      Some people are not capable of becoming rich. They are meant to be salary-men because they don't have the right intelligence and drive. It's doesn't mean they aren't capable but some people are just meant to have a different place in society. Anyone can become upper-middle class by simply working really hard long hours. If you're willing to work 12 hours a day 7 days a week you will make good money regardless of intelligence. You won't necessarily be rich though.

      I'd suggest you discuss with a proper advisor, particularly if you're new at investing or facing uncertainty. I personally have over 180 companies in my portfolio, so if few companies fail, I still have others that can hold me up.

      Even if you’re not skilled, it is still possible to hire one. I was a project manager and my personal portfolio of approximately $720k of my retirement pension took a big hit in April due to the crash. I quickly got in touch with a financial-planner that devised a defensive strategy to protect my funds and make profit from my portfolio this red season. I’ve made over $250k since then.

      There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Judith Lynn Staufer” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive.She’s quite known in her field, loo her up.

    Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

      I thought about investing in the financial market, I heard that people make millions if you know the tricks of the trade, but I lack good knowledge and a strategy to outperform the market and generate good yields. I have $160,000 but it's hard to bite the bullet and do it.

    • @rannyorton

      The best course of action if you lack ma-rket knowledge is to ask a consultant or invest-ing co-ach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a con-sultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my port-folio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

Your old with that money... and..... you can call the cops on the neighbor kids for being to loud near the home you moved to on your retirement property? But you got the cash... coupon day will allow you to get that salad down at the local pizza joint or you might splurge on a more expensive meal... don't got to big though... you got to practice those principles.... your last days wont look any different then a poor mans. Make no mistake, someone will gladly take your money you spent saving in the end.

If you can get the facts about savings and investing with a well detailed plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your income.

      Even with the appropriate method and assets, some investors will still outperform others. As an investor, you should already know that nothing surpasses experience, and that is final. Personally, I had to seek advice from a stock specialist, which allowed me to build my account by over $35k, extract my profit just before the correction, and now I'm purchasing again.

      Andrew Rouse lol I don’t think you understand his concept or perhaps their isn’t enough context here. He’s an advocate of renting out what you own. Which means that instead of buying a single family home where you live and pay the bank every month with interest and just wait for appreciation, why not buy multi-family properties and rent them out where you have your tenants pay the bank and pay you every month.That income is then used to pay for your residence and for other deals. And if you ever decide to sell in the future then you also gain appreciation. It’s a win-win-win.

    Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

    Thanks Grant this is very valuable. Most people do not know how to handle money. I invested in real estate and after 1 year sold it with 100k profit. I did my research where in Europe where I'm from is the next place to invest. Portugal is a good option with high yields. Once I reach my first million I want to think how I can flip that to double, triple etc. It's about financial stability, security and to be able to enjoy life without constant worries. I still shop cheap because I do not care about buying a 100 USD shoe or jeans etc. I rather seek opportunity to invest in myself.

      Lot of actors , musicians, comedians committing suicide . Its not that poor people do not commit suicides
      Hope people understand spirituality brings more joy , materialism doesn’t even bring joy or pleasure ( it increases sorrow )
      It is better to cry in a mercedes than on a cycle , but think what is joy and sorrow , it is within you . Its not like water your drink that you drink something and you becomes happy or sad , it is within you ,,,, why wont you choose to be happy eternally . You can if you get hold of yourself , if you can control yourself or if you can know yourself .. you don’t even know yourself
      One more thing , there is desire for money or excitement for money but the day you earn it , you know it is not the solution , you may never get what you want ...... you yourself dont know what you want .... there are billions of stars , planets and amidst all this you are dancing , how did you come up here ! What to do !
      I would copy it somewhere else too if i find useful and one thing more if you are interested, read either about sufism of islam or vedantic hinduism eg ramana maharashi , search vivekananda channel , or satash8 channel or unself youself and binge watch it . You can read about sikhism ( advaita or nondual concept )

    • @otismc
      @otismc 5 ปีที่แล้ว +68

      Owning a car or a house that does not earn you income is classed as a liability. You buy it, then you pay the bills, mot, service, tax, every year they get more expensive. You sink more and more money into upkeep. This is a poor use of your money. Lease means you get the car, you can get cheap leases and you never have to worry about other bills for that car. Same with real estate. Buy it and rent it out then if the rental cost is higher than your mortgage you generate cash flow this is good. If you buy a house and live in it then you have generated debt which has trapped you financially this is not good.

      @@otismc So if I buy a house and rent it out, where do I go sleep?

    • @otismc
      @otismc 5 ปีที่แล้ว +34

      @@drakelar1957 i think Grant Cardone's belief is you rent a place. You are not tied to it then so you have financial mobility if you need it. There are other property gurus who say buy your first place and rent it then buy your 2nd place and live in it. Main thing is you want to use the money you save to produce more money (make your money work for you by renting a place out) rather than just sitting on your money like in a savings account or in the house you live in. This is what the wealthy do they use their money to earn more money through cash flow from rental property whilst the tenants basically pay off your mortgage for you increasing your net worth.
