i feel u with your professor retiring. had a professor (she was in her 40's) initially just take a semester off (ended up being a year) due to pregnancy complications. after coming back and teaching for a year, she had to fully resign to become a full-time mom. even my professors who had her as their student was sad upon the announcement cuz she was one of their best students and our best professors.

These apple screens are so weak 😑🤧glad you got it fixed but truly, one of my fave vlogs from you 🫶 i just finished grad school last year, so I love re-living the school vibes!
girl i feel you about the computer... i accidentally spilled a droplet of water on my laptop (bc of the stupid stanley cup) in my stats class this semester and when i opened it the whole thing fried and had to drop $1300 the next day on a new one
