Interest for a new car are 15% and other fees for 8 years, will end up costing him 420 000 dollars that shitty car, to sell it in 8 Years for less than 70k And i live in Costa Rica, that car here worths 140 000 dollars new, is stu pid how expensive are cars here due to taxes in Costa Rica. Today i have meetings with constructors to builds 2 more comercial rentals and one apartment to rent! Is incredible how compounding works, and he is compounding but against himself! Thats why i play dumb and poor... I can buy 17 of those cars today if i want to, but a new car is the worst expense The comercials ROI is 23% And the apartment roi is 45%! And im only 36yo! In 8 years i will have like 20 more rentals instead of a 8 years old car 🤦🏻♂️
Getting my car repossessed was the best thing that could of happened to me. Why do I need a payment with interest going into the banks pockets every month.
