This will probably the last clip for this month. I'm still trying to get my hard drive fixed but I felt like a lot of yall need to see this, specially the participants so I borrowed my sister's laptop and managed to finish the clip quite decently.

I like how almost everyone when asked on advice, they're like "...uh" as if they themselves have no idea how they got in.
What they could talk about was something’s they did on theirs that they want to reveal on what they did on the application

As someone who can't audition yet because of personal reasons, I'm really jealous of everyone who can audition. Anyways, good luck to those who are auditioning and be ready for challenges in v-tubing like being responsible, being able to create content regularly, and many more challenges.

The writing answers to questions that came to your head really helps. It actually helps me on my speaking test
Definitely don't answer questions with a lie you can't turn into truth once you get accepted.

Ngl that's a really good advice. For any job interviews.Honesty will make you go places, if you lied, usually you're gonna ended up in a company who lied to you as well

Honestly i'm not really convinced that's a good suggestion. Maybe it really depends on a personal level (whether you're a very anxious person or not), but i think that a really valuable quality to gauge in a future live-streamer is his/her spontaneity and reactivity: you are essentially entertaining in real time to whatever happens, especially in collabs where you are constantly interacting with others.
So i'd say to bring out a more honest "you" is to not overthink it too much, and find some other way to reduce interview anxiety.
I think its important that you are able to show both sides 1. that you take this serious and have already thought about what could happen and 2. like you said you are able to react to unexpected and spontaneous things
honestly this is with every company
every company wants an honest employee.

If you are really interested I would suggest you start making videos and streaming before you turn 18 so you have some experience that you can show them

One thing I remember being said by Finana when she was interviewed for Ninisani is that they had Noor as part of the interviewers which honestly is just....extremely hyped to hear the fact that she is still part of the team even tho she sadly had to step down from being a talent due to some....branding issues.

"Honesty is the best policy" yep, when I wrote out my script for introduction and thought back on it, it really reeked of fake, and I bet the staff would see that right away. But since I don't know what else to write, I'm probably skipping this.
I can’t audition to the agency I want due to age reasons, yet I’ll wait for them to get more members and get joining advice for now. Good luck to everyone trying for the new NijiEN gamer guys!

Couldn’t audition this time around cause of one major problem I don’t have a workin laptop to use so until I get the laptop I want I’ve gotta wait until than so once I get my laptop and they’re holing auditions next time I do have it I’ll try out for it
In case you still have none by the next audition: it actually said in the form that you don't need a PC
Yes you still need something to edit / record whatever you want to do to send it in but in theory, a blackscreen with you talking would work as well
Soooo even if your strenght is about editing videos or something that doesn't work on the phone (though I do believe there is some sort of editing app? idk); if you want to apply later anyway, just showing that you already tried (and even progressed since the last application) might actually help your next one with a functioning laptop

Not going to lie. I was never good at interviews the chances of me passing the interview is nearly 0%. Hais. Not that I don't have self confidence is just that I get so nervous I forget whatever was in my mind at that moment.

From what I researched, 1 intro vid of self introduction n 2 is show wat u r really good at. Just 1 vid
They want only ONE video that’s 5 minutes long that includes an intro and gameplay
I mean it says it all in the form 1 video! If you apply more than once your chances of getting into the next round are bad.
