Where does the fiber backhaul of a mast connect to is it the BT exchange as i seem to see a lot of masts on top of exchanges.

Can you find some pictures of the insides of a BTS3900A?

Nice video, quality pictures you had there!
The 48 volt telecoms "de facto standard" is because the 50 volt threshold is used as a guideline for electric shock hazard.

The big connectors on the Modules, is it made from silver?

5:48 - looks to me like ericsson om1400 sdh equipment. This would be the back haul for most of the equipment here.
Maybe the Paso link radio may of connected to it at one stage. Cool vid!

At 1:49, my guess is the top rack is GSM and UMTS with the bottom rack being LTE. The sites I've seen needed very little equipment for LTE. It's quite amazing.
At 8:45, are you sure the top left equipment isn't a DUW and DULs for UMTS and LTE? It's definitely Ericsson something because of that dot design.

1:49 is covered in detail in the video. Top is Band 20 (L800), bottom is Band 8 -900MHz 2G and 3G. This was confirmed by workers.
08:45. They were all set up for UMTS though I'd be surprised if they're not RUS.

8:45, this is a dual DUW U2100 config, primary DU right sub rack next to radios, secondary DU far left subrack. The other 2 DU's on the left are DUS31's, L800, feeding RRUs via fibres, the horizontal unit on the left is the SIU, site intergration unit, which describes itself. There should be another 6102 cab at this site, carrying GSM and UMTS 900..........

AWS 2100 operates from fiber jumpers going from the DUS to the squid then to the RRU's before going back to Coax jumpers from the RRU to the antenna. The antenna connection in the Shelter would not have been for LTE.

I've often wondered about the somewhat exposed large 'Samo' cabinets used by either 3 or EE at mbnl sites. I'd imagine the gear is water resistant, but still is quite odd. Ive seen referenced in quite a few planning documents that 3 use Samsung BTS equipment in their Komodo and Pagona street cabs.

You don't need to be so close to the camera...
