    Nice shooting what adapter did you use for your acutac bipod?

      Put a small section of piccatinny rail on the accessory mounting holes on the rifle

    Bloody fine looking rifle you have there .. do they do a left hand version? Be awesome with a Knikko Stirling Diamond FFP on top

      I tried to fit my IOR but the 11mm to piccatinny rail adapter wasnt very good ,so ive bought a nice Hawke to sit on top much finer ret

    What scope you thinking another ior? I love my recon,couple things niggle me with it tho

      I’m curious, what are the niggles, please? Considering buying one. Thanks

      Trevor Hawkins elevation turret moves a bit easier than I would like,when I set the zero stop that will be less of an issue.
      An off position in-between the steps in ilumination would of been nice. Optically you can’t fault it. It’s a very fussy scope parallax wise but I happen to like that it’s perfect in focus or very much not in focus.

      Bought a Hawke for now . Nice fine crosshair and a decent mag range parallax down to 10 yards so should be good

      @@samsawyer2145 agree with you on the Recon . I love mine optically its awesome . Must admit my turrets are pretty good at staying put but i set the zero so i always check it before i shoot .

    Bloody hell its a noisy bugger 🥺. Looks windy 🌬 and grass looks a bit long to mate but guess it was the heard of elephants that put you off 🤪 Deffo better scope needed. Try the I.O.R. on it and I bet it’s deadly accurate. Lovely looking gun mate.

      Cant fit the IOR no picattiny rail so im putting a nice Hawke on it nice slim ret and parallax and big mag range

    It reminds me of a western when the bady is disappearing over the skyline and the cowboy gets off his horse draws an 8foot long gun out of its sling and pow down he goes. I bet it's nice to shoot. Tell you something you pull some bonnie faces when your shooting you should get yourself up to agreement crab fair. Is that gun as good as my old 335s from the early 80s? That gun was shit hot so 40 years on pre charged must be amazing

    • @fieldsportcymru4636
      @fieldsportcymru4636  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Lol i always look like that even when im not shooting . I had a 335s and yes it was a great rifle not the most powerful but bloody accurate and this is the same
