His whole track really fits the savage and brutal nature of his story. And the twins feels grimy, disgusting, sick, which fits the killer, considering Charlotte is literally carrying her brother’s reanimated corpse inside her body.

I just love the Doctor. His terror radius theme is already a bit unnerving, and the chase just has that "run for your life" feel to it. It sounds clanky but there's a little rhythm behind it and it still has the same disturbing vibe. It just shows how messed up Carter is.
Doctor’s is the scariest for me. His distant theme is almost scarier than the chase music, it makes me think about being trapped in the abandoned Lery’s Memorial Institute and just getting lingering dread that I’m not alone in there. As he gets closer I just imagine that dread ramping up more and more, and the actual chase music feels like random, screeching noises that serve no purpose other than to mess you up mentally. It’s very fitting considering Doctor’s backstory
