- We all know to be cautious when prescribing antibiotics to women who are pregnant. A new CDC analysis looked at a commercial insurance database to assess this further.
Among almost 35,000 pregnant women treated for urinary tract infections (UTIs) in their first trimester, nearly 35% received nitrofurantoin and about 8% received trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMP/SMX).

Was it a prenatal probiotic? If so, I'm sorry it's not related. I made sure to take one that is specifically for pregnant women or breastfeeding.

Now I'm super scared because I have a uti that's unbearable and I really was gonna ask the doctor to prescribe me some now I feel like taking the pain this is my first baby and I'm so sorry for your loss I know how connected I am with my baby already so I know that's painful 😭😭

I took diclofenac twice during implantation thinking that its periods, what can happen?
Well I was drinking two weeks does of zinnat doxycycline and ceftriaxone for uti n didn't know I was pregnant in my first trimester.n I'm pregnant with twins I was worried too I put it in Gods hand.but God created those life so will see them get safely tru.

@@paolabernal3280 hi hon yes.yhey were born on the 16 this month healty and full grown.just drink plenty water when ever u using the doxy.

No we shdnt take doxy in pregnancy and we shdnt use doxy for 0-9yrs old child...it cause tongue discolouration and slow growth of bones in babies..so shdnt use doxy

@@nidhipandey5245 No, I spoke to a midwife I had hired and she recommended Keflex and Amoxicillin. The doctor was ok with that and gave me both to try. Amoxicillin didn't work but Keflex eventually took care of it. I took probiotics during that time and didn't get any side effects. I've been UTI free now for 2 weeks. I'm praying my baby will be fine and am so grateful I researched Macrobid and pushed back.

@@nidhipandey5245 As a Christian, I hold on to Jesus' promises that God hears the prayers of those who love him and that we can rest assured we receive our prayers if they align with his will. God gave us our babies as a blessing and I trust God to hear my cries of concern. He loves my baby more than I ever will. I will pray your baby comes out just fine too. God bless you!
