Informative but I found the title misleading as it talks about managing changes to earlier identified project requirements. Perhaps Project Requirements Change Process is more appropriate. Change Management is to do with putting together a change strategy, change impact assessment, stakeholder management, communication, resistance and the like to ensure the project achieves the identified benefits.
