I will definitely eat this and there, everything looks clean and organize. I need this recipe lol
I'm no food expert so idk the ingredients to make the Indonesian style fried chicken, but one thing that I know is that there's the usual fried chicken version of it and it's called Ayam Geprek. With this one, all you need is buy or make fried chicken, make the sambal just like in the video, smeared the chicken with the sambal and then smash it
For the chicken, is marinated by turmeric, garlic, candlenuts, salt and steam the chicken until the spices are absorbed. And then you fried it.
For the sambal, there are green baby chilli, garlic, salt, chicken stock powder, grind everything, and pour the very hot oil.
Smash the fried chicken and put the sambal, done :))

Perlu juga MALU 🔨 kalo buat bikin gerobaknya. Kalo mau 🦐 L3B1H🍤 kuat gerobaknya pake paku baut jadi musti punya cordless drill / wrench. Jadi gak perlu MALU 🔨 lagi.
I love Indonesian spicy food! When I stayed there 5yrs ago. I learned their spicy food & meet Indonesian friends they're nice & learned their languages as well. This food with mashed peppers, love it! But I think I'll passed for a while. It looks yummy though
