What really hit me the most is how different the bikes sound in reality. On TV/stream they have reduced the volume too much in my opinion. On site they don't just blow your head off, they also have more character.
I can't believe it took me this long to get there, but it was totally worth it. Sometimes I thought I can see the action just as well on TV, but it really is better to be there: the atmosphere, the sound and all the show around the racing as the cherry on top. Just one note for next time: bring parasol 😂
