Great, action packed, viewing and worth a Sub. Obviously this was recorded before the update and I'd honestly like to see you do this again, now that they've nerfed most of the decent weapons.
Idk if it’s just me but I feel like the “climb” animation is really inconsistent, there’s times I find myself trying to walk over a simple rock and my character just gets stuck and end up dying. Just wondering if this is just me, but I hope this movement gets updated. (I think the movement is really good but it’s just annoying)
I do feel the same when it comes to obstacles that seems to be easily climable. Also trying to vault over things that you should be able to. I feel like I get stuck on those and it's definitely doable.
@@ninjadan777 I kinda like the fact we have limited vaulting and climbing, like we can’t climb big rocks or fences but the terrain is hard enough to maneuver.

The 1-2 Shot Bile Titan with railgun is a bug when the host is a PS5 player. Confirmed.
I don't think it's necessarily a confirmed bug. I'm on PC and I can 1 or 2 shot when I'm the host. But it's definitely creating server lag for everyone else if the host is on PC vs PS5 making quick kills significantly harder.
There’s three hit boxes on the titans head and the rail gun can pass through all three for a 1shot.

@@gibster9624 Never once have I killed a bile in 1-2 shots, regardless of which platform the host is playing on. You guys are pulling shit out of thin air at this point. It's more likely that there's a hitbox bug or some other inconsistency.

One/two-tapping Bile Titans is possible, but it requires the game to be hosted by a PS5 player. The bug does not affect them, but it _does_ affect anyone else on PC in that PS5 host's game. And perhaps other PS5 players too.
I don't think that's true. The spot you want to shoot are the sides of the bile titan's mouth. I've one shot many bile titan's with my railgun this way.
1000 is EASILY possible in a group, but im floored to see you get so close alone and excited to see you crack it eventually :D

I noticed you play on safe mode for the railgun. Also do you preload your stratagems? Like preload on a keybroad, if not dude your muscle memory for arrows is fast.

for the railgun, since it got a nerf in safe mode assuming you had it on safe mode, set it to unsafe mode and you usually can consistently 1-2 shot a bile titan if you charge the railgun to almost its maximum charging time in unsafe mode which is 3 seconds.

do you use any program/mouse for fast press stratagems? you use stratagems in 0.2 sec
The artillery trick is originally from halo, it was called flag juggling.
Is there an indicator as to what “variation” you’re playing in when you are in game? I didn’t even know the enemy types that spawn were variable in ways other than difficulty rating.

Railgun vs bile titans is so inconsistent for me too, sometimes im able to 1-2 shot them, sometimes it takes 10+ shots to blow their heads off. Netcode issues? Lag compensation? Nobody knows

How do you enable the Railgun’s charge up crosshair like the Arc Thrower has? It seems really useful
One thing I'm trying to do more is as soon as i run dry on primary weapon ammo i insta switch to secondary and then nade when im out to buy time for reloads. Sometimes it isn't needed but when you are getting swarmed swaping fast is better than struggling to reload.
the one shot RG is definetly a glitch, where either the damage is not getting calculated correctly, me and my friend had games where we were literally shooting ANYWHERE on the head, top, bottom, while it definetly wasnt shooting. we were 1-3 shooting every bile titan with the rg. we were blasting armor off the sides in a shot to the face sometimes.
next game, we have to shoot 11 times. its either a glitch, or one of those buffs that the "gm" can give, but i doubt it.

what, what do you mean bruh, you hold control and you type in the combination using WASD. What else is there to know lol
Change the command of the stratagems, form WASD to the arrows on your keyboard, and config your control key to hold. This way you can move with WASD while activating stratagems by holding down control while running.

How do you tell which planets are focussed on what enemy types? Just memorizing it? Never payed attention to it tbh, but if i can.. i will just avoid any amount of hunters i can. Hunters are the enemy of humanity. Literally the worst enemies lol. They take off insane amounts of HP with each attack, as much as 60-80% with a single strike after armor values were just fixed. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you’re going for high kills I feel like the guard dog rover would be the superior backpack over the shield generator. You’re able to make less mistakes but honestly half the time if ur getting swarmed u can just run away and the rover will straight up kill all the little guys chasing you down while you focus the big boys
Shield backpack is essential, it’s near impossible without it
Me and my group have tried mixing shield Gen backpacks and rovers together 2 and 2. Seems to work really well. Rovers clean up the small hordes and free up guns to focus on the big boys

@@feudalocean8428 100%. Try it out if you have 3 people, 2 shields 1 rover and if you have 4, 2 rovers 2 shields. Just make your buddies don’t get friend cause the drones do not care at all 😂😂😂
on the topic of heads VS broods/warriors i also agree, i use the slugger and it's a 1-tap to the face VS warriors and they bleed out a second later. if they're so close that they don't bleed to death after you pop the head and can kill you, that's your fault imo.
broods is a similar story, as i found that if you pop one of their front legs they go f^ckin turbo mode and can outrun your sprint. and now the slugger has so much stagger you actively knock them back with headshots, so it makes the distance needed for them to bleed out if they're otherwise too close.
overall feels better and more ammo efficient to pop the heads and let them bleed out than to try and peel off all the flailing legs on one side while they're running around at you.

