    Thanks for checking out the video! Sorry for the delay since the last episode, as many of you who follow along on social media likely know, we were in Tennessee riding and filming for a few days last week so I couldn't release any new episodes while away. Good news is we filmed loads of great content in TN so once this WV series is done you all have some TN trail riding content to look forward to!! Hope you enjoy the video, there is a lot more action from WV heading your way. Ride safe out there and see ya in the next video.

      Awesome video thank you for sharing your ride with us. My brother, his wife and me rode Buffalo Mountain Trail system when we were there in 2012 and we had fun. I think I had the most fun because I think they were to busy squeezing the OH SH€¥ handle and the steering wheel on those narrow trails and the switch backs. This where he finally listened to me about how his Polaris RZR engine brake system worked. He thought it would work just by letting off the gas, but I’d told him to let up some but not all the way off the gas My Commander was eating up those trails and I hardly ever had to use my brakes I was just using the engine brakes.

    I have lived in West Virginia all my life. Our ancestors traveled these mountains on foot all our lives. That’s how my dad and his family traveled to see their relatives was thru these mountains. They would start out in the morning to go to their Aunt . She would pack the a lunch in a brown paper bag consisting of Biscuits, jelly, bacon, & sausage. While growing up at Gilbert Creek, Mingo County, we had only TV lines strung up through the mountain and on the week end our parents would climb the mountain to turn the antenna while the other would shout up the hill and tell them when they had a signal. Yea, that consisted of having one channel to watch, haha! We played I. These mountains & caves throughout my childhood, man what a life we had. These mountains are still as rugged & beautiful and is the only home we have ever experienced. Wouldn’t trade our way of life for any other place in the states. I have traveled from East To West Coast frame the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean. If or sea or land I roam still I think of happy home and my friends among these West Virginia Hills!

  • @bonacker9762
    @bonacker9762 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Talking about overdriving your machine... When following in dust conditions like you have in these videos. You have two options. One tailgate the rider in front of you to still have a chance of seeing or back off until the dust clears enough for you to see and ride solo. One of the other things that riding in groups is every time you make a turn have the next rider in line slow or stop on the turn to pick up the next rider so theyake the turn and on down the line..... I don't have a lot of SXS experience but I worked as a wild land firefighter for 26 years in Ca. And driving fire engines in those conditions is similar all but the size of the rigs I was driving were 30,000 pounds or more..

    I hate square tires they just don’t have the bite that round edge tires do. When I get my machine the order of the day is larger tires and some ground clearance because when you encounter deep mud or ruts you need to be just a little taller than the guy before you 😊

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ya, I agree that in most cases I prefer more of a rounded tire too. Especially for higher speed stuff. They kick out way nicer and are way more predictable. As for the ground clearance thing, it's gettin crazy. These days it's like the smallest tire you want is a 32 or you run into issues. It's gonna get even worse soon because all the new RZR Pro R guys and even some of the KRX guys are making 35's the new 32. Seems that on these newer and bigger machines everyone is goin 35's. I remember years ago when I had a Jeep YJ I thought I was a badass when I got my first set of 33's, lol. They seemed huge! Not they look like little dinky toy's lol. Constant evolution.

    Are those tusk megabites? How do you like them?

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes they are Andrew. I think they are excellent all around tires and a good value. Id say that they are in my top tire choices if you need an all around good performer. They are cheaper and lighter then the XTR 370 but they measure a little small. Bang for buck they are hard to beat and have proven to be very tough. They handle well even on the road. They wear well and offer good grip. They look good. Factoring all that in it’s a good choice. Over the last year I’ve been running mostly the Megabite in a 34 which measures about 32.5ish at 8psi on the machine. My other tire that I’ve been running is a System 3 XTR 370 in a 32 which measures about 32.1ish at 8psi on the machine. Hope that gives you some info.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m my RZR turbo I usually run 10psi front and 12psi rear in mixed terrain like this. Since there is a bunch of road and higher speed stuff mixed in I keep it a bit higher. When riding just slower trail I run 8psi front and 10psi rear usually. Most the guys are running similar.

    This video just shows what idiots some SxS drivers are, sitting in the same spot spinning wheels and ripping up the trail. Then going into a blocked off mine shaft. Most SxS drivers are respectful of the trail system, this group not so much. The crew that maintains these trails is very small and repairing them is very difficult and costly.

    • @281sTravel

      😂. They make almost 3 million a year in permits. So each trail system has its own dozer. And it's easily maintained!!!!😂..So please stop with the mindless chatter. It's quite embarrassing

      I don’t trash talk. How SXS Blog acts lately is trash. Wait till you see some of the upcoming trails, they are harder. It’s not a contest about who’s better though, the comment was more directed towards some of their recent behaviours. I l’ve invited the SXS Blog guys out to ride with us many times over the years but they are too cool for us regular folk lol. Don’t overthink the comment, like I mentioned in the video, don’t let it ruffle your feathers. It’s just a little bit of friendly ball busting.
