I think if anyone needs help with their industrial sewing machine Steve is the man you want to talk to he has a lot of good videos on industrial sewing machines out here for us to learn by.I order a Singer 191D-30 a few years back and it's a working machine for sure.I now setting up a Singer 20U machine little by little he can get you just about any part you need or want. It's going to take a while before I can get my other sewing machine up and running but I know what I have to work with too far as I care Singer sewing machine is the best or they are for me.Thanks Steve for all the help you have giving me and all the other people you help here.
It amazes me that you go to such lengths to help your customers get set up with their machines. 👍 Buying my first industrial was a big step and a little bit intimidating, but you made it so easy with all the videos and the pre-drilled holes and the pre-assebled parts to show where everything goes. That machine is by far my favorite and if I had to pare down to only one, this 8100e/HX would be it. I'm sewing a lot of fine jersey knits, lately and it's a gem! if I go back to bag - making, all I have to do is change out the needle plate and feed dogs and make a couple of small adjustments - it's truly just as versatile as I could have hoped for and that big M bobbin is the bomb! I am a SewingGold fan for life! 💜💛💚💙💜💛💚💙
A million thanks!!! Omygosh!! My handwheel was so tight so I adjusted that. My knee lift was exactly up just like in the vid. I thought there's no way I can get that knee lift in there. So I released it and was able to assemble it.
I’m collecting my yuki DDL 8850 tomorrow. It’s a second hand machine. It works well but needs a good clean and tlc. I’ve noticed the knee lift is not working which I will need to fix it. Hopefully this video will help me in fixing it.
Can you link to the video that shows how to make the knee lift easier to use? Mine's REALLY stiff. It nearly moves the entire machine when I use it. Thanks.
I have juki sewing machine I facing problem some few days, sewing machine running some time fast and some time slow,it very much distribute on overall performance
I have this exact machine & I’m having trouble with my knee lift. A screw fell out. I’ve replaced it. But I’m no longer getting any resistance when pushing on the knee lift. I’d ya possible to get your setup DVD so I can troubleshoot my machine? I’m unable to find anyone to repair it for me. Thx.

Happy to hear you are loving your machine and us of course.
Wonderful! This video taught how to fix my knee lift. Now all I need is a video on how adjust the foot pedal so it doesn't take off so fast.
Dear Sir, you did really really very good job. .. Useful for everybody who uses these machines.
Thanks for the compliment!

Can this be adjusted on a Juki 2010Q? My knee lift bar sits so far to the left that I cannot use it. Thanks

You’re the best Steve! Thank you 😊
You are making me blush Terri. 😊
Do you ever set up pneumatic presser foot lifts on your machines?
I have not seen this on the DU-1181N before.
Can you help. I’m struggling to operate the knee lift and pedal (ie lifting foot off pedal to then get to knee lift)
It works now! Thank you so much. 😃
Glad to hear in Katrina. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Can I have the knee lift on the left hand side

Email me a picture of the screw and where it fell out. info@sewinggold.com.
Unfortunately we do not sell our set up DVD.
Thank you Steve! :)
You are welcome Katrina.
Gracias maestro saludos
Is this suppose to be super hard to push? I almost cant even push it to lift it, it's so heavy
It should not be difficult with your knee. By hand it is a bit tight.
I am still having trouble after watching this. My shaft won’t tighten with the screw at the top. It stays loose 😩
Please email me some pictures or better yet, a video. info@sewinggold.com
Thank you sir
You are welcome.
Sir paidan no up down please
Do you have the knee lift push rod? It is a small black part that looks like an umbrella. It goes in the oil pan.
👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you.
