100g raw oats. Mash potato powder, Jelly powder, Hemp seed powder. All washed down with milk every two hours. I'm officially done with sitting in bus stops eating out of a small tupperware boxs of small portions of chicken and pasta etc... I'm getting three normal meals throughout the day. Everything else in powdered form or in the case of the oats. Easy to take a mouthful and wash down. I'll keep adding to my ingredients but for now I'm done with the chore of what i used to do.
