@@KaranKumar-tj9mh don't worry go to setting- accounts- sign in options- and turn off the use my sign info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen........ ..
Go to task manager- user - if there two accounts right click and disconnect which not required

Because it’s called *slidetoshutdown.exe* - it does exist in the system folder.
