It's not an exploit or anything new in that domain. This has always existed in the game. The description is "participation" and therefore by loading up the quest one participates. They could have added B rank or above to be eligible but they didn't. I mentioned this in his previous video and also have done this numerous times for ARBs when multiple classes are involved. Up to you though lol.
