Just quick explaination about the last clip with most of ladies are wearing plastic gloves while eating. This green chilly are super hot and spicy if compare to other variety so they just wear that gloves to prevent hand burning sensation. The sensation called by indonesian as "kecabean" which can be cured by putting your burning hand to the grain like rice or corn.

Green chili, garlic, salt chicken broth lime and hot oil . Fry the green chili first
Ayam penyet / fry chicken
Ingredients:
Garlic 10 piece
Ginger 2 cm
Turmeric 2 cm
Coriander 1 tbs
Blend all the spice after that fry awhile put the chicken, Kaffir lime leaves, galangal, lemongrass, bay leaf, salt, chicken broth add some water boil it until the chicken cooked after that fry the chicken 🙏
