantcardone.com/realestate

The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich. These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.

The wisest thing that should be on
everyone mind currently should be to
invest in different streams of income
      that doesn't depend on government
      paycheck, especially with the current
economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.

Even with the right technique and
assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

I watched the full video of Berkshire Hathaway's annual meeting. I was impressed by how his position has remained fluid ever since he's been investing, and yet he still remains in the game. I've been following Buffett since 2019, and I've learnt so much from his personal investment style to earn myself five figures monthly in dividend income

My favorites by far are value investing and staying within your circle of competence or investing with someone who is competent. I'm a psychologist, so investing is not my competence, but I identify the best investors. The one I've worked with for the past couple years have made me more than $400k in net return.

The importance of advisors often remains underestimated until individuals experience the repercussions of their own emotions. Thinking back to a few summers ago, amidst the challenges of my prolonged divorce, I found myself in urgent need of assistance to maintain the stability of my business. This prompted me to seek out licensed advisors, ultimately leading me to a highly qualified professional. Through her guidance, my savings not only endured inflation but also expanded from $275k to $850k.

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

I thought about investing in the financial market, I heard that people make millions if you know the tricks of the trade, but I lack good knowledge and a strategy to outperform the market and generate good yields. I have $160,000 but it's hard to bite the bullet and do it.

The best course of action if you lack ma-rket knowledge is to ask a consultant or invest-ing co-ach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a con-sultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my port-folio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

It's not that you're doing anything wrong; it's just that you don't have the knowledge to profit in a down market. The only individuals who may earn greatly during tumultuous times like these are experts with considerable knowledge who must have observed the 2008 catastrophe. Their whole skill set is based on trading long and short at the same time, using profit-driven strategies and reducing risk as a buffer against unavoidable downtrends, thus they are well-suited to do so.

Some people are not capable of becoming rich. They are meant to be salary-men because they don't have the right intelligence and drive. It's doesn't mean they aren't capable but some people are just meant to have a different place in society. Anyone can become upper-middle class by simply working really hard long hours. If you're willing to work 12 hours a day 7 days a week you will make good money regardless of intelligence. You won't necessarily be rich though.

Working with a financial advisor who has worked in a solid financial firm for a long time, such as John Desmond Heppolette, will actually set you up for success in life. I'm delighted I was able to reach out to him earlier this year because while others were grumbling about the downturn in the markets due to the state of the economy, I was busy learning from him and eventually made over seven figures in the first quarter alone, which is why it's always good to join the correct community.

Step 1 - Stop listening to Grant Cardone and other people who have already done it. (Not because they are lying or anything but because you got work to do)
    Step 2 - Find/Invent a solid product/service to sell
Step 3 - Find a fast-moving marketplace to sell on
Step 4 - Become obsesses with profits and expanding. Never stop iterating
Step 5 - Invest your profits into other wealth-generating vehicles (Like say real estate)
Working for people won't make you a millionaire

I guess this lesson swooshed over your head. Here is a guy who has made hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate sharing how he did it and all you got from it was that he was able to motivate some of his employees, while implying he was being disingenuous? The thing that kills me is that if you actually followed his plan to the "T", you really would become a millionaire. That's what is so baffling about your comment.

I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money invest:ng. For example last year I invested 70k in blue chip stocks and crypt0 s (with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Delayed gratification always pays off

This is a fantastic breakdown of the steps you have to take to build true wealth. I feel exceptionally lucky I started investing in my early 30s and consistently compounded my income via assets to create more cash flow. I grew to a 7 figure mark well-diversified portfolio having exposure to different prolific lnvestments. Forever grateful my adviser Rita Wildrin Mora. Passive income is mandatory for building long term wealth.
