The MCU failed and they replaced it by visiting the location within one week. No major issues apart from that. It totally depends bro. Many completed 36k plus kms without any issues. Few had issues before completing 1000 kms. In case of any problem, we have to patiently wait and follow up. That's the only option. We are expecting that they will improve their service soon. Let's see bro
Range test, and problems in gen2 and improvement in gen 2 , open belt pros and cons , rear suspension how good, front suspension how? , charging time any change, compare with gen 1 and give ur experience video bro
Yes bro, aftermarket accessories not allowed. If there's damage due to after Market accessories, then that part cannot be claimed under warranty. In case of fire accident and if our scooter has after Market accessory, company won't take responsibility

It's not like that bro, persons who have daily ride range of 30-80 kms a day can choose this vehicle. They can recover the entire vehicle cost within 3 years. Later they can scrap and buy new vehicle. If you consider petrol vehicle, they have to invest 1.5-3.5 lakhs on petrol itself for 3 years for such ride range. From the answer u posted it is clear u r unaware of the service process. We make a service request to customer care then it is registered and then sent to service department which allocates the job to the nearest service point and then the service technician will contact u for doing service either at ur home or at service point depending upon the case. It is immature to state to have contact with service technician as the service technician allotted will be different in city .
In order to express your grievances, you would be keep on arguing with technicians which will irritate them and they may delay your service. There's no such rule that service should happen as the way you described. Many don't know how to create customer service request and such persons will reach out to service centre and check with technicians and they will create ticket on their behalf and solve the issue. I didn't get this scooter from Ola as a promotion gift. I participated and showcased my skills and for that they provided this prize (10 member across India and I am one of the winners) - FYI
I am not promoting Ola bro. Even I have mentioned same in my videos that service is a concern and they need to improve that. As a Ola customer, I participated in a contest conducted by them and I got this scooter as a prize (10 winners across India and I am one of them)
