P250K for 250cc is a bit pricey for the Philippine market. Awfully resembles Rusi 250 but with a higher price tag. Like you said, it's for hipsters with money to burn. It's a tough sell with so many brands in the market today offering cheaper and more reliable bikes. Again, it's a hipster bike, they'll buy this in a heartbeat because nobody else have one.
It is definitely not priced well to tackle the Philippine market, or the vast majority of the SEA market for that matter. Even if you just copy that number one for one, ignoring taxes and try to sell it in the Malaysian market where people are roughly 3 times wealthier, its still a hard sell. It costs the average dude almost a year's salary assuming he doesn't need to pay rent or eat. Though as a Singaporean, man I wish I could get a 250cc for that little money.
By the way, rusi is just a distributor. Their bikes came from different manufacturers, to give you some titan 250 (Loncin AC4) made by Loncin the one who makes the engine of BMW GS Motorrad.
@@mrdew8580 sorry but for the uninitiated like me, I'm having a hard time not comparing it to the more familiar Rusi Classic 250. It's expensive for a 250cc in the Philippines. Considerably dearer than the Gixxer 250. Or the Dominar 400. Pay another 18k pesos (plus shipping I admit), for the X-Plorer kit for the Dominar, from Autolgue Design, and some knobblies, and you have something akin to the 390 adventure for the same price.

Front wheel looks too big
250k..thats an expensive bike for a 250cc..
That's 1k/cc for us. Hahahah. Anyway, at that range I'd rather get Svart201, an XSR155, or a Victorino 250 V-Twin, and have more extra cash for accessories and gear.
The price is high....
China bike 🥰
Too expensive. Royal Enfield would be a better option on that price range.
250k for an unknown brand? thanks but no thanks
Expensive ☹️