Looks like pre-patch because he’s not over-charging the railgun to get charger armor off
is there a guide anywhere for each planets statistics. Some t5's on some planets are as bad as t8-9. Even though they don't have as many chargers/titans. Then some T9 missions are nigh impossible. Patrols are constant and 3-4 at a time. Cant stop breaches. End up with 3-4 titans and 6+ chargers at once. Also these titans take 8-10 railgun shots. I know there are supposed to be two types of bile titans. An easier and a harder variant. However I'm starting to wonder if the rumor about the host being PC vs PS5 doesn't actually make bile titans much harder to kill with railgun. i was reliably 1-2 headshot them. Other times they are so hard to kill without large stratagems.
Or is it really AI controlled and therefore completely random.
I have one hit many bile titans. Im really starting to think its possible when the host is PS5. you are to aim right at the bottom left or right of hole that spews. That little piece that protrudes.

Honestly there should be a system that if the system detect that u are by yourself they will allow you to have like 6 strategems slots. And maybe if mid mission somebody joins, you need to choose 2 strategem slots to remove reverting back to 4 strategems. Maybe this should apply to higher levels from suicide to helldive

I think it's partially FOV but he also has a light weight armor on giving him faster run speed and +2 grenade carry capacity. Forget which armor that is though.

The one hit on bile titans only works if you’re on PlayStation or in a mission hosted by a PS player.
The frenzy state on the bugs is so easy to deal with, just melee them and the issue is resolved, or better yet just walk away while they die

This is apparently pre-nerf rail gun patch play…I loved this type of gaming it offered. Clearly a lot of skill was required, and it felt balanced as you could take out the horde of chargers eventually…oh well

I just saw a video of a dude one shotting a bile titan to the head with a railgun. It looks like he was aiming at a spot to the side of the bile titans head, maybe the back of the head even. It was a slightly green glowing part of the bile titan and the bile titans head just exploded once the shot hit. Might be the neck or the bile titans brain or s.th. idk. but certainly not the mouth or lower jaw.

I agree that shooting the head off the commanders is the best way it’s just annoying that they can still call reinforcements without it
Before the patch, I was able to one hit ball, Titans in the head with the rail gun. I don’t know if maybe they were already a little damaged but I did it to three or four in a row during a king of the hill mission
SEAF stands for Super Earth Armed Forces if that makes it easier to remember.

I failed a challenging mission solo with these little fuckers. So hard to crowd control if they stun you once, tried to get my gear back and they swarmed me from the sides.

i think the hardest variation is when theres like 30 of those big butt bile bugs that turn into mortars
14:13 that looked like it hit the spot. Its lower than you think. What should 1 shot is hitting them in the mouth as they spew bile. However it doesn't. Realistically that makes more sense.
Or you just Macro your main stratagems. That works till a planet that scrambles them...

Hitting Bile Titans are much easier when they aren't solely focused on you. My 2 shots mainly come when the Titan is focused on a teammate. For solo, you will probably need elevation and to kite it around a mountain.
I might have missed it, but I didn't see you used artillery. And if you did, you probably could have hit 1000 GGs! Try loading the artillery static field, napalm, high explosive nuke, smoke and use them all at the same time
13:20 those clips might have been unclean data. The Bile Titans could have been predamaged by fellow helldivers and/or the bugs' friendlyfire and not have been on full health

there is a couple versions of titans that drop, I have seen miniture ones, ones that can get one tapped with Railgun or airstrike, then the one you got were it takes 10+rail shots or two 500k drops
Solid game play, but personally I wouldn't count it as a high score unless you extract successfully

Why when I use the rail gun on a chargers leg it just bounces off?
hold the reload button and put in on unsafe mode.(many weapons have features if you hold reload) be careful you can blow the gun up in this mode and it will destroy you. Once the railgun can fire you hold it for more 3 seconds while on unsafe mode before firing, DO NOT hold it for more than 4 seconds or you go boom.
However, they "nerfed" the railgun a while ago, so this video is likely before the update. The rail gun is still viable though. Currently it looks like the round is bouncing off, but it will rip the armor off if you use unsafe mode.
He mentions being able to one or two shot bile titans with the railgun, this is a glitch and is only possible on playstation. From what I have heard it is still possible even after railgun nerf.
Currently, the expendable rockets and recoiless riffle will one shot chargers if you hit them in the head.

I think the one hitting bile titans is a bug. I heard if you have a ps5 host the other players do like 4x the damage to Bile Titians. I've also tried a bunch of times without success on PC even after watching those videos

dude, if ur just needing to complete the objectives, just run in n shoot the eggs. u don't have to thin out the herd or kill em all. u have ur shield and just run in . use ur nades on the eggs and wadeva u got to achieve then ur done. escape after that.
